Dr. Schrader performs minimally invasive surgeries through small incisions to treat the kidneys, bladder, and prostate. After these interventions, patients recover faster than after open surgeries.

• 2003 – receiving the title of associate professor and the right to teach in the specialty Urology at the medical faculty of Sharite University;
• 2003-2004 – senior doctor of the clinic of urology and polyclinic named after B. Franklin at the Free University of Berlin;
• 2004-2007 – senior doctor and head of the urology department of Sharite University Clinic;
• 2004-2009 – a professor of urology at the higher medical school of the Sharite complex (Benjamin Franklin campus and Mitte campus);
• since 2010 – visiting Professor at the Department of Urology at the University Hospital Ulm;
• since 2014 – chief physician of the Helios Berlin-Buch urology clinic.
