- Installation for robotic surgery Da Vinci. It is used in the removal of malignant tumors (more often with prostate cancer).

Good afternoon, I had surgery on January 25th with Dr. Ercan. The doctor gave me super beautiful breasts and liposuction of my legs and inner arm. The surgery went well, post-operative care was super, Memorial Clinic is very clean, friendly and attentive staff. I got to the doctor thanks to the professional consultant Natalia, she recommended me the doctor, consulted me before and after the operation and now when I have already returned home – full support in any questions. Hello, 9 days ago I had breast augmentation surgery by Dr. Ercan Karacaoglu. To say that the rehabilitation is easy is to say nothing, I am immensely glad that Natalya from Experts Medical made a recommendation to go to him. She called me, explained everything, gave recommendations what facts are important when choosing a doctor, like for herself ❤ Every time I had questions in the middle of the night, Natalia explained everything and instilled confidence that everything would be fine. The decision was made extremely quickly, literally in a week, and I was very lucky that doctor had a free day for the operation. Of course, it’s too early to judge the final result, but I already like what I see. Separately, I would like to thank the medical staff for their attention and care, they came into the ward every hour and a half, checked the temperature, pressure, gave the necessary medicines.

From the very beginning, the Rememore team, which is part of Memorial Hospitals Group, was incredibly responsive and professional. The lovely lady I communicated with on WhatsApp was always kind, patient and quick to answer all of my questions. She made the whole process easy and stress-free even before my arrival.
When I arrived at Memorial Hospitals Group, everything was very well organized and professional. The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The interpreter was also amazing — very friendly, supportive, and she made sure I understood everything throughout the procedure. That really helped me relax and trust the process.
A huge thank you to Dr. Salim Salimov for the excellent work and attention to detail. You can really see the professionalism and experience in the way everything is done. I am very pleased with the experience and look forward to the final results as my hair continues to grow.

I came in for a rhinoplasty and I feel that, despite the language barrier, I was well taken care of. The nurses were attentive, and I really liked my room and bathroom. Everything I needed was there, and it was spacious.
My nurses were lovely, although I wish I could understand what they were saying most of the time, because I was nervous and on my own. The only other issue was the long wait. My surgery was scheduled for 10 a.m., but it was delayed until 11:15 when I was wheeled in for anesthesia (the nurses were soooo sweet about it). I stopped eating at 11 p.m. the night before, and my surgery didn’t start until 11:15 a.m., which meant I was starving all morning, which made me even more anxious, and I was never given my epilepsy medication at the time I told them (at 12:00).

I recently flew from Australia to Istanbul for a 4,750-graft hair transplant at Memorial Hospital with Dr. Salim Salimov, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Dr. Salimov is incredibly qualified and professional. He clearly explained the entire procedure, answered all my questions and made me feel completely confident. The surgery went smoothly, and I was amazed that I felt no pain at all after the procedure.
The nurses and staff were also outstanding — friendly, supportive and attentive throughout the whole journey. The hospital itself is extremely clean, modern and well organized.

Mathijs was absolutely wonderful — so kind and incredibly organized. He took care of every detail and helped arrange the whole trip seamlessly, making what could have been a stressful process completely effortless.
Anca, our coordinator, was simply amazing. She is one of the most hardworking, thorough and caring people I have ever met. She made sure everything went smoothly, always checked on us and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire journey.
The service from everyone at the hospital was phenomenal. Every staff member was friendly, professional and genuinely caring. The doctors are efficient, precise and deeply knowledgeable — such a relief to feel that you are in truly safe and capable hands.

I sincerely recommend Memorial Hospital Bahçelievler in Istanbul. My father was misdiagnosed with cancer both in my home country of Uzbekistan and at another hospital in Turkey. When I showed the MRI results to Dr. Melih Bozkurt, he reviewed them with great professionalism and said there was a 70% probability that it was not cancer. After further MRI and ultrasound examinations and surgery, it became clear that he was right — it was a different illness, not cancer.
We stayed at Memorial Hospital for two weeks, and during that time we received excellent care and service. The medical staff was very professional, attentive and extremely kind to the patient.
I am especially grateful to Dr. Melih Bozkurt for his knowledge, honesty and dedication. His professionalism and confidence gave us hope and helped us.

I am very satisfied with my doctor and your services, but even though I am a chemotherapy patient, every time I come in for chemotherapy I am charged a fee called a “procedure,” whereas in private hospitals chemotherapy is provided free of charge — the state pays for it. When I asked about this, I was told that the state only covers the cost of the medication, and we charge for the procedure. Since I cannot perform the procedure myself and pay for it, I consider charging a procedure fee at your hospital to be unjust enrichment.

I once went to the pediatrics department because of my son’s fever. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff’s behavior was good and respectful. As for their medical knowledge — I can’t give a specific opinion yet, because I wasn’t very involved. It was just a fever, they did a COVID test and gave us some medication. I didn’t receive any special service that would allow me to judge further.
But what I really didn’t like about this hospital is that even for five minutes of parking you have to pay 120 lira, whereas hospital parking lots are usually free. In addition, the consultation fee was 6,000 lira, and my son’s COVID test was 3,000 lira.

Because of the surgery my father underwent, we spent one night at the hospital on 12/05/2025. Many thanks to the floor staff, our nurses, the IBB department staff and especially our doctor Kadir Serkan Orhan. BUT THERE IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM IN THE PATIENT ADMISSIONS DEPARTMENT. First of all, watch very carefully the amount you pay, because they don’t notice that you have overpaid. When you notice that you have overpaid, they say “oh yes, a mistake, we’ll sort it out at discharge,” and at discharge they say “we processed the operation at the end of the day, we’ll send it in 15 days.” By the way, the overpayment amount is 27,000 lira. The department manager is a separate topic; he creates obstacle after obstacle regarding the refund, and his manner of communication is in no way suited to a hospital department — he doesn’t see a patient, he sees a customer. In addition, 15 days have already passed and they still haven’t transferred the money.

Greetings to all, on February 12, 2016, I underwent an operation to remove the L2 schwannoma, the result exceeded even the most daring expectations! I am very grateful to the doctors and medical staff for their professionalism and care, I would like to express special gratitude to the neurosurgeon Fatih Khan Belyukbashy, thanks to their equipment and the technique used, I retained all reflexes and full sensitivity, two days after the operation I was quite confident in walking around in a corset, a month later they allowed to start my work, I am very glad that I got to this clinic.
