Hello! I would like to thank Dr. Konstantin for the prompt organization of the surgery. It is very pleasant when you can entrust your health to a team of professionals and see how well everyone works together to ensure comfortable treatment. I put off my hair transplant surgery for a long time because I thought it was too complicated, but decided to seek help from Experts Medical. I sent some photos to Dr. Konstantin, received a consultation and a clear description of the whole process, several videos describing the clinic and instructions, chose a convenient date, bought tickets and in a few days flew to Istanbul. At every stage I was accompanied by people who genuinely wanted to help and cared about my comfort. I didn't have to worry about transfer to and from the airport, booking a hotel, how to get to the clinic and back - everything was already organized when I arrived. I was accompanied everywhere in the clinic by Emin, a translator who explained every action before and after the operation and worried about me, probably even more than I did. The doctors acted professionally - I immediately got the impression that they had a lot of experience and at all stages they did their best to make the surgery comfortable and painless. I would like to thank Experts Medical service, namely Dr. Konstantin for prompt organization of our medical diagnostics and all-round support from the beginning to the end. I contacted the company through the website and the very next day I received a reply on WhatsApp from Dr. Konstantin. This is a person with great empathy and patience - he gave explanations and recommendations to all my million questions and worries very competently, quickly and professionally. Our doctors in Kazakhstan recommended corrective surgery for my son and recommended a clinic in Serbia. Dr. Konstantin helped us to contact the clinic directly and get their absentee consultation. In addition, we were organized an in-person diagnosis at the LIV University Hospital (Istanbul). Fortunately, the need for surgery was not confirmed and we returned home. Dr Konstantin is the best One of the best coordinators, my mom got sick and made terrible diagnoses. Dr. Konstantin organized everything clearly quickly and comfortably in a few days . For us, everything was organized to the smallest detail, starting with the daily transfer and ending with the delivery of medicines to the hotel, since we ourselves did not have time to go to the pharmacy. He was always available and we are very thankful to him for all these services!

Dr. Konstantin and Experts Medical have been a great help in the way to treat my father's prostate cancer. They found me the best treatment option for my father which is doing SBRT (a type of advanced radiotherapy) using an MR-LINAC machine. I knew this new device is the best, but had difficulty finding the right hospital that had it, until Dr. Konstantin found the Acebadem Hospital in Istanbul and linked me with its staff. I highly appreciate his help as it was crucial for me to find the best device to treat my father. He has also shown great care regarding my father's health and continuously followed up about his health status after the treatment.
