I would like to write about my experience with Dr. Konstantin Siminenko. I researched the internet for the best plastic surgeons in Turkey. Konstantin texted me on WhatsApp. He asked me a few questions about age, what I want to do and send him my photos. He asked me when I am planning the surgery. I planned in August, as I have trips in July, but Konstantin suggested that maybe have the surgery earlier before my trip and I realized that this was the best solution. After that, there was an answer that he would find out who would suit me in terms of price and quality. He received a response from Professor Yakup Cil. Everything was written in the contract, what operation, cost and everything that is included in this cost. So it’s happened so quickly and spontaneously, but this is all thanks to Konstantin’s confident voice and his qualified and competent answers to my worries. I asked him a lot of questions and how I can pay, it’s great that it’s not a problem with a credit card from foreign country. Konstantin was always in touch with me, 24/7 despite the time difference, and he gave me confidence that everything will be fine. Then he connected me with the manager Eldar, whom I didn’t bother with so many questions, and already he sent me the details of the meeting at the airport, and so on. Interpreter Nargiz contacted me, a very nice, smiling girl, and upon arrival she was helped by another translator Sevil very pleasant, and we also had a good conversation with her. On the first evening after the surgery, I wrote to Konstantin: “In general, I have already had a surgery. Until I saw the result) in any case, thank you for your help. Your voice and answers were very encouraging and I didn’t look for anything else and rushed to the embrasure :)”. Once again I thank Konstantin, thanks to him I decided on such a difficult decision that was important for me. It had to be done now or no one knows when. I thank the whole team, and of course to professor Yakup Cil of the Medical Park hospital.

I had a wonderful experience at Medical Park Bahçelievler Hospital, especially with Dr. Berkay from the physiotherapy department. I brought a close family member who suffered from severe back pain and difficulty moving due to muscle tension and posture problems. From the very first session, Dr. Berkay was extremely professional, attentive and genuinely caring.
He thoroughly assessed the condition, clearly explained the treatment plan and made sure that each session was tailored to the patient’s needs. Thanks to his experience and dedication, we noticed a significant improvement in mobility and a reduction in pain within a short time. The monitoring and support throughout the entire recovery process played a huge role.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Kannet for her outstanding efforts and dedication. My grandfather had a stroke and started physiotherapy sessions with her. I take my son to pediatrician Deniz — she is very attentive, explains everything in detail, is always in touch and always prescribes the right treatment. I am writing this review solely because of the quality of her work and attention. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the hospital as a whole: the place is excessively crowded and has coordination problems. Every time I come, I ask myself “Why am I here?”, but for the sake of such valuable doctors as Deniz and physiotherapist Aslı, we keep coming. It’s good that they are there.
Ahmet Yemenci is the best interpreter, he helped me throughout the entire appointment, everything went smoothly thanks to him, 100% recommend. Thank you, Ahmet, for the best experience, 10/10.
I want to leave a review about the clinic, the staff of the international department and the interpreters Arslan and Zarina. I sincerely thank them for the clarity in their work, support, warm attitude and high professionalism. We came with a mother and two children and underwent a full examination. Despite not knowing the language, we did not feel like we were in a foreign country — everything was organized calmly and at a high level. I consider it my duty to leave this review, as such responsible and attentive staff is extremely rare. Thank you for your care and humane attitude.
In 2024, our child had a VNS implanted at this clinic. Manager Arslan provided enormous help with the paperwork, hospitalization and adaptation. The operation was performed by Dr. Sait Öztürk. We were completely satisfied with the inpatient conditions and the postoperative results. Everything was done quickly, taking our wishes into account. Despite the fact that we do not know Turkish, communication was not difficult, thanks to the work of the very sensitive and caring interpreter Zarina Gedaeva, ready to come to the rescue at any moment. Zarina is not just an interpreter, but our guide, helping to overcome not only the language barrier, but also any organizational issues. From the moment of the operation to this day, the child is monitored at the clinic by the competent, highly qualified and attentive neurologist Türkan Uygur Şahin, who has deep knowledge of modern methods of treating epilepsy in children. Thanks to the professionalism of Türkan Uygur Şahin, our child receives modern therapy. Huge thanks to all the clinic’s specialists!!!
After treatment and chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) at Medical Park Florya, my daughter was referred to Medical Park Bahçelievler to the bone marrow transplantation department for a BMT.
At Medical Park Bahçelievler, from the first days we felt confidence and a professional approach. The professors and doctors of the transplant department explained each stage of preparation and the transplant itself in detail and calmly, were always in touch and inspired complete trust.
The nurses and staff of the department are attentive, patient and very caring, which is especially important during the post-BMT period.

I came to the hospital for emergency services. They prescribed detailed tests and an ultrasound, treated me attentively. The team greeting me at the entrance was friendly and helpful. However, the doctor discharged me without looking at the results of 17 tests. This made me question the amount I paid.
As a patient who received services in many departments of the hospital. Among the doctors, I am especially satisfied with the orthopedic doctor Murat Iptec. In other areas of medical services, especially when I went for an EEG, the attention and willingness to help shown made me very happy.

I had a full check-up at this hospital. I chose from 5 different hospitals, and in this one the ratio of price to the list of procedures turned out to be the most optimal. The check-up took place from 9 to 15. Since the hospital is very busy, I had to wait a little for the appointment, but the check-up department staff tried very hard to do everything as quickly as possible. The doctors approached the examination and complaints attentively. Also, a pleasant bonus was that if additional examinations are needed, they give a discount on the doctor’s appointment, and the check-up department specialists themselves can schedule you. There was no inflating of the bill, as written in other reviews. The only wish is to organize the doctors’ visits so that all the procedures where you need to be fasting (blood, ultrasound) are done first, then let the patient eat, and then everything else. Because the first time during the day I managed to eat breakfast was at 13:00 (that’s 7 hours after waking up). This was very hard for me. For this I take off a star.
In my experience, the hospital is excellent, and the services are at a very high level. Dr. Sibal is one of the best doctors, and it was a successful experience with him, the treatment was also good… We had a boy born here in this wonderful hospital. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses for the good care and medical assistance. I will not forget the interpreter Dalal, who was with us at every session and appointment — she is very friendly and qualified.

The quality of the hospital’s work varies significantly depending on the specialty. I visited several doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Sezai Şahin (physiotherapy). However, avoid Dr. Kurşat Atalay (ophthalmologist), as he wanted to perform unnecessary procedures for a simple preventive examination.
Most of the doctors are professional. I visited several doctors due to health problems. I am satisfied. But some doctors prescribe different medications, and it seems that they want to test the results on you. 🙃
