I was nervous about coming to Istanbul alone for my first ever cosmetic procedures (hair transplant and rhinoplasty) but I'm now 3 weeks out and I couldn't be happier with the results and my experience. The car service makes everything very easy and convenient, I was driven to and from the hospital multiple times for procedures, hair washed etc. Dr. Oya Sisman and her team did my hair transplant the day I arrived in Istanbul. The team and especially doctor Sisman were kind and friendly to me, I think they could tell I was nervous but they made everything a breeze and reassured me. Nurses helped me with my hoodie and bag afterwards and I returned for 2 hair washes in the following week. Dr. Ergin Er performed my rhinoplasty, I was a bit nervous but every step of the process was professional and my nerves were calmed because I could tell I was in good hands. The nurses that attended to me during my recovery were lovely! Special mention for my coordinator, Yasin, who answered my questions on Whatsapp and reassured me throughout the process. Value for money is 12/10, if I consider cosmetic work in the future I will come here.

His always on time and on point.. he booked me in via WhatsApp conversation and guided me through out the process... My Hair transplantation DHI I would like to start with the fact that I had a hair transplantation. By the DHI method. Everything was on a hight level from the begging. First of all, I had a call with a doctor, who told me everything what I need about surgery and answered for all of my questions. Than, I was met by a personal driver from the airport, settled in a hotel. The hotel included breakfast and 3 nights (as I checked usually in another clinics it includes only 2 nights). Also, I had a translator (personal manager) attached to me. Since the operation lasted 6 hours, I was fed. After that, they took me by taxi to the hotel (although it is 2 minutes away). They gave me a special pillow, hat, shampoo, pillows and instructions. The next day, a doctor washed my hair and checked my head. After being discharged, I was taken to the airport. I liked everything, I put 10 out of 5. Now I am waiting for the result of the transplant (at least 6-8 months). I hope that I will also be pleasantly surprised! I can safely recommend Istanbul Aesthetic Center and doctor Oya Sisman!

Operation, support, transfer by car - all at a high level. I am completely satisfied with this hospital and the medical team. The operating team is excellent, Dr. Sisman did everything painlessly. (Now I do not know the result. Will be known in a year). The hotel is also clean and comfortable, good location. I would like to improve on that: When I arrived at the airport and was waiting to be met by the hospital staff, I could not use the Wi-Fi (the Wi-Fi at the airport could not be used either) and could not contact the hospital staff. I think the driver needs to wait for a customer with a name sign. I was lucky, I was helped by 2 employees of the travel company, and finally, after 30 minutes, I met the driver.

The clinic is excellent, the staff is English-speaking, Dr. Sisman was friendly and professional, explained everything in detail. The clinic organizes airport transfers. The coordinator Abdul was very clear when we had a problem with the hotel (the Veyron hotel included in the package does not accept pets, keep that in mind) we arranged to be placed in a hotel that has nothing against dogs . We also arranged a transfer from the hotel and back, as the hotel was in another area of Istanbul.
