Hello. I have no complaints about the approach of the hospital and the doctors, or about the quality of the services. However, such a significant increase in prices, far exceeding the rate of inflation, makes it difficult for people to access treatment.

Honestly, I hope that prices will be reconsidered favorably in the future. In addition, it is unfortunate that there is no alternative for those who do not wish to use the valet service. Since I did not want to use the valet parking service, no parking space was provided for my car. I hope our comments will be taken into account.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent psychiatric care I received from psychiatrist Dr. Duygu Yertutanol for her exceptional professionalism and dedication. She worked thoroughly with me to identify the root causes of my condition and provided treatment at a high professional and humane level. Thanks to her support, I felt understood and never alone with my problems.

Special thanks to coordinator Gulnara for her outstanding support from the very beginning! She helped with making the appointment, with translation, and accompanied me throughout the entire process, acting clearly and professionally. We visited NP Istanbul Brain Hospital in November and were sincerely impressed by the level of professionalism and care. The service was exceptional from start to finish.

Our daughter’s psychiatrist, Mukhtar Mursalli, proved to be extremely professional, competent, and attentive. He took the time to thoroughly analyze our situation, adjusted the medication, and recommended Deep TMS sessions, which were carried out at a high level. His approach was particularly valuable given the difficulties we often face with psychiatric care in Canada.

We would also like to highlight our Russian-speaking interpreter Natalia, who was a real find during our stay at the hospital. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful not only during medical consultations, but even when we needed help with translation in the dental department, where English-language support was limited. Thanks to her, the whole process went much more smoothly and calmly.

Overall, we are very grateful for the outstanding medical service and sincere support we received. We highly recommend it.

A very clean and highly professional clinic. Interpreters are provided for foreign patients, which is very helpful. The attitude of the staff was very polite and welcoming.

However, this clinic is quite expensive compared to others. For example, a brain EEG, which usually costs about 100 US dollars, cost me 300 dollars, and the doctor’s consultation cost 270 dollars.

Overall, it is a decent private clinic.

By the way, the interpreter’s name was Gulnara, she translated very fluently from Turkish into Russian.

I am deeply grateful to Dr. Celal for giving my husband new hope at NP Brain Hospital in Istanbul. We came from Nigeria, and upon arrival my husband could not walk and was completely dependent on our help in daily life. After Dr. Celal’s thorough consultation and the treatment plan he developed, my husband began training to walk again. He has now regained his confidence and strength.

Last May, I brought my 13-year-old son with dyslexia along with his mother to NPIstanbul Brain Hospital for a consultation. Within one week, the child underwent all the necessary examinations, and we received everything we needed.

The services provided were prompt, thorough, and fully met our expectations. Dr. Mukhtar and his fellow specialists — a psychologist, a psychiatrist, and others — showed exceptional attention, empathy, and professionalism during the consultations. She underwent many examinations, and we received all the results the same day, which was very impressive. Given the volume of services provided, the cost turned out to be quite reasonable — we received truly excellent value for money.

The hospital staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. An interpreter, Robiyahon, was also arranged for us, and she was simply wonderful. I made an appointment for May 2024, but after reading the reviews I became quite worried about visiting this clinic. If there is anyone here who has undergone psychological treatment and can tell me how things really are, I would be very grateful. Otherwise, I am thinking of canceling the appointment.

As satisfied as we were with the brain check-up program, we are equally dissatisfied with the shortcomings in the organization of the monthly consultations. We were given the impression that the monthly WhatsApp consultations were included in the check-up package, but the day before the scheduled consultation we were told that each meeting had to be paid for at 1,100 Turkish liras.

I consider it necessary to inform the management that we are extremely dissatisfied with this situation and intend to share it on social media.

A very expensive hospital.

Very professional service. Experts Medical is an excellent team. They selected a clinic for brain tumor treatment. The operation was performed by a good doctor. I feel better.

For now, I am giving an average rating in advance. This place was recommended to me for one of my relatives, but after reading the reviews I could not decide whether it is worth making an appointment.

In any case, we will try it and see for ourselves. Depending on what happens next, I will update this review.

