Dr. Irina Stefansky is the Head of the Oncology Hospitalization Department at Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov), one of the three largest medical centers in Israel. She has developed and actively applies author’s methods of treatment of severe patients.

Dr. Stefansky uses individualized treatment approaches. These approaches include the use of immunotherapy and targeted drugs along with chemotherapy. She also actively introduces innovative drugs to fight metastasis and uses a wide range of drugs to mitigate the side effects of chemotherapy. The doctor relies on molecular genetic characteristics of tumors to design individualized treatment protocols.
Dr. Stefansky graduated from Grodno State Medical Institute (Belarus) in 1994, followed by a two-year internship in Mozyr, Belarus.
In 2000, Dr. Stefansky successfully passed the Israeli qualification exam for the right to practice medicine.
Dr.Stefansky is actively involved in research and participates in international clinical projects focusing on oncology. She has authored and co-authored numerous scientific papers published in leading international journals. She also actively participates in international conferences focusing on Oncology.
