Revision Rhinoplasty

I recently did a Revision Rhinoplasty (and a Brow Lift) performed by Dr. Göksel and I am already extremely (!!!) happy with the results. Before my Revision Rhinoplasty I had a short and upturned nose and my biggest wish was to have a natural nose that fits my face. Despite the complexity of my case, Dr. Göksel demonstrated exceptional skill and was super friendly and understanding. The hospital was really modern and this aesthetically pleasing environment added to the overall positive experience, complemented by the friendly staff. A big thank you goes to Dr. Göksel's assistant Bridie: who was consistently accessible and helpful in the hospital and clinic settings but also (before, during and after my stay in Istanbul) via Whatsapp. To sum it up: I deeply regret not choosing Dr. Göksel for my initial nose job. Had I chosen him from the beginning, I could have avoided the need for a Revision. I highly recommend this skilled surgeon and his team.

Education

Abdulkadir Goksel entered the Faculty of Medicine of Istanbul University in 1987.
During his studies, he did his clinical practice in the UK and Spain.
He successfully graduated from Istanbul Medical University in 1993.
In 1998, he received specialization in Ear Throat Nose and Head Neck Surgery at Göztepe Hospital.

Clinical experience

Performed more than 15,000 surgeries during his practice, including facial plastic surgeries at the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland.

He has also collaborated with renowned facial plastic surgery specialist, Giovanni Botti, at the Center for Anatomy and Cell Biology at the Vienna Medical University in Austria.

In 2001, he founded Rhino Istanbul Clinic, specializing in otorhinolaryngology, head and neck surgery and facial plastic surgery, where he still works and manages.

Since 2005, Dr. Goksel has been a lecturer and chairman of rhinoplasty sections at more than 40 congresses in Europe, Russia, Asia, America and Turkey. He actively follows new technological developments in the field of otolaryngology and regularly participates in television and radio programs where he shares information on nasal surgery, snoring, sinusitis and endoscopic lacrimal sac surgery. In addition, Dr. Goksel is board certified in facial and reconstructive surgery by the European College of Surgeons.