I was recommended a doctor here by my doctor in Japan and I’ve been really happy with my experience for nearly 5 years now. The hospital is quick and efficient. The International Health Center is also very helpful when making appointments or when you have extra questions. I miss Saturday clinic hours but they have been flexible with scheduling overall. I commute from Incheon for this place, so I do recommend it strongly.

Great experience as an international traveller. Doctors speak English and tests were done in a swift manner. My travel insurance company worked quickly to make payment so I wasn’t out of pocket.

Went here for a visa medical check-up. The office for this check up was easy to find, but for an international department, there was lots of missing translations on forms, kiosks, in messages, you get on your phone or pre-exam questionnaires you need to fill in. The Google translation has not always made sense. Thankfully, the staff spoke English, and they were very patient, taking time to explain and show where to go. As someone, who went there to get my medical for DS-260, it did take about 2 hours like the US Visa Scheduling page said it probably would (sorting all the documents, interview with the doctor, blood test, x-ray, additional vaccination) and it cost us $335. So, if you are looking to get a medical check-up done for your visa, expect price above $280. If this is your first time at this hospital, you will need to use kiosks and bar codes you will get from the staff to register for the different procedures. It was quite confusing at first.

I’ve been treated like a princess. I went to the international clinic, to emergency and to the Otorhinolaryngology service these past few days and I can tell everyone is really professional, caring and human. They all know how to take care of patients and even if I don’t want to go back (obviously), it was the best hospital I have ever been. Brought my kid here for a check-up and seen the day after with an English speaking pediatrician. Everything is ok. The doctor is very kind. The staff were also helpful. The only problem is the ultrasound appointment takes 4 months to wait. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

I have not seen such a level of service in Russia! All our family was examined, it took about 40 minutes! During this time, we examined everything that includes the standard package! After the examination we were taken to the dining room at the clinic and we were fed for free! After 3 working days, the results were ready! The doctor with the help of a translator explained everything to us, told, and showed! Great! Expensive! But it’s worth it!

I underwent neurosurgery on my brain at this hospital. And I believe that “all doctors are good and friendly to all patients.”

I had a consultation at the neurosurgery department of the Spine Center at Samsung Seoul Hospital. While waiting for my appointment… I had three bone growths on my neck. Six years ago, two of them were removed at another clinic, but over time, new pain appeared in my neck.

With a referral from a second-level clinic, I had an initial consultation and MRI at the Samsung Spine Center’s neurosurgery department. After that, I had a follow-up visit. This morning, I came back for another appointment.

I received conclusions about the condition of my cervical vertebrae, as well as a recommendation for an additional MRI of my head and lower back due to the exacerbation of pain and possible problems with my lumbar spine.

Fortunately, the professor who conducted the appointment examined me very carefully, thoroughly studied the problem, and gave clear recommendations. I am sincerely grateful to the professor.

It seems that I will have to be monitored at this center for some time, because I don’t want to be sick, but due to problems with my cervical and lumbar vertebrae, as well as severe headaches, I hope that after the examinations, it will become at least a little easier.

All services were provided on time, each stage of work was thought out, several times it was discussed, I received instructions, which were easy and simple to follow in a country with a foreign language. The translator met me on time, and she led me to the doctor, who confirmed the diagnosis of Moscow professors. I would like to receive advice from the doctor regarding alternative treatment methods, but the verdict is unequivocal – the need for surgery, which is proposed by Moscow doctors.

There were many people, we had to wait, but it was worth it. Professor Kim, Seok Jin, thank you very much for helping in the treatment of my mother.

The level of the Samsung clinic’s services in South Korea is very high! The medical staff is impressive! I have not seen yet such an attention to all the little details.

Hospital Samsung in Seoul is super! The best medical center in Korea! I have been observed here by neurosurgeons and neuropathologists for 11 years and they always treat me friendly and kindly.

