Clinic

On 6 November 2018, I underwent a colonoscopy and oral pandendoscopy. When undergoing the entire examination, the center’s staff was treating me very correctly.

Since childhood, I suffer from constipation, I have dolichosigma (the gut is longer than necessary). In recent years, my condition has become quite difficult – constant enemas, laxatives. Once it came even to obstruction. The gastroenterologist said that it is necessary to operate and the operation is complicated. My sister works in Spain, she advised to come to them for treatment. I was operated on in the surgical center ServiDigest (Barcelona). There were no large incisions – they were treated me by using microsurgical methods. Now I feel fine. There are no more constipations, there are no scars (thin strips, they are not visible).

Congratulations to the whole ServiDigest team …

They are very kind and excellent professionals.

I appreciate the very good service they offer.

Thanks to all the doctors who helped me.

Blessings to all!

Last week, I was observed and I would like to thank Doctor Ribot and the entire caring team. Good conditions and good specialists!

My hair transplant went smoothly and without unnecessary stress. Dr. Nika provided strong support — she was always available and gave clear answers to all my questions (and I had quite a few). Thanks to her, I was referred to Cosmedica clinic, where everything was done to a very high standard.

At every stage — before, during, and after the procedure — she responded quickly and never left any of my questions unanswered, usually within 12 hours.

I appreciate the attentive approach, support, and professionalism.

I did a transplant for the first time, so there were certain worries, but before that I watched several videos on youtube about the clinic and these worries immediately disappeared.) Dr. Akar and all the staff are real professionals in their field, polite, friendly.) A very pleasant atmosphere reigns in Cosmedica. =) We transplanted 5000 Grafts. I recommend the Cosmedica clinic and Dr. Akara to everyone. If you need to improve the condition of your hair, you can feel free to contact, you will not regret it!)

It was a little scary, but it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived at the airport until the end of the operation, I was surrounded by the care of a team of professionals. Highly recommend.

Excellent clinic, Dr. Akar – Person, Expert, Kind, Professional, Exceptional. If you want the best hair transplant experience, from 2200 to 4500 euros. THERE IS NO BEST PLACE.

I recommend Cosmedica clinic as one of the best hair transplants. Hundreds of people have seen results. And I am one of them.

I had a hair transplant at Cosmedica with Dr. Akar. The doctor is excellent and very professional. His team is great and responsive.
Overall I was very concerned about the treatment but everything went smoothly and I feel great !! Thank you very much Dr. Akar !!! I will recommend your clinic to everyone I know !!

Professional service, friendly staff. I liked everything, the result is visible. The second procedure took place in April 2019. Recommend.

Nice clinic, very friendly staff. Great job!

Vasily, Belarus. 47 years old I would like to share my impressions about the hair transplant operation performed at the Cosmedica clinic in Istanbul. The decision was not easy. I started thinking about transplantation about 5 years ago and when I came to the decision I wrote to several clinics, some did not answer at all, someone contacted a week later and only Natalya, representing Cosmedica, called the next day. Largely thanks to Natalia, I made a decision and chose the Cosmedica clinic, especially after she gave me the contact of a real person who did this procedure last year and after talking with him, my doubts were gone, the decision was made. And here I am in Istanbul. The organization is at the highest level, all transversers are right on time with good comfortable minibuses, the hotel is good at breakfast, everyone is friendly and you feel at home. Now a few words about the Cosmedica clinic. The clinic is cool and modern, everything is clearly organized (tea, coffee, juices, breakfasts, lunches and much more), the staff is very friendly, the translator is always there, in general, everything is super. The procedure itself, although long (6-8 hours), is not noticeable, more excitement. Dr. Akar and all assistants are professionals in their field and it is felt immediately when you cross the threshold of the clinic. Cosmedica at a high level, I recommend.

I recently had dental implants done by Dr. Ali and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Ali took the time to explain the procedure and made me feel comfortable. I flew in from the states so I was very nervous about getting my teeth done in another country. I couldn’t be any more happier and will be visiting this clinic again soon!

