I can only speak about the online consultation, which I had a good one. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional.

Everything was organized clearly, punctually and attentively. The consultation took place at the appointed time. I got answers to all the questions I was interested in.

The hospital is simply huge, many patients, doctors – a whole city that is constantly moving. It was quite difficult for me to get here because of the huge queues, the doctor had to see me privately outside the clinic.

I visited it with our 5 year old son. He was operated on. Our Doctor Crois is just completely cute and sensitive to children and their nervous parents. Not only our doctor, but the whole team, from the nursing station to the awakening team, the anesthesiologis,t and the caregivers were just great! Our daughter was irradiated at MedAustron for 6 weeks due to a brain tumor. Already when you enter the institute, you feel yourself in
safety and, as paradoxical as it sounds, comfortable. The clinic is new, clean, and bright. All staff is very friendly and helpful.
Even if we had to wait up to 3 hours from time to time, everything was not so bad, because we were told why and how long it would take.

It looks more like NASA than a treatment center. I have been treating chordoma for 1.5 months. All the staff are very caring and polite. Doctors provide you with all kinds of explanations and support. An excellent institution.

Unfortunately, we went to Austria as a family not for rest, but for treatment. The child was diagnosed with cancer. This center was recommended to us by the attending physician from Ukraine, for which we many thanks. Our little girl was treated with proton therapy. She wasn’t scared and she wasn’t in pain. And that’s why it’s worth visiting this place. The child smiles again and enjoys life. Now the disease has receded. I hope next time we will go to Austria as tourists.

I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and every day my condition got worse. After I was diagnosed, I was immediately sent for surgery. But it didn’t get any better, because two months later I had a relapse. After the treatment did not help me, I gave up. My husband had a stroke, I’ll miss all the details because my story can make the whole book … The point is that this is a great sorrow, like any illness. After many ordeals and treatment, my husband recovered. By the way, he was treated at the best specialists. I can assure you that everything was at the highest level in this clinic, through and through. Special thanks to all doctors of the clinic, Doctor Anne and translator Manuel. Accommodation, treatment, medications, and translator support were included in the price. My stay with my husband was also unimpeded and they took care of me too. This is not just a course of therapy, treatment, but also care and a wonderful atmosphere of the clinic, staff, and the wonderful nature around. The most important thing is that my expectations of treatment were not only justified, but also surpassed. Don’t waste time on treatment at us. The sooner you get into a country where doctors are responsible for the person and his (her) health, the sooner you will be cured. I love my country, we pay taxes here, but we can’t even get any high-quality medicines for money and worsen only our health, but it’s priceless. In sorrow, someone’s support and assurance that the services will be of high quality are very important. This gives HOPE.

After the accident, I lost one leg, but it remained possible to restore the functionality of the second and eventually start walking again using a prosthesis. I was recommended the Lasnitshöhe clinic in Austria. Using the maximum of all the proposed procedures, I was able to start moving again. I plan to continue therapy at home to keep fit. The best doctors, the best team! I had direct knee arthroscopy. The day after surgery, I didn’t feel any pain. After a week, I partially drew up my leg, and after 3 weeks, I walked normally without crutches. They are certainly the best doctors!

I got an ultrasound scanning within 24 hours. Doctors really devote time to each patient. They explained me in detail the results of the scanning and answered all my questions.

I had to undergo CT in Vienna. Everything went very quickly in Rudolfinerhaus, since the waiting periods are very short. As to my experience, a private hospital in Vienna is very good! I just spent 2 nights in a private clinic in Vienna. The stay was rather disappointing. There is a lack of organization by the administrative service. Compared to other private clinics in which I was treated, they have something to strive for. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the quality of medical care.