By a happy chance, I fell into the hands of experienced doctors of the South Korean Samsung Medical Center. I was already preparing for an operation in Moscow. I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, my predictions were 50 to 50. Our doctors are always afraid to take on extra responsibility for the operation. If something goes wrong in the end, they will say that this is not those 50 percent. Suddenly it turned out that my father had agreed without me that they would put me on an operation at the Samsung Center in South Korea. At first I thought he was joking – well, what kind of treatment can be in a clinic with a name like a TV. But dad insisted that I go there at least for a consultation. It turned out that this is one of the largest medical centers in South Korea with a worldwide reputation. I was examined by doctors from Korea and the United States. They made an impression on me that I could completely trust my life to them, although I didn’t always respond well to the doctors. Needless to say about the state-of-the-art equipment there! In medicine, Korea justifies its leadership in the field of world technology too. I think I had a brilliant operation. For those doctors, this is their usual job. After the anesthesia, I did not feel any pain. Postoperative observations showed that the tumor was completely removed. In six months, I will go there again for a medical examination. I am absolutely sure that I won this terrible disease with the help of Korean doctors!

I was hospitalized and underwent surgery at Gil Medical Center at Gachon University. I am very satisfied with the service—even the ward was comfortable, and the food was delicious and fresh! The medical staff was attentive.

I happened to be in Incheon, where I underwent an examination and surgery. During the preliminary examination, most of the medical staff were friendly and polite. Registration and payment were quick and organized, which made the process easier and reduced stress. In the main building, I encountered a strike by some employees, and although the situation is difficult for everyone, I understood their feelings and difficulties. Unlike other university hospitals, this one is very warm and friendly.

I am updating my review the day after the operation. The nurses at this hospital are very friendly, but most of them are newcomers and young professionals. In the oncology department on the 7th floor, where I was staying, I did not meet any experienced nurses with many years of experience.

Four nurses were unable to insert the IV right away — in the end, I had to have six injections, which left marks on my arms. Replacing the needle after the operation was also difficult, as they searched for a vein for quite a long time.

Patients like me really need experienced nurses with extensive practical experience.

It was difficult and painful for me while they were looking for a suitable vein, tying my arm with a rubber band, and then another nurse came 30 minutes later. Everything was not very coordinated, which was disappointing.

The hematology department in San Raffaele is really excellent, the doctors are all very well prepared, they took care of my husband who had a bone marrow transplant. We recommend addressing San Raffaele if necessary.

Amazing care and services from the Doctor’s team and the rest of the departments. Went in for a total hip replacement surgery and stayed in for 5 days. The best care one can get from a hospital. Remember a few names which left a mark on my mind for exceptional service, Dr Rajeev Verma and his assistant Mr Deepak, Mr Kiran from the billing department has been amazing and without his support the whole process would not have been so smooth, Ms Ruchi Sharma the floor manager from 7th floor who made sure all my needs and concerns are taken care of promptly and Ashok from housekeeping and Ms Anupama from nursing department were the pillars in my Swift recovery process. The rest of the people were equally valuable with their inputs , it’s just remembering all the names isn’t possible for me. Everyone played their roles suitability without any delay. It went fine, post-op care was good too.

After surgery when they call you for check up it will take 4 hours to reach to the doctor , they will give you appointment at 2.30pm and doctor will come around 5.30 which is very much time consuming for the patient who can’t sit for long , they should work on there appointment schedule.

Its one of the big and most trusted hospital in Dwarka. Went in for a routine health check up. The place was quite spacious and neat. The management of such a big hospital was also good.

Great doctors and good care. But expensive and a big hassle to pay your bills and get a discharge. Gonna make you stand in lines for hours just to pay ur bill and get a discharge. Serious lack of coordination and understaffed.

I stayed with my mother at BLK Max Hospital in Delhi during her knee replacement surgery, and I am extremely satisfied with the care we received.

Our orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Ishwar Bohra, is highly professional and skilled. The surgery was very successful, and we are truly grateful for his expertise and guidance.

I also want to highlight the excellent service provided by GDE Deepa Bahuguna, GDE Camlesh, and housekeeper T. Thangalaxmi on the 7th floor. Their dedication, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay much more comfortable.

Medical services are very good. Dr Ishwar Bohra and his team gave me the reason to choose BLK max after treating my mother on knee replacement last year. He is very friendly and well experienced.
The food was good and the managerr, Umesh Kumar was friendly. However it could have been very best if food was served in time.