My name is Haleh , I have done abdominal plastic, Tummy tuck + 360degrees Liposuction by “Dr. Hassan Beyhan “ on 9th September/ 2025 which am very pleased + happy with results 💯 really highly recommended Dr. Beyhan to anyone who would like to do same procedure 👍
Meanwhile I am happy with the team who are working with him ; including nurses ; Gokhan, Tugba , Ferrit , Izzet & Efe ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️these nurses serving me 24 hrs with nice+ helpful manners during 2 days I stayed in Clinic; God Bless them 🙏 meanwhile my correspondent person was “Sharareh “ who was very compassionate towards me , imagine I didn’t have any friend to assist me; I mean , I was alone ☺️apart of dear Sharareh & nice heart nurses ✔️many thanks to give me opportunity to right a GENUINE COMMENTS OVER MY RECENT EXPERIENCE 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I did my hair transplant at this center about 3 weeks ago. It’s a bit earlier to comment about my hair growth but overall their services were great.
Their prices were reasonable, the center is conveniently located by the Hotel and their staff treated me professionally.
My contact person and interpreter Maral Mansouri was amazing. She was open to answer any question, was available throughout the treatment process from arranging transportation, accompaniment from hotel to the clinic and facilitating the whole process. Thank you Maral!!!

I recently traveled to Turkey for procedure, and my experience was beyond exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly organized — the airport pickup, the comfortable hotel stay, and even the delicious meals provided.

A special thanks goes to Liana, who was available 24/7 and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and constant support made the whole journey so smooth and stress-free.

Dr. Ali Gürlek is simply outstanding. His expertise, precision, and reassuring manner gave me complete confidence, and the results speak for themselves — absolutely perfect work.

I can recommend this hospital enough. If you’re looking for exceptional care, top-notch facilities, and a team that treats you like family, this is the place to go.

Both my parents had dental treatment done, the dentists were professional and attentive. It’s a shame that there is a language barrier as the staff do not speak English, however we were assigned a translator called Hely. She was so helpful and worked incredibly hard to meet all our needs. She is an asset to the dental practice and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours. We can’t thank her enough for all the time and effort she put in with us.

The only feedback I would have is that when booking in their patients, the dental practice should have a programme for the week with an outline of what procedures will take place and the appointment times. This will avoid waiting around , in addition to this I would also recommend that patients book a minimum of 10days for big dental treatments as things do tend be very last minute.

I went to dentistry at Green Village Medical with my problem teeth. And received impeccable service from start to finish. Friendly and very competent team reassures.

I especially want to thank my manager Attika for her kindness, her professionalism and willingness to meet all my expectations.

Thanks again for such great service!

Sami

I had many doubts about hair transplant in Istanbul and decided to contact Greenvillage (thank you Mako, you answered all my many questions and cleared all my doubts). That’s why I decided to go to Istanbul after Mako arranges everything.

On January 6, at the airport, as planned, my wife and I were met and escorted to the 5 * hotel booked by Mako.

On January 7, Mako came to accompany us to the clinic, which is located right in front of the hotel. And we started transplanting.

I was well taken care of. Everything was arranged by Mako. We even had a tourist day for my wife with a guide who helped open Istanbul for my wife while the doctors took care of me.

The operation went very well and we were able to return to Paris on Sunday 9th January as planned.

After 3 weeks, the hair began to grow, I am very satisfied.

Special thanks to Mako who looked after us during these 4 days spent in Istanbul, who organized the operation and everything perfectly. Once again, a thousand thanks to Mako.

And thanks to Greenvillage for their professionalism.

Highly recommend this beauty clinic to anyone looking for excellence and attention to detail. GREEN village istanbul offers first class services. The entire staff greets you with a friendly smile. The staff works as a team, pays attention and listens to all your wishes. Many thanks to Mr. Mükerrem, a very humble person who is always there to help and support patients

I did my teeth in this clinic.
The Green Village clinic is just great. I will be back for my annual checkup and bring my whole family for treatment!

Hello!

I had a rhinoplasty at this hospital. Many thanks to the doctor and medical staff for the good results of the operation, everything I wanted. I also thank my personal assistant and especially my dear sister Sabrini for her support. I am very grateful to you all!

