Full organization of treatment at clinic prices
Liver cancer is a disease in which liver cells divide uncontrollably, forming an aggressive malignant neoplasm.

Symptoms
Initial stages of this type of cancer are asymptomatic. Therefore, it is very often diagnosed in an advanced form when the primary tumor has metastasized. At this stage, liver cancer treatment is no longer an option. Non-specific symptoms of early stages of the oncological process include:
- weight loss;
- abdominal pain;
- unexplained fever.
- ascites;
- pain localized in the upper right abdomen;
- jaundice.
- aflatoxin poisoning;
- liver cirrhosis;
- hemochromatosis.
Liver Cancer Treatment in Germany – Key Advantages
Oncologists in Germany are world-class professionals in the field of liver cancer diagnosis and treatment. Abroad, German clinics are recognized authorities for the quality of oncological disease treatment among other European countries. The steady increase in the number of fully recovered patients or those who have entered remission is due to the fruitful cooperation of specialists from various oncology centers in the country, as well as a large number of their own research and innovative pharmacological developments.
In German oncology centers, malignant liver neoplasms are treated with several methods:
- Surgical operation, during which liver tissue affected by tumor growths is maximally removed (up to 85% of the entire organ). In cases of advanced cancer, hepatectomy (liver removal) is indicated. In the absence of metastases, liver transplantation makes sense.
- Thermotherapy – heating with laser light, or cryotherapy with cold probes. These are well-tolerated local methods that allow the removal of carcinomas with a diameter of 3-5 cm.
- Local liver irradiation via a catheter using encapsulated microspheres of radioactive material (Yttrium-90) and a special emitter. Healthy tissues are not irradiated in this process.
