I completed my treatment in 2022.

I was diagnosed with lung cancer by chance on an x-ray. A friend persuaded me to undergo surgery in Israel, at the Ichilov Cancer Center, where he was treated for prostate cancer. Both the operation and the recovery – everything was carried out at the highest level. It’s well worth the money I paid.

When I was ill with coronavirus, I was sent for a CT scan of the lungs and a tumor was found in the right lobe, which was malignant. Needed an operation. I used the online consultation of one of the best thoracic surgeons in Israel – Boris Handel. I sent him CT, MRI, PET-CT records and the conclusion of our oncologists. He replied that a minimally invasive intervention can be dispensed with, there is no need to cut the chest. Immediately we agreed on the date of my arrival, so as not to wait in line. I don’t smoke, but there were many cases of lung cancer in our family. Therefore, after 50 years, I decided to regularly be examined, especially on a recent x-ray they found strange spots. I often go on vacation to Israel and undergo computed tomography here. This method detects cancer better than the usual X-ray that we do.