My experience at the GREEN VILLAGE clinic was very successful, I did liposuction and a facelift, now I am very satisfied with my body.
I recommend this place.

I had liposuction at the Green Village Medical Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, I was very pleased with the result and I want to thank all the medical staff and translator Sabrina. I advise everyone Green Hospital Medical Villa.

Thanks to the Green Village Medical Center, which has a team of professionals. There is a great atmosphere here. The reception was top notch!
Separately, I want to mention the translator Sabrina, smiling, caring and very attentive.
Thanks a lot !!

A month ago I did lip fillers and Botox, the result looks very natural, like a child. Thanks to all. Very clean and friendly place❤️

Hello Green Village, I want to thank you.
I had a rhinoplasty at Green Village Medical in Istanbul, and I have an excellent result. I advise you to contact this clinic, they are cool!

I want to express my admiration for the clinic, the staff, the level of service and the sensitivity of the people who work there.
I received not only a super professional result from the doctors who worked with me, but also from the medical staff of the hospital and the coordinator girls who accompanied me in all areas. I received an answer to any question, this is very important, especially when you are in a foreign country and do not know the language of that country well.
I highly recommend this clinic to everyone, I have already told all my friends and relatives and I think that I will return there more than once and bring my family and friends.
A huge thank you to Doctor Ali, Doctor Genghis Khan
Thank you to all the girls and boys – you are the best ♥️♥️♥️
I would like to express special thanks to the coordinator Turkan, who accompanied us even before arriving in Turkey and fully told and explained how everything would happen. I want to note that everything happened exactly as she said, and the service was at the highest level, starting with the transfer and ending with help in household matters, help with the language. She is a true professional in her field and a very good person. We have developed a very warm relationship. I would also like to thank the coordinator-consultant named Sonya, who accompanied me directly to the clinic itself. A very sensitive professional girl who explained every step of my actions after the operation with knowledge of the matter.

Excellent service, you can’t dream of anything better. Omar and Doctor Burak are great, they are really very professional and really care about the patient. I had the opportunity to have a hair transplant and 3 dental implants. It’s only been 8 days since both surgeries, I’m looking forward to going back and finishing my dental treatment. Thanks again, I really appreciate everything you do for me. I will recommend the clinic to friends and acquaintances.

We had good impressions from this clinic. They really took care of my needs and made the trip very comfortable. Khadija, our translator, made it very easy for us, we got all the help we needed from the nurses, doctors and even our carrier. I highly recommend this clinic, but the only thing I didn’t like was the hotel, because it didn’t live up to the 5 stars it claimed.

I’m from Canada. And I would like to share my experience with the Estherian Clinic. From the airport to the hotel, the driver was very helpful. The hotel was good. My medical consultant, Omar Shelby, did a great job of being there when I had questions. He made sure I wasn’t late and was very supportive. Esterian Clinic is the best clinic without a doubt!!

Hello, my name is Maciej.
I had a hair transplant at the Esterian clinic. Very professional service, I am 100% satisfied. At the clinic, we were assigned an escort, Hassan, who organized everything from the taxi to the hotel and the procedure itself. The treatment was quick and smooth. It is important that everyone is approached individually, enough grafts are used so that the effect is optimal. Everything went well. I recommend this clinic!

I want to say that I had wonderful impressions from this clinic. They arranged to meet at the airport in a luxury limousine. After that I was taken to the hotel. The 5-star hotel is also very nice and equipped with all amenities.

Let’s talk about the operation… Before the operation, a consultation was offered, the operation was performed by very experienced staff. The doctors were very kind and supportive. I underwent the operation without any difficulties. Hasan the translator was also very helpful. He helped me, explained everything about the operation. Now fingers crossed to see my new hairline soon! ????

Excellent experience in everything from planning, hotel accommodation to dental work. Dr. Omer Shelby and Dr. Sena exceeded my expectations. Miss Bushra was a great communicator as our translator. I was a little skeptical about traveling from the US for dental treatment, but I am very happy to report that I am delighted with the outcome and the trip was well worth it. Thank you all!

