Vasily, Belarus. 47 years old I would like to share my impressions about the hair transplant operation performed at the Cosmedica clinic in Istanbul. The decision was not easy. I started thinking about transplantation about 5 years ago and when I came to the decision I wrote to several clinics, some did not answer at all, someone contacted a week later and only Natalya, representing Cosmedica, called the next day. Largely thanks to Natalia, I made a decision and chose the Cosmedica clinic, especially after she gave me the contact of a real person who did this procedure last year and after talking with him, my doubts were gone, the decision was made. And here I am in Istanbul. The organization is at the highest level, all transversers are right on time with good comfortable minibuses, the hotel is good at breakfast, everyone is friendly and you feel at home. Now a few words about the Cosmedica clinic. The clinic is cool and modern, everything is clearly organized (tea, coffee, juices, breakfasts, lunches and much more), the staff is very friendly, the translator is always there, in general, everything is super. The procedure itself, although long (6-8 hours), is not noticeable, more excitement. Dr. Akar and all assistants are professionals in their field and it is felt immediately when you cross the threshold of the clinic. Cosmedica at a high level, I recommend.

I did my hair transplant at this center about 3 weeks ago. It’s a bit earlier to comment about my hair growth but overall their services were great.
Their prices were reasonable, the center is conveniently located by the Hotel and their staff treated me professionally.

Both my parents had dental treatment done, the dentists were professional and attentive. It’s a shame that there is a language barrier as the staff do not speak English, however we were assigned a translator called Hely. She was so helpful and worked incredibly hard to meet all our needs. She is an asset to the dental practice and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours. We can’t thank her enough for all the time and effort she put in with us.

The only feedback I would have is that when booking in their patients, the dental practice should have a programme for the week with an outline of what procedures will take place and the appointment times. This will avoid waiting around , in addition to this I would also recommend that patients book a minimum of 10days for big dental treatments as things do tend be very last minute.

I had many doubts about hair transplant in Istanbul and decided to contact Greenvillage (thank you Mako, you answered all my many questions and cleared all my doubts). That’s why I decided to go to Istanbul after Mako arranges everything.

On January 6, at the airport, as planned, my wife and I were met and escorted to the 5 * hotel booked by Mako.

On January 7, Mako came to accompany us to the clinic, which is located right in front of the hotel. And we started transplanting.

I was well taken care of. Everything was arranged by Mako. We even had a tourist day for my wife with a guide who helped open Istanbul for my wife while the doctors took care of me.

The operation went very well and we were able to return to Paris on Sunday 9th January as planned.

After 3 weeks, the hair began to grow, I am very satisfied.

I came to Özel Adatıp Hastanesi for what I thought would be a routine preventive check-up. Thanks to thorough diagnostics, blood tests and imaging studies, the medical team identified a serious problem with my gallbladder and bile ducts that could have led to severe complications if it had not been detected in time.

I underwent two procedures, both performed at an exceptional professional level:
• ERCP, performed by Dr. Fatih — he was very experienced, calm and precise. He clearly explained the results and made sure I understood the necessity of the procedure.
• Laparoscopic surgery to remove the gallbladder, performed by Dr. Orhan (general surgeon), also went excellently. He explained the surgical plan in detail, answered all questions honestly and carried out the operation successfully and without complications.

We came for physiotherapy and pay quite a lot of money daily. The doctors and nurses are really very good.

But we couldn’t understand the situation with the food. For breakfast they give 1 slice of tomato and 3 olives. Sometimes they bring a boiled egg, for which thanks. Every day the same soup serving — in the morning and the next day in the evening. For that kind of money patients remain hungry.

The portions are very small, it seems they are heavily saving on food. They don’t even give bottled water — only a glass of water. After Anadolu Medical Center this doesn’t look like a private hospital at all.

I am a 38-year-old Canadian woman who came to Turkey for the urgent removal of a breast tumor. In Canada, my doctor delayed the surgery, and I was practically blamed for not having been monitored by them. It was a very difficult experience. I was told that a lumpectomy would result in the removal of 90% of my breast, so it was rejected and I was pushed toward a mastectomy.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the healthcare system and asked for a second opinion, but they were unable to find me another doctor.

My husband contacted Dr. Orhan Veli Ozkan, who agreed to take me on. After an examination in Turkey, I had the surgery just three days later.

I did have a varicose vein surgery back in February and I want to say a big thank you to the staff and to the doctors! Everyone it was so kind and so professional! Rare to see people like this! Over time, the hospital has become more focused on commercial profit. Scheduled appointment times are often not respected, and patients are prescribed numerous examinations.

Previously, care was provided more attentively; now, in my opinion, the emphasis has shifted toward the financial side.

On 12.06.2024 Dr. Yusuf Türk performed my cesarean section; I was very satisfied with him and I thank him.

However, the maternity ward team was, in my opinion, extremely poor — I was treated badly, even though I am a medical professional myself. The words and behavior of the staff were unpleasant. I wanted a natural birth and waited a long time in the maternity ward, but I had the impression that they were trying to dissuade me from it.

The surgical team was very good, and I am grateful to them.

I would especially like to thank nurse Sümeyye Yılmaz — she was very warm, attentive and professional, helping with the tests and even with the baby’s first bath.

Everyone at the hospital was kind and compassionate. Every member of the staff treated me like a friend that they were taking good care of. Aya was so attentive and she spent a lot of time with me, talking and getting answers to all my questions. Ali checked with me everyday to make sure I was happy with my care, the entire staff was incredible. On Monday 08/01/2024 I had surgery to reduce the stomach and remove an umbilical hernia. I want to thank our doctor Orhan Yağmukaya for the operation and attention — in my opinion, he is among the top 5 surgeons in Turkey in the field of general surgery.

A modern, well-equipped hospital with a comfortable interior. Very good services — from registration to operations. There are experienced specialists and modern equipment.

The location is excellent, with a view of a beautiful mountain. We recommend it, especially for cardiac catheterization procedures. But it’s worth discussing all the prices in advance.

On May 12, 2022, my wife and I came in due to kidney stones. Doctor Osman Metin decided on surgery and successfully performed it.

I did breast augmentation at Estethica. The disadvantage is that, you cannot personally choose a specialist. But I can say that good plastic surgeons work in the clinic and I am very pleased with the result. The advantages in my case – an excellent result, and most importantly – the price, it is much lower here than that of private plastic surgeons, which attracted me.
