Already from the entrance to the clinic, I realized that there is excellent service here. Friendly staff works in all departments. You did not have to wait long for preliminary examinations. Despite the size of this hospital, you do not feel lost. Doctors are in no hurry and are very accurate, the food is also good, the wards in ZOM2 are first class 🙂 I will certainly return to this hospital for treatment at any time.

My father is in the aforementioned department. Real high class! Super team, calm, confident and always trying to make the patient’s stay as comfortable as possible. Since my father was in 5 clinics in the last 12 months, I must say that we could not make a better choice than the treatment in this hospital.

We were half an hour forgotten in the children’s hospital in the waiting area for children with infectious diseases, and then we had to wait another two hours. The waiting process is really long. Nevertheless, the doctor was good and competent.

Everything is organized very cool. I cannot believe that this is all for the taxpayers’ money. But in other hand, it is very expensive. Apparently, a good service costs so much. We came here to do an operation to remove a malignant tumor in our daughter. Were very pleased with the service. It is said that the pediatric oncology department in this clinic is, if not the best, then one of those.

I was undergoing treatment in the Nuclear Medicine Department in November / December 2018. I have a very good experience. I spent 4 bed-days in neurology. I must say that the doctors and nurses here are doing an excellent job. I mean that all the staff with whom I spoke were very pleasant and courteous. The doctor in the emergency room (night shift) was very polite and competent.

We made a decision that I should give birth to our daughter in the university hospital. We were very impressed with midwives, nurses, and doctors. The team of midwives is incredibly well chosen, it consists of younger as well as more experienced midwives, all of whom are highly professional and all of them are very knowledgeable. We have never seen such a good working team as in the delivery room at the University of Cologne! As well, the care was perfect in the neonatal ward! Super good nurses and midwives gave advice: how to breastfeed, how to hold the baby in the arms, do up the baby, and so on.

I had surgery in the ENT department, spent 4 nights in the hospital and came in several times as an outpatient for pre- and post-op check-ups. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the organization was a disaster. I have never waited so long and so often. Processes, scheduling and appointment scheduling need to be streamlined immediately.

I was treated at the Clinic of Orthopedics and Special Orthopedic Surgery (anterior cruciate ligament plastic surgery and repair of the meniscus in the right knee). I am very pleased, the doctors performed everything very carefully both during the preliminary diagnosis and during the actual operation. And, of course, during the subsequent treatment during the subsequent inpatient stay, they worked very well and were very friendly. The nurses in the ward were very pleasant and friendly, but due to the large number of patients, sometimes I had to wait longer.

It is always difficult to evaluate the whole hospital. But in the 2C department, where I once was treated, the staff was very pleasant and the wards are good. Besides, I always got answers to all my questions.

In January 2018, I had an aneurysm. My family doctor immediately ordered me to Alfred Krupp Hospital (Radiology and Neuroradiology Department). A week later, I was already discharged from hospital! The first-class doctors prepared me very professionally before the operation (this reduced my excitement). Very friendly and caring nurses! The food was at a good level. Even in the Secretariat, they helped me quickly and easily with my questions.

This is one of the best hospitals nearby. The staff is very nice and friendly – the doctors are absolutely competent. Small organizational deficiencies are likely due to a lack of staff in general.

Many thanks to the doctors of this clinic on behalf of our family. They literally dragged my daddy out of the dead. He had serious heart problems. Thanks to the doctors of the clinic, the disease was diagnosed on time and the operation was performed. Now my daddy feels hearty and is up there with the young. The clinic is worthy. The high level of professionalism of the doctors speaks for itself. I had big problems with the spine (the vertebral disc bones were literally crumbled). Only in this clinic, they helped to make a correct diagnosis and start timely and correct treatment. The clinic really helped me. The treatment was expensive, but the cost was justified.

I have been treating lymphoma for a long time. I am very glad that I went abroad to Germany. I came across a wonderful hematologist, chemotherapist and not only Dr. Axel Shtang. A very reasonable person. I underwent chemotherapy with him, and I also underwent additional tests and revealed sensitivity to targeted therapy. Here she helped me. Yes, as always, the treatment was difficult, and with nausea and pain, but I went on the mend. And surprisingly, I went into complete remission. I’m happy, but I’m afraid to jinx it. The prognosis of treatment depends on what dose of drugs is given, on their combination. Dr. Axel approached me with a personal touch, deviating from traditional protocols. May God grant him health and prosperity.

I was operated on by Dr. Gerhard Gebauer, whom I also know personally. He is a wonderful person and highly skilled professional. First, he recommended several tests, after which he planned the operation. Everything went well and successfully, almost all cancer cells were removed. I am grateful for his efforts.

would like to recommend Dr. Gross as a true expert in urology. My dad was diagnosed with bladder cancer. He himself lives in Russia, but my wife and I have been living in Germany for 10 years, so we decided without hesitation that we would treat him only in a German clinic. After the operation, dad recovered quickly, he felt a little worse after radiation, but this also quickly passed. I have had kidney problems since childhood. When I turned 25, doctors strongly recommended that I remove the kidney and look for a donor to transplant a new one. But in Germany, it turned out that a simple operation was needed to expand one of the channels. The operation was under general anesthesia. After her, two small holes remained on her stomach and back, which are now not to be found.

An  operation was easy and painless, on the second day the wife began to get out of bed, and on the third day she was already walking around the clinic. Many thanks to the German doctors for this!

My husband has cancer. He was treated in Ukraine, but there was no result. I just returned from the 3rd trip to the Schon clinic in Nuremberg-Fürth. Each time they performed another surgery on the spine and controlled my condition. It is hard to imagine how much I owe to German doctors. Thanks to them, I walk on my own feet, do not suffer from pain, and can work quietly. With my disease, this is a great happiness.

In general, before I became seriously ill, I did not even think about foreign clinics. I’m used to the fact that they collect money there only for the completely hopeless. And then I began to look for information and it turned out that a lot of people go to be examined and treated in Germany. According to reviews, Dr. Paulig and Fischer from Schon Clinics were the most suitable for me with my disease. And in fact, they helped me a lot, for which my heartfelt thanks to them.

In general, in Russia, everything was incomprehensible with my illness. Each new specialist appointed new examinations. Some said to be operated on, others said nothing. In general, I got tired of the uncertainty and went to Germany, to the Schon Clinic. When I sent my documents to the doctor, they immediately included a surgery in the treatment plan. I had my doubts, but I decided that I had to go and get examined first, and listen to the opinion of German specialists. As a result, one surgery is already over and I feel much better. In the near future, another surgery is planned, but there is no hopelessness, as it was before. It is very good that I decided to undergo examination and treatment in a German hospital. Still, the level here is not just better, but generally incomparable.

We only came for an examination, so we only stayed at the clinic for a couple of days. I liked everything. Examinations and consultations are well organized. Didn’t have to wait anywhere. All staff are polite and ready to help.