So, I came to this clinic alone and I was very scared because the operation is not that easy… But my medical consultant Rukia told me “trust me, you are in good hands”. Thanks to my doctor Ismail, my personal nurse Sultan and my translator Amal, they are all amazing. They made my stay very relaxing by being there for me every step of the way and explaining everything. I definitely recommend this clinic, and the doctors, and everyone else involved, and I want to say a big thank you. May Allah be with you

Hello, I’m from Germany.
This is one of the best hair transplant clinics in Istanbul. They do everything very carefully and with great care to solve your hair problem once and for all. The prices were a pleasant surprise, and the doctors are very friendly and treat you like a friend. My special thanks to Mr. Kenan for his good guidance and help. Hassan, thanks for your help.

The best clinic, very clean and modern. People are very kind (doctors, translators, nurses). My consultant was Murat, always accurate, polite, reliable, punctual and organized. I highly recommend the clinic and my consultant. I am very pleased that I contacted you. Thank you Murat and thank you Dr. Chengizhan ❤.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire team. From day one they were extremely attentive, professional and genuinely caring. Special thanks to Mohammed, who checked in on me throughout the whole process. The coordination was seamless — airport transfers, help at the hotel reception, a warm welcome at the clinic and medications prepared for my recovery. I could not have asked for better support. Highly recommend!

Experience was great! Before the flight to Turkey we had a video call with the surgeon and patient manager, which helped a lot. My wife had medialization thyroplasty performed by Prof. Dr. Altan Yildirim — everything went well and her voice keeps improving. The clinic is very comfortable, huge thanks to all the staff and nurses. Special thanks to our patient manager Mohammad Muneeb for taking care of us every day!

I had occipital bone reduction surgery at Cayra clinic and I was very satisfied. From the first contact with Nadjoua, who explained every detail clearly and patiently, to the whole experience at the hotel and clinic handled by Ennis — they far exceeded my expectations. I certainly recommend them.

I just love them all, from the drivers to the doctors. I had followed this clinic for at least three years. Responses were always quick. The staff never pushed me into any procedure just for money — they told me to think it over. VIP transfer every time, minimal waiting. Choosing the right clinic for your teeth is hard, but this is the first decision in my life I have zero regret about. Amazing work, amazing team!

Excellent treatment from Cayra Clinic Antalya, particularly from the medical coordinator Enis Fisne. He was very helpful from the initial planning to the after care, patient and always ready to answer questions. I love my new Hollywood smile thanks to Cayra Clinic!

Perfect service. I got a lot of attention not only in Antalya, before and after the operation, but even after returning home I still feel it. The result is positive — my hair is growing across the whole transplanted area. Recommend.

I was very happy with how the whole experience went — the staff are incredible and the hospital is spotless. Unfortunately, 18 months later I am not happy with the result. The surgeon told me I did not need an uplift, I went with that advice, and I am disappointed with how things turned out. My advice to future patients: discuss carefully whether you need an uplift.

Cayra clinic’s service felt unprofessional and disappointing to me. In my opinion the staff lacked proper training. I would advise others to choose their healthcare provider carefully.

Everything was nice — the service and the hospitality. Quick and great help with very fast replies. Made the patient feel safe and answered all questions.

I came from Moscow to Antalya for treatment at the Cayra dental clinic. I am very satisfied with the treatment and attitude of the staff. I did not expect that everything would be so fast and high-quality at a reasonable price. The work of the entire team of doctors and all the employees was excellent. I am very glad that I found this clinic and met amazing people, and professionals in their field, there is something to compare with, because nature did not give me a Hollywood smile. Thanks again to everyone, especially Selahatin.

