I would never go for an abdominoplasty in my life. This is a very difficult operation and the recovery after it is long and painful. Before and after the first birth, sports and proper nutrition helped me. There were stretch marks, but they didn’t really bother me. But after the second pregnancy with my twins, my tummy stretched very much and nothing could be done about it. A shapeless something dangled ahead of me, because of which I could not even properly perform some exercises. For example, those where you need to pull the legs bent at the knees to the chest. I suffered for a whole year, trying to somehow reduce my stomach. I had to look for more options, and only abdominoplasty could give me the desired result.
When I decided on the type of plastic surgery, the question arose of where and with whom to operate. Russian clinics and centers categorically did not suit me, as the advertising is beautiful, and there was a lot of negativity on the forums from former clients. I chose the Turkish clinic Live Hospital for myself. They arranged a trip there for me very quickly, so I sent them a request, and in a week I was already getting off the plane in Turkey. I was placed comfortably. They remade all the tests that I did in Russia. And 4 days later I had surgery.
It’s been 6 months since my return from Turkey, but I’m still recovering. The sensitivity of the skin is slowly returning. Gradually, I do my physical activity. For such an operation, this is okay. The stitch is completely hidden under the underwear. It is whitish and quite thick. The doctor told me that it would still be possible to “paint over” it later with the help of a special medical tattoo.
Now I feel good, I like my body. But I will never recommend abdominoplasty to those who have not exhausted the possibilities of sports and diet.
