Hello! I want to share my experience with the clinic. Where to start? My first impression was this: it is a very neatly organized company, everything looked amazing, top-notch. And that smell — I will never forget it, it was very pleasant. All the clinic staff were incredibly responsive and friendly. From the very beginning I felt a warm welcome and knew I was welcome here, which is always a good sign.

Now about the dentist, Dr. Baris E. My goodness, he is simply phenomenal at what he does! From the first minute we met, he helped me feel calm and comfortable. It was obvious that he truly loves his work. His assistants also turned out to be wonderful people: everyone was ready to help, support and instill confidence.

My coordinator was Omar. He was the one I communicated with from the very start: he organized everything from the first to the last stage. He was very attentive and polite, answered every question I had and helped me feel that everything would be fine. And that’s exactly what happened. I am very grateful to him for his support and guidance. He contacted me every day, and I honestly could not be more satisfied with my experience.

The hotel was perfect and located right next to the clinic, which was a huge convenience. Istanbul turned out to be an amazing city for me, a memory for a lifetime. Words simply are not enough to describe the level of service I received at the clinic. I highly recommend it 😀

I came from Australia to have E-max veneers placed, and I really love the result. I was able to choose the color and shape according to my preferences. I’m very glad I came, because the cost is significantly better than in Australia. The team was very pleasant, and the whole process went smoothly and calmly.

I was dissatisfied with my experience at DrGO Smile. The quoted prices and treatment timelines did not match at all what I encountered after arriving at the clinic. Patients are drawn in with promises of affordable treatment and quick recovery, but upon arrival in Istanbul the cost is raised and the promised services are not provided.

In my case, I was told that implants and temporary dental restorations would be placed, so that within just three days of staying at the clinic I would be able to communicate with people normally and return to work.

But after arriving in Istanbul, the coordinators changed the cost of the planned procedures and refused to provide the temporary restorations. They explained that it takes at least two weeks to make them. I was also told that in most cases they are not particularly useful anyway: patients have to wear masks and stay off work for about six months until it is safe to place permanent restorations on the implants.

The best dental experience of my life! From day one everything went smoothly and calmly thanks to the wonderful coordinators Hamza and Latif. They were always there, answered my questions and made the whole treatment journey completely stress-free. The clinic has a very cozy atmosphere, and I honestly could not be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

Both before and after the surgery, I received a lot of attention. The staff welcomed me very warmly. Despite my case being complicated, the surgery went much easier than I expected. Although the swelling is still there, I am already very pleased with the result and confident that I will be even more satisfied once it has completely disappeared.

Unfortunately, I became one of the rare unsuccessful results of a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Guncel. Before the surgery, I had no problems with the bone structure of my nose — the only issue was a very fleshy and drooping nasal tip.

My surgery was done in 2016. I was completely satisfied with the operation itself and with the photo of my nose immediately afterward. During the first-year check-ups, the doctor said it would take time for the nose to fully take shape.

However, over the years, the opposite happened. While I was waiting for the swelling to subside completely, the tip of the nose dropped even further. From the front, the nose became wide, resembling an eggplant in shape, and an asymmetry appeared when I smiled. Now I almost never take photos from the right side or from the front. Only the left profile looks more or less acceptable, but I am completely dissatisfied with the front view of my nose.

Of course, compared to the initial condition, there are changes — the tip used to be even lower. I chose Dr. Guncel precisely because I wanted a natural result. But in my opinion, the naturalness turned out not to be beautiful, but unfortunately the opposite.

It has already been almost 10 years. Over the last two years, I have had fillers in my nose several times to at least slightly correct the drooping tip, but I have not been able to solve the front-view problem.

I chose this doctor because I really liked his work, but unfortunately I realized that luck also plays a big role in aesthetic surgery.

I never dared to have a revision surgery, so I am forced to live with a nose that I really don’t like.

Initially, I came to Turkey because of eye surgery for my wife, and we had a day and a half left before returning to the UK. I walked into the clinic — it was very clean, with a relaxed atmosphere. After a consultation with a medical advisor, they were able to give me approval for the procedure that same day.

I had four wisdom teeth removed by Vladyslav Serhiiovych Koval. Everything went wonderfully. Before the extraction they held a consultation and answered all my questions.