My mother admitted last one week under Dr. R.k single he is great dr as well as great personalite always thankful to him but your nursing team is very bad, they don’t have the ability to talk to the patients, we were cghs card holders, if they people feel that they don’t have to talk to cghs patients well, then you people please don’t take the patients but you have not given them the right to behave rudely with them, the overall service will be excellent your nursing TL Mrs. Minni talks very rudely in her Kannada language, she feels that she vented out her frustration in her language on me and she thinks no one will understand my mother is suffering in unbearable pain I went on nursing counter and ask for medicine for 2 hr and at the end she say to me I m gonna mad in her language (Ninak btta po), it’s pathetic, nursing puts its shortcomings on the housekeeping department, these are very stupid things and not all over nursing department some nursing is very stupid you should trained them and my personal advice is to tell them to talk in Hindi. Mixed experience at the hospital. The hospital housekeeping was impressive, with a clean and sanitized environment.

However, there were some issues with wait times – the patient who just had knee surgery had to wait a while for an X-ray, and the admission and discharge process was also delayed and took a lot of time.

Hopefully, they can work on improving wait times and streamlining their processes to enhance patient experience.

Doctors in cardio are quite good and experienced. ICU is nice. Heart command centre is on the 2nd floor. Staff is helpful. Ward on the 6th floor. GDAs are not readily available.
There’s a cafe in the ground floor. Is expensive. The small kiosk on the 1st floor is ok but the food is not good. Aloo bonda, besan layer is very thick. Paneer kulcha is expensive and the paneer is not good. Tastes artificial. Subway sandwich is not good too.

My mother had a shoulder dislocation & we had to rush to the BLK hospital immediately. The 1st instance on 11th dec, she was treated well. The ortho doctor was quite good & handled her patiently & nice. They immediately gave her a painkiller injection nd then took her for xray & then procedure nd xray again. Arm pouch was recommended & put on. Unfortunately just 2 days later her shoulder got dislocated again. We rushed her to BLK considering her intial experience in the wee hours of morning. This time the service was sluggish. They wanted to give Her a bed & IV, which was not needed & we refused for it. This time they recommended a shoulder immobilizer, which was not available at their own in-house pharmacy, which is quite troublesome for the patient & the attedant. The doctor is recommending nd asking to purchase from inhouse but its not available. Emergency room advised to get the shoulder immobilizer from Ganga Ram hospital & they sent us there assuring we would get it but there also it wasnt available. So all in all the 2nd experience was not as good.

Expensive considering overall.. doctors are quite good …went through a heart operation of my In-laws..Went Well.
One thing I have to add service during in house patients during night time is poor. I will totally blame it on lack of employees for night Shift.

Dr Sajjan Sir is one of the best Medical Oncologists in New Delhi under whom I was under treatment for upper esophageal cancer about 3 years ago. Now I am satisfied and the life I am passing is only due his deep interest. Besides, he is patient friendly and dedicated towards his profession and pray for his long and healthy life.

Its been 4 months of my treatment under Dr. Chandragouda Sir, his treatment has been effective and I am fully satisfied with my treatment under him. It is only because of him that I have recovered well. I would recommend him to all patients looking for treatment of cancer. Mr. Pulkit from his team has been very helpful and understanding. With his help all my chemotherapy sessions happened smoothly. I am grateful for his concern and help. Ms. Pamela from his team has also helped me throughout my treatment and guided me whenever I faced any difficulty throughout my treatment period. I would recommend this team to everyone who is looking for good treatment and understanding team in Delhi – NCR.

My father is Undergoing treatment for Bile Duct Cancer here under Dr Chandragouda Dodagoudar and his team ( Dr Aditya Vidushi, Dr Shubra, Dr KC Malik and others). They have a very positive attitude and are doing everything possible to fight the rare disease which includes using leading newly approved medicines. Hello everybody! I want to share my impressions of staying at the BLK clinic. Doctors and medical staff are competent and attentive. I was examined very quickly, the answers of analyzes were received in literally two/three days. I would like to express my gratitude to the clinic, doctors, and medical staff.

The clinic is good, the orthopedic surgeon is of the highest class – he found the cause of the defeat of my hands.

My mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor, so she was accepted to the hospital. Doctors, nurses are all very good. The operation was successful. All BLK staff are very helpful.