I had a hair transplant at the Kaira clinic. I was very pleased with their attention both during the hair transplant and after it, they called every day for 15 days, asked for photos, and monitored the situation. It’s been 5 months now and I’m very happy with my hair transplant. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I found this clinic on Instagram and came from San Antonio Texas to get multiple procedures done. I got rhinoplasty, buccal fat removal, and veneers. Everything was smooth as butter. From the moment I got there, I was taken to all the doctor appointments, brought all the medicines, and met all my needs. I have introduced to the culture as well as the national food and was never allowed to worry about anything. A great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

I have found this clinic on google and so far that is 3-4 months post surgery I am quite satisfied with the results.
The team working there knows their job so well.
Other than the doctor and surgery team, There is Peker who makes everything easier and always being helpful and caring.

My trip from the USA to Antalya for facelift surgery was absolutely flawless. I selected CAYRA Clinic. The team at CAYRA Clinic responded to my inquiry promptly and answered every question in detail. There was no pressure to make a decision quickly. Their highest priority is your health and safety. You will have a dedicated coordinator / assistant / translator to guide you through the process once you arrive in Antalya. I was fortunate to have Peker as my assistant. He treated me like family from the moment we met. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I received the best care at Ozel OFM Antalya and the Surgeon Dr. Feridun Elmas is an artist. Two weeks post surgery and the scars are barely visible. 200% YES – This team ROCKS!

I had a Vaser liposuction on my legs and abdomen + JPlasma and BbL with Cayra Clinic. The experience was great, very competent, doctor that speaks English and 2 assistants available for me day and night. I totally recommend it and will surely go to them again in the future for any other aesthetic treatment!

Kaira clinic – I chose it for hair transplantation.
Competent and professional team, like a smiling, cheerful, and warm family.

I would like to thank Mr. Abdullah and this wonderful team.

A very good clinic, the dentist’s services are excellent, I liked everything very much and I was satisfied.
I would especially like to mention Faruka, a super person, always helped, organized everything quickly 🙂

I want to express my deep gratitude for the care I received after my recent delivery at this hospital. From the very beginning of the pregnancy, the medical care was exceptional.
I especially want to acknowledge the team of Dr. Blanca Paredes — a wonderful gynecologist with enormous professionalism and humanity. For me she is one of the best specialists at the hospital; without a doubt, I will continue to be seen by her.
I also thank the midwife Irene Rubio, who accompanied us for many hours with incredible dedication. Thanks to her we managed to cope with a very difficult situation. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
And finally, thank you to the entire department staff, the nurses and assistants for their care and constant attention.
Excellent facilities, beautiful delivery rooms and very comfortable wards.

I am very grateful for your service and hospitality.

I had thyroid surgery. Very good treatment, I didn’t even feel anything. I was very nervous, but I was treated wonderfully.
The team that worked with me in room 204 was very good.
Manuela Blanco

On 01.02.2026 I had surgery at this hospital, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff.
I especially want to thank the admissions team, Noelia — completely devoted to her patients, Eva, who attentively accompanied the entire process of my surgery, the excellent nursing team, the anesthesiology staff and, of course, Dr. González Rivas for changing my life.
I want to note the magnificent work that they all did during my stay at the hospital, as well as the humane, attentive and professional attitude I received at every moment.
I return to Malaga with very warm memories and deep gratitude to the entire team of this hospital.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Three weeks ago I gave birth at this hospital. I could not have chosen a better place. The care of the specialists from the very first minute was incredible. The work of the midwives in the delivery ward and of all the staff on the floor was excellent. Very humane, caring attitude, a lot of patience and understanding in such a difficult and special moment.
And, of course, special thanks to Dr. Héctor Baraona, the gynecologist, to whom I will always be grateful for his complete dedication to patients. One of the best specialists I have ever met.
Thank you for your work and for making the birth of my son an incredible event that I will remember all my life. ❤️

Recently I came to have a blood test, a breast ultrasound and a thyroid ultrasound. Besides having to wait an hour for each procedure, almost all the staff who attended me were very rude, except for the young man who drew blood.
And today I went to the gynecological emergency department, waited two and a half hours, and there was no one in the gynecology office. In the end I left, because the shift change was approaching and no one even knew where the gynecologist was.

