Natalia is very polite and friendly. She always responded as quickly as possible. She helped me with all my questions. There was a period when my plans changed several times a day and Natalya was very flexible in helping to arrange everything. Even during her vacation (!!!!) she was on call and helped to resolve issues! This kind of support exceeded all expectations! Thank you so much! 🙂

My experiences at JK Plastic Surgery have been great. Over the past two years, I did a variety procedures at their clinic ranging in complexity from rhinoplasty (major procedure) to something relatively simpler like botox, and every single time, their attentive staff provides great attention to detail at every stage to ensure the highest standard of safety both during and after the operation. Open lines of communication with the staff are very direct and easy to ensure the patient will receive all prudent information. Doctors are very professional and well-trained with a long list of excellent and commendable results. The procedure itself was initially very daunting to me but the presence of an entire team of staff/nurses provided me with confidence and assurance. The clinic is also well-equipped for a comfortable stay post-operation. Everything was handled professionally at every single step of the process and safety and successful recovery are huge areas of emphasis that they focus on. I am very happy with the results of my procedures and will recommend this clinic to anyone interested in plastic surgery.

I just did rhinoplasty and non-incisional double eyelid surgery at Banobagi 3 months ago and the results have exceeded my expectations! I didn’t know that my nose would look just the way how i wanted it to be. Additionally, I have no regrets on choosing Banobagi as my surgery clinic, they did mine as i requested and as natural as it can be! JK is one of the best plastic surgery centers with top notch surgeons in South Korea. I got laser treatment on my face. My friend got rhinoplasty. We are both very satisfied with the results. We had an initial consultation through Zoom and then we had a few more phone calls and exchanged messages to address our concerns and communicate the results we wanted to see. After the procedure, we stayed in the same hotel adjacent to JK , which was located in the cosmopolitan area in Seoul, where there were a lot of cool shops and good restaurants. JK offered a shuttle service as well. The driver took us from the hotel to the airport. Everything was very streamlined in the process.
