Dr.Saphalta was the only name i could hear when hopes of betterment of quality of life were discussed in my household,for my father's cancer treatment...it is scary only when such oncologists are not around...to be very honest,she has been a very kind and personally available for everyday queries in self care/pathology!

Dr Saphalta is a very patient listener. Patients feel at ease to share their problems with her. He saved my father he is a very good/excellent doctor once you meet him you wont be needing to go elsewhere, you can trust him no doubts i would say if ur thinking of visting him go for it. also my father had buccal mucosa and surgery done by dr dabas and his team was excellent the operation was successful and my father recovered quickly thats all bout him i would say he is the best.

I am very thankful to dr dabas..he has been a saviour for us..he is a real gentleman and a dedicated professional..he did a meticulous surgery on my father..we were lost with hopelessness..he came as a beacon of light in our dark times..my father was diagnosed with CA vocal cord nodule..he is on his treatment for more than a year..this is a late but we'll deserved rating..I wish.him all the best for his future and anyone who is doubtful about seeking his help should go to him blindly..really really really grateful.

The service provided in this hospital was way beyond our expectation (of course, we were recommended by many that it is the best in Delhi, if not in India). Starting from my primary doctor Dr. Deepak Sarin, and his team and the nurses and staff taking care of me pre and post-surgery exhibited exceptional empathy, kindness, efficiency, expertise in their field. And, the way they took care of me made me feel at home even though I was thousands of miles away away from my actual home. I met Dr. Deepak Sarin, he is very nice doctor he saw my reports and told to followup regularly. He listens patient carellfuly and answer there query,But I m not happy with medanta time management for appointment procedure, no meaning of appointment time given to patient, u have to wait.

We’ve been visiting BLK MAX Hospital since February 2025 for my mother’s treatment under Dr. Chandragouda and his team. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the doctor’s humility and dedication. He has always treated my mother with compassion and professionalism. The supporting medical staff under his care have also been very helpful and kind throughout our journey.
However, I would like to bring to light a concern we’ve been facing consistently. Each time we come for the Polivy R-CHP rounds, we are asked to arrive at the hospital by 6:00 am. Despite coming early, the detailed billing process for ordering the Polivy injection can only begin after 10:00 am. Following that, we often don’t receive the injection until late in the evening, around 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
While I personally don’t mind waiting, my concern is for the patients – especially those who are elderly or undergoing intensive treatment. Waiting from early morning till evening can be physically exhausting. My mother, too, returns home completely drained after such long waits.
I truly hope the hospital administration can look into this and streamline the process for the benefit of all patients. A more coordinated system could go a long way in reducing unnecessary strain on those already undergoing difficult treatments.

My father was diagnosed with inguinal hernia and we decided to get it repaired. The surgery was done by Dr.Deep goel .At first I was very afraid by the name surgery itself. The surgery was done on 26th of June 24 in Blk hospital. It was a successful surgery .Thanks to Dr.Deep goel who is the best .Although my father is 82 yrs old,his age being a matter of concern he took no time to recover and he is completely fine now.

My experience with the hospital is good and all facilities are excellent. special thanks to team Dr and paramedical staff. I have admitted my mother under Dr Deepak pendharkar for follow up Ca cervix and my father under Dr Tanmay pandya for CKD. Both the Dr Team have responded very well, cooperative and good. One thing i like most they have also called other department Dr for any other associated problem like Orthopedic , Cardiac, Psychiatric, Endocrinologist. Floor manager Mamta gupta ji very helpful and guided us. Nursing and Catering have taken well care of both my parents.