On December 3rd I was operated on at this hospital, and I have no words other than gratitude.
Special thanks to Dr. Paniso, who performed my colonoscopy and gastroscopy with incredible professionalism and care. And, of course, to Dr. Pedraza from the abdominal surgery department — he has golden hands… he saved my life. Thank you to him and his entire team. Don’t let him go, you very rarely meet doctors with such sensitivity and kindness.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

In May 2024 I came for an initial consultation with Dr. Gutiérrez. He told me that I had arthritis in both knees and that in 15 years I might need prostheses on both knee joints. At that time he offered two options: surgery or hyaluronic acid injections, since the inner menisci were in very poor condition.
I chose meniscus surgery, which took place on September 13th. When my stitches were removed on the 25th, the doctor said I should already be walking without crutches. A month and a half after the surgery I began to feel tingling in my left foot and asked for an MRI, but I was told rather rudely that it was impossible.
A week later I went to another traumatologist at another clinic, who calmly explained to me that an MRI a month and a half after surgery would indeed not give a clear picture. At the end of October I again described my situation, and then I was finally prescribed an MRI.
On November 2nd I came for a consultation, and, without explaining anything and without even showing the results of the study, the doctor said he was ending further follow-up and offered hyaluronic acid injections. After that I went to three more hospitals, where I was told that a prosthesis was necessary.
Now I already have a left knee joint prosthesis — the surgery was performed in February this year. I twice contacted the patient services with complaints, but I was essentially told that if a prosthesis was placed, then there were reasons for it.
In the end, instead of living without a prosthesis for another fifteen years, as I was initially told, I received it just six months after the first surgery.

The hospital itself is good, but they need to provide internet access for patients and companions. For two years now they have been saying it exists, but by some coincidence it never works.
Nowadays it is hard to imagine a private hospital without such a service, especially for patients who stay here for a long time.

I was planning surgery and a consultation with Dr. Nogueira and his office. My nose needed significant tip lengthening. In the end I did not have surgery with this doctor.
The doctor stated that he has no policy on revision surgeries. The secretary became increasingly difficult to deal with. Instead of helping to address my concerns, she began to argue with me and made it difficult to reschedule the consultation date.
The doctor is unwilling to meet and discuss issues even if you come in person.
The cost of the surgery is 8,300 US dollars, excluding hospital stay expenses.

I am very pleased with the medical procedures performed here. The staff and doctors are very friendly, attentive and caring.
Definitely recommend.

We were recently at the Vithas Aravaca University Hospital. Although the surgery itself went very well, the conditions of the stay and the attitude of part of the staff leave much to be desired for a private hospital.
Dirt accumulates in the wards under the beds, sofas and in other places. The cabinet doors were warped. There were no curtains at all — only hooks for them, so we constantly had to raise and lower the blinds. There are cracks everywhere on the walls. The bathroom window was poorly secured.
A week earlier we had accompanied a relative at another Quirón group hospital, and the difference was huge. I understand that this hospital is old, but periodic renovation is necessary.
Thank you.

It’s a pity that this hospital is no longer what it used to be.
They used to provide excellent service here, but now that is no longer the case. Entire teams of medical specialists are leaving here for a reason.
Delays have become a very common problem — waiting two hours has become commonplace. This creates an extremely unpleasant atmosphere in the waiting area: people shout at the staff, complain and get irritated.
The hospital does not warn in advance about delays, although it is perfectly aware of them. I want to thank the staff for their professionalism and good work, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about Vithas management.

A good hospital. We spent five days here after the surgery, and overall everything was positive. Very humane and professional staff.
Dr. Mesa and his team, the nurses, orderlies, intensive care staff and Begoña from the traumatology department were wonderful.
I don’t give 5 stars only because of the administrative procedures before the surgery, which were poorly organized due to a lack of staff. They should hire more administrative employees.
The hospital has an open parking lot, the first 30 minutes are free. The cafeteria offers a set lunch for 13 euros. The TV in the room is free. The Wi-Fi works quite well. The in-patient food is rather poor.
I recommend the hospital.

