This is not our first operation. Before that we had 3 operations in Ukraine, but only the last one gave a small result. In Ukraine we were told that we need 2 more surgeries, each of which will last 8 hours... so we decided to go to Belgrade, to Rados Djinovic, from whom all our doctors learn in this area. And it was the right decision! The clinic is gorgeous, the attitude of the doctors and all the staff is the best. I was understood even with my poor English. And there was always a person who could translate all my questions. And most importantly, Radosh Jonovic and his team did everything in one step and in 3 hours. Rehabilitation was much easier. Dr. Vadim solved all the issues from Odessa to our departure. Thank you very much to him. At first I was very worried about how I would cope in another country without knowing the language. But he explained everything in detail, was always on the phone, answered all questions in detail, and I was calm. Thank you very much to Dr. Jinovich, his team, and Dr. Vadim. Now my child is healthy and we have gotten through all these surgeries thanks to this trip! A huge gratitude and low bow!

I traveled from Canada to have rhinoplasty with Dr. Ocal after seeing his work online. I contacted him to get more information about making an appointment for surgery, and right away Dr. Vadim helped me with every detail. He spoke excellent English and answered all my questions in detail. I was very nervous about booking, but he made sure I had all the information I needed: surgery plan, travel details, and even a detailed travel schedule. He also inquired about my well-being after the surgery. When I arrived at the Doku clinic, it was absolutely amazing. Very clean and very friendly staff. The girls who assisted me answered all my questions and helped me fill out forms. The nurses were very attentive and kind and always checked to make sure I was okay. I was always taken care of. My appointment with Dr. Ocal was wonderful. He is very friendly and as you can see is very experienced. He showed me a 3D scan of my nose and answered all my questions before surgery. After surgery, he also made sure I was okay and showed me before and after pictures of my nose so I didn't have to wait a week to look at it. At my follow-up appointment when I had the patch removed, he gave me detailed information on how to care for my nose and reassured me about the swelling. I highly recommend Dr. Ocal and his staff at Doku Clinic. They are very kind, helpful and are experts at what they do! Thank you all!

Finally, my dream came true with mammoplasty, and I’d like to share my experience. Like many, I thoroughly researched different options and chose the Aesthetic Clinic with Dr. Ergin Er. I was first contacted by a coordinator named Vadim. Saying he’s a miracle worker doesn’t even capture it. Vadim promptly answered all my questions at any time, which was vital. He was always available, providing support that helped me stay calm and mentally prepared, as you can imagine the nerves in traveling to an unfamiliar place for something so important. Vadim was constantly there for me, and I made the right choice. Everything went perfectly. Dr. Ergin Er truly has golden hands and is among the best of the best. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was greeted at the door by Varvara, who served as my translator throughout my stay in Turkey. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and just wonderful to work with. Even after I left, both Vadim and Varvara continued to stay in touch with me. It was heartwarming that they genuinely cared about my well-being, even after the procedure was over. They provided answers to every question, making me feel genuinely supported and happy. Huge thanks to everyone!

A dream come true I have never felt so calm and confident. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. My big dream was to have rhinoplasty and breathe normally again. Dr. Vadim was incredible: he recommended Dr. Engin Ocal, organized everything and constantly asked me how I was feeling, answered all my questions and helped to dispel my doubts. He has been a real support, a friend that I can always trust while still being a true professional. I was very satisfied ! This is an example for any clinic ! I am very satisfied with the quality of services provided by this clinic ! Manager Vadim is the best specialist of his business, led me from Ukraine to the clinic and this is not easy ! Very responsive and kind person ! Dr Medved Vadym did an excellent job in „onboarding me“, introducing Experts Medical and their doctors and in the process towards a possible septorhinoplasty in Istanbul. He was always very fast, kind and supportive whenever I had questions via whatsapp and in short time managed to gain my trust in him, Experts Medical and in the doctor that was to make the surgery. This trust was of crucial importance to me in order to take an important decision such as a nose surgery in a foreign country. Dr Vadym has been brilliant! and has always been there when I needed him, no matter what day or time it was! He has not pressured me or made me feel he was chasing business. He has shown great patience and understanding with me throughout the 14 week research process. He recommended a Joint Commission International hospital and arranged a 'free' consultation with the appropiate Vascular Surgeon for me to question and get reassurance. I had made my decision to go to Turkey for my procedure, confident in the surgeon and the hospital care. However, as I was preparing my flights and accomadtion the UK NHS informed me they had a place for me in 2 weeks time. Dr Vadym was professional and curtious and wished me well.