I want to share my experience of visiting this clinic.

I arrived at the appointed time for surgery to correct an inverted nipple on one breast. I was told that the doctor was still in surgery but would be free soon. I was asked to change in the ward and was told that someone would come for me soon. In the end I waited two and a half hours, and during all that time no one came in or explained what was happening.

After that I was invited into the doctor’s office, where I waited another 15 minutes or so. It was noticeable that the doctor was in a great hurry. Despite the long wait, there was practically no time left for a full conversation and detailed explanations.

I was asked to undress, after which the doctor began taking photographs. Everything happened very quickly and without any explanation, which caused additional discomfort.

When I was already lying on the operating table, the doctor mentioned in passing that after the operation I would not be able to breastfeed with this breast, since the milk ducts would be cut during the procedure. In my opinion, such important information must be communicated in advance, and not when the patient is already in the operating room.

The anesthesia was administered without explaining how many injections there would be or how exactly the procedure would go. The operation itself lasted about 10 minutes. Afterward I quickly got ready and left the clinic in about 20 minutes.

Separately, I want to thank the junior medical staff — they were very tactful and friendly.

At the same time, I am satisfied with the result of the operation. However, after such an experience and organization of the process, I will most likely have my subsequent plastic surgeries at a different clinic.

I had my breasts done here. After breastfeeding two children, from my size 0.5 they made me very beautiful breasts. 🫶

From start to finish, my experience with Esnan was top-notch. From the impeccable attentiveness of my coordinator Hasan to the dental work itself, performed by Dr. Baran, everything went perfectly. The treatment was carried out without haste and with great precision. I was also impressed by the clinic and the technology used — everything looked modern and cutting-edge.

Hasan answered all my questions promptly and clearly, and also arranged the transfer from the airport to the hotel and the trips to clinic appointments.

The prices here may be slightly higher than at competitors, but I felt cared for at every stage in a setting of genuine five-star service and excellent dental treatment. I definitely recommend it.

My Hair transplantation DHI
I would like to start with the fact that I had a hair transplantation. By the DHI method. Everything was on a hight level from the begging. First of all, I had a call with a doctor, who told me everything what I need about surgery and answered for all of my questions. Than, I was met by a personal driver from the airport, settled in a hotel. The hotel included breakfast and 3 nights (as I checked usually in another clinics it includes only 2 nights). Also, I had a translator (personal manager) attached to me. Since the operation lasted 6 hours, I was fed. After that, they took me by taxi to the hotel (although it is 2 minutes away). They gave me a special pillow, hat, shampoo, pillows and instructions. The next day, a doctor washed my hair and checked my head. After being discharged, I was taken to the airport. I liked everything, I put 10 out of 5. Now I am waiting for the result of the transplant (at least 6-8 months). I hope that I will also be pleasantly surprised! I can safely recommend this clinic and doctor Oya Sisman!

First and Foremost I’m a paranoid American who did a ton of research and luckily stumbled onto this perfect place. I decided to get a breast lift with implants and a rhinoplasty at the same time and when I contacted this center, the response via WhatsApp was immediate. My coordinator Yasin is the best of the best. He answered all of my questions and concerns and never once seemed annoyed. His English is beyond perfect! The entire experience was seamless. Airport pickup straight to hotel. Hotel rooms were clean and staff accommodating and walking distance to clinic. Maybe 3-4 minutes. My surgeon was Dr. Er, who I will say is the kindest and most professional doctor I have met in a long time. As nervous as I was, he was always reassuring me that everything would be fine. The Clinic itself was immaculate, sterile, and welcoming. The night after I was released from the clinic, I ended up with a slight fever- called Yasin right away and they came within minutes to take me to clinic. Kept me on fluids overnight and constantly checked my blood to make sure I was ok. The care I received here is much better than the hospital care here in New York. Impressive. As far as the surgery, the doctor listened to what I wanted and made his suggestions. It’s been 3 weeks post op. Bruising was gone from my face few days after. I feel great. Full results will be visible in 3 months but so far I’m quite happy. And just today I sent a message to Yasin asking about post op care and responds was once again immediate.