Mammography and ultrasound on CDs? Still?
Many modern computers no longer have disc drives, and in my case, as with other patients, there are problems viewing the studies. They only post the conclusion on the website, but what if I want to show the images to another specialist?
In addition, is it normal for a specialist to simultaneously hold appointments and work in the emergency department? I waited two and a half hours for the gynecologist appointment. For a private medical center this is unacceptable. At the very least, patients could be warned in advance.
Two hours thirty minutes of waiting… incredible.
Best regards.

I strongly recommend this hospital, as excellent specialists and staff work here. I have been to many hospitals around the world and I love coming here, because here I feel at home.
Making an appointment happens very quickly, and everything is organized perfectly.
I especially want to mention Alessandra from the blood collection office, Dr. Nuria from gynecology and Susi from administration for their kindness and help.
On 11/07/22 I also want to thank Ana from the main reception desk — very professional and patient.
Rocío did my MRI — she is just wonderful!
Some staff at the radiology department reception should improve their attitude toward patients.
Thank you all.

A few weeks ago I gave birth by cesarean section. I want to thank my gynecologist, the midwives, anesthesiologists, orderlies and all the specialists who were by my side. Their humanity and attitude were wonderful.
The pediatricians are also excellent and took wonderful care of my baby.
However, the low rating is related to the work of the in-patient department. The gynecologist prescribed a treatment regimen for me, but it was not always followed.
There are very attentive and kind nurses and assistants, but overall I was dissatisfied. They did not bring me all the prescribed medications. Those who have undergone a cesarean section know how painful it is.
Several times I called the staff with the call button, but no one came or answered. They promised to bring medications and did not, or brought them too late.
I felt left without proper attention. I think the problem is in the organization of the work.

I was operated on on Thursday, and I had to stay at the hospital overnight. The surgical team was excellent.
However, after being transferred to the ward, the nurses and student trainees of the evening shift behaved as if the work or my questions bothered them.
In addition, despite the fact that I reported my food allergy, for dinner I was served a dish with that product. What would have happened if I had had an allergic reaction?
Also, many staff members in the cashier area were without masks and did not observe social distancing.

On Monday the 16th I had surgery in the afternoon. The traumatologist-surgeon and his entire team were exceptional. The surgery itself went quickly and successfully.
However, the work of the reception and the nurse in the recovery ward was terrible. The nurse wanted me to go to the toilet by myself after ankle surgery.
Post-operative information was practically absent, and the medication recommendations were incorrect. She couldn’t even explain how to give heparin injections.
Once home, I called the hospital several times with questions, but no one could give me answers.
It’s a great pity that after the surgeon’s excellent work such an impression remains. This experience is enough to choose a different hospital next time.

Despite the scheduled time, I had to wait 4 hours for a preliminary examination and also for arranging additional visits. The staff in the ENT department was polite. Already at the entrance one could feel a general stressful and tense atmosphere.

The delivery room and the postpartum department are excellent in terms of staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive.
However, the hygiene in the department leaves much to be desired: dirty corners in the bathroom, hair from the previous patient in the sink.

I received a lot of attention, very compassionate nurses and doctors, I was attended to quickly, they told me the tests would take 40 minutes. Everything was done much faster. I recommend this hospital, I have Adeslas insurance and no problems with payment. I hope I won’t be back here for a long time, hehehe.

Very good service. As with all hospitals, depending on the therapeutic area and depending on the time/day you visit the emergency department, you will have to wait longer or shorter. However, in general, it is very good: a wide selection of doctors, an appointment at the right time. The staff is friendly and takes care of everything.
The premises are clean, spacious and bright. I recommend.

In the trauma center, they paid a lot of attention, they treated me very well, they did all kinds of tests until they made a diagnosis. I had to wait a long time. But my 30-day treatment experience was generally positive. The doctor who treated me was very professional.

Every time I went for an examination or received my relatives, both doctors and nurses, assistants, and even cleaners, emergency managers, at the reception desk… EVERYONE treated us well. This was especially noticeable when there were convulsive moments with COVID. Therefore: THANK YOU for such attention and care in these difficult times.

Getting your eye test report should be a simple process, but the only way to get it – is to make another appointment. No help by phone, no messages by mail… This can be solved in a matter of minutes (electronic report!!!). And then they say that there is a long queue.

