Hello, we had an experience with intestinal hernia surgery performed by Bülent Mentesch and his team at Memorial Hospital. We stayed in the hospital for 2 nights. We experienced and saw how well the system works, the professional staff, the doctors, nurses, counselors, other staff, both in terms of cleaning and food and other things, and the value given to the patient and their loved ones - believe me, it is very, very good. We've been very satisfied. We were cared for and treated by extremely professional, ethical, serious and tolerant people. We are very happy with the hospital and its team, especially the staff on the 13th floor (especially the cleaning lady Sultan). Any praise for Dr. Bülent Mentes and his team would be inadequate. We went into the surgery with anxiety and fear. However, the surgery performed by Dr. Bülent produced such good results that we left very satisfied. Dr. Bülent and his surgical team consist of very professional and serious doctors and nurses. Led by Dr. Bulent, a doctor who is a master of his craft. I wish all patients would meet a doctor like Dr. Bulent. He is a doctor who does his work with utmost seriousness, knowledgeable, experienced, with a kind heart and magic hands. From the bottom of my heart, I wish continued success to his entire team. Also, a huge thank you to Gulben (from Bülent's team) for taking care of us separately and fulfilling all our requests, you are wonderful.

Laser procedure

I am very satisfied with Dr. Bülent Menteş, he is very knowledgeable and conscientious. He knows how to approach his patients. The laser procedure was very successful. However, the lady behind the counter at Memorial Ankara Hospital (on the surgical clinic floor) is extremely unresponsive and has a confrontational nature. When I asked questions, she answered reluctantly and gave explanations in a rude manner. One of the main reasons we go to a private hospital is because we want to communicate with staff who understand the patient's condition. I encountered the same attitude and arrogant talk on the day of surgery and on the day of the checkup.

I deliberately gave 5 stars, Bülent bey is attentive and competent but his receptionist definitely needs to be replaced. She has an arrogant approach, she is smug, her talk is completely inhuman. I didn't even want to be treated just because of having to see this secretary's face and hear her talk.