Тhis hospital does not accommodate breastfeeding for newborns. No rooming in allowed. There’s only a one-person nursing room for the entire labor and delivery ward, so each mom is allowed one 30 min breastfeeding slot per day. Nurses and doctors are great but hospital policy is not.

i’ve been a patient here for three years (for allergic asthma) and they’ve been consistently good. long wait times for your first appointment or for examinations (4+ weeks for busy departments) and more expensive than other clinics but that’s to be expected from university hospitals in south korea. nurses are polite. facilities are good. doctors seem knowledgeable.

The whole hospital is spacious and clean. I think it is one of the top 5 hospitals in Korea. I had a kidney surgery. Everything is fine now. I recommend

Friendly attitude of all medical personnel from hospitalization to discharge. Medical care and treatment are close to perfection. Doctors are attentive and explain everything.

Mega modern hospital with stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, great doctors. Highly recommend! First class and five stars.

One of the best hospitals in Korea regarding the medication and treatment methods on leukemia, cancer, and organ transplantation. Some of the clerks are quite uninformed and unkind, yet, doctors are great.

A large general hospital, nice environment, clean. Unlike my previous orthopedic outpatient experience, I was very pleased with my appointment with the ophthalmologist.

Highly recommend

Hello!! My name is Olga, I am 38 years old. Doctors diagnosed breast cancer of the third stage. I want to thank Experts Medikal and Natalya personally. As time has shown, in the treatment of such a disease, the main thing is to find a decent and competent person who will guide you, choose a clinic and doctors, and in one word – entrust your life to this person. After the diagnosis, I was confused, it was difficult for me to decide what to do next, but after talking with Natalia, I was surprised how Natalia quickly understood my situation and how quickly she found and arranged an appointment with doctors. The result: two weeks later, we had an appointment at the Helios clinic in Berlin, the consultation was conducted by Professor Unch. Over the next week, I underwent all tests to confirm the diagnosis of this disease and began treatment. Several operations and 15 chemotherapy treatments lasting almost a year in an unfamiliar country. All this time Natalya helped me fight with difficulties, being a good doctor explained the treatment process and supported me. All the advice that Natalya gave was based solely on my interests. During the year of treatment, there were various situations and fears related to treatment and doctors, but all this time Natalya took care of me. Currently, the disease has entered the stage of remission, and I thank fate, that brought me together with Natalya. I wish Natalya and her manager health and peace!!!

There was an online consultation with Professor Kivit. I thank the doctor and translator from the bottom of my heart. The professor reviewed all our documents, explained everything very clearly. He reassured us as parents, and gave recommendations for treatment. Thanks again for helping us!!

I went to the Helios clinic in Berlin because of breast cancer, which I was diagnosed with at home. I really liked the organization and the completeness of the examination. I also had a consultation with a professor. He is a very nice person, he answered all my questions completely and clearly. I don’t regret that I went to Germany for diagnostics, although it’s expensive, but it’s health!

I gave birth in this clinic on July 22, 2022 and am very satisfied. The midwives, both during the birth and in the ward, were great. They have always been happy and very helpful. I stayed in the hospital for 3 days. I couldn’t have imagined a better attitude and conditions.

I have come here 3 times already for a knee revision. The attitude of doctors and medical staff is always friendly. They smile even when they are stressed. Sometimes I had to wait a long time, but this is a hospital, emergencies always take priority.

I am now on my second inpatient treatment in a very short time. And I’m glad I chose this clinic. The doctor at the reception was very friendly, as were the nurses in the ward. And the doctors who treat are very professional. Here I still feel like a person, not just a patient. Doctors consider all questions and problems. In general, everything is very good.

Today I was with my 2.5-year-old son with suspected pneumonia and a temperature above 39 degrees in the emergency center at Helios Hospital. We didn’t have to wait a minute and we immediately took action to make our child feel better. For this we want to thank you very much! The nurses and the lovely blond doctor were absolutely professional. There was even a big chocolate bunny at the end to take home. Thank you very much!
