Amazing care and services from the Doctor’s team and the rest of the departments. Went in for a total hip replacement surgery and stayed in for 5 days. The best care one can get from a hospital. Remember a few names which left a mark on my mind for exceptional service, Dr Rajeev Verma and his assistant Mr Deepak, Mr Kiran from the billing department has been amazing and without his support the whole process would not have been so smooth, Ms Ruchi Sharma the floor manager from 7th floor who made sure all my needs and concerns are taken care of promptly and Ashok from housekeeping and Ms Anupama from nursing department were the pillars in my Swift recovery process. The rest of the people were equally valuable with their inputs , it’s just remembering all the names isn’t possible for me. Everyone played their roles suitability without any delay. It went fine, post-op care was good too.

Negative points
After surgery when they call you for check up it will take 4 hours to reach to the doctor , they will give you appointment at 2.30pm and doctor will come around 5.30 which is very much time consuming for the patient who can’t sit for long , they should work on there appointment schedule.

Its one of the big and most trusted hospital in Dwarka. Went in for a routine health check up. The place was quite spacious and neat. The management of such a big hospital was also good.

Great doctors and good care. But expensive and a big hassle to pay your bills and get a discharge. Gonna make you stand in lines for hours just to pay ur bill and get a discharge. Serious lack of coordination and understaffed.

My mother was suffering from Cardiology problem for 15 years. I have been treated in Bangladesh for 15 years but the problem has not been solved but has worsened day by day. I was at Artemis hospital with my parents. We traveled from Turkmenistan, and the hospital arranged pick up and drop off from and to the airport. They booked a lovely guesthouse right next to the hospital. It was great service. Many thanks to the head of international department Mr. Jay Prakash and his team. Artemis Hospital is relatively good comparing to other big multi specialty hospital in Gurgaon. My family has been treating here since year 2008. I found the doctors here very supportive particularly Dr. Nidhi Rajotia (Obstetrician & Gynaecologist) and her staff under whom my wife gone through a major operation early this week. She operated & treated my spouse very professionally & handled her case with empathy & personal care. Her compassionate approach helped wife’s recovery fast. Appreciate her technical expertise, professional commitment towards patient and is truly commendable.
The hospital staff is friendly and maintains high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
On the flip side, I wish administration should take a note of genuine pain & need of attendant to facilitate free WiFi and car parking which is really a big mess here. There are other minor issues from nursing staff though I ignore these but, it is better for them to be more vigilant towards patient’s changing IV drips, antibiotics etc in timely manner without being called every time.
I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

It’s one of the busiest and most crowded hospitals of Gurgaon. The long queues and waiting time can be exhausting. Though there are very good Doctors in orthopedic Dr Ravi Sahuta, good gynaecologist and endocrinologist but each visit to the hospital turns out to be a tiring experience. I would say not very well managed in terms of patients convenience and Dr appointments are also not well coordinated.

I recently took my mother to this Hospital for medical treatment and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped in, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The medical team was highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. The treatment we received was top-notch and our health improved greatly. We also appreciated the follow-up care and the kindness shown by the staff. We had a very good experience at Medanta Medicity hospital. Dr Dubey and hus team were great! The Physio team were lovely, lead by Dr Amit. Physios Chirag, Asmita , Karan desrve a s pecial shout out for bei g so kind, encouraging, positive and caring towards our Mum. The transporters were also fantastic.
The Nursing care was overall good . Special thanks to nurses, Suparna,Sneha, Preeti , Sanjana , Prolika and all the team ( sorry I’ve forgotten some names) . GDAs Neha and Phul Kumari are exceptional! They need to be cloned. They are so kind, caring and always smiling in spote of being super busy. There is always room for improvement and I think to make the patient experience better, the hospital could get sone more bedside commodes and perhaps consider employing sone more GDAs and nurses.

I had a very good experience today during my full body checkup. The staff was very helpful and proactive. I was helped by Sushmita ( Patient care service). She was soft spoken , kind and efficient and helped me to finish all the tests in planned time.

World class hospital with nice staff and service.
The surgical team of Dr Trehan were without a doubt exceptional and highly experienced. They also had a great team of dieticians on duty who were very helpful and cooperative and made personalized meal plans which was greatly appreciated.

On the other hand, the wait time for taking lifts were sometimes extreme during peak hours and felt that they could have worked out better solutions.
Also the intern staffs who were on duty at night definitely need more training and skills. The finance department were also sometimes very rude and felt that they needed to be more polite and professional.

Overall had a good experience, and would recommend.

Was there for my mother’s by pass surgery of heart.
Management process is pathetic –
1. It took around 7 -8 hours to get the patient admitted to the hospital. This is when we had visited a week before and everything was planned.
2. Admitted on Monday evening, you are told that the surgery would be fine next day- patient is keep empty stomach for 12 hours for surgery and then the surgery is postponed without any reason on part of patient. Actually there were to many surgeries lined up and so it did not happen for my mother.
3. Patient is moved from room to operation theatre around 2 and we did not have any clue to what is happening till 12’o clock in the night. Nobody to tell what is happening. As per patient the surgery started around 6:30-7:00 – so just imagine the patient is in OT waiting for surgery to be done.
4. Patient moved to (single bed) room and then actually you are responsible for your own medicines & care. Response time of nursing staff was pathetic. It may take them 15-20 minutes to respond on bell even if patient has to go to washroom.
5. Nursing staff has to be given reminders for medicine , insulin.
6. Nursing staff gives reasons for delay of basic things that they are out of stock. Imagine medanta and basic things are out of stock.
7. Discharge was another mess. Told 7:30 in the morning – that drain pipe would be removed in an hour and then you will be discharged. And we finally get discharged at 9:40 in the night.

It takes time to write such a long review – but I think management would understand the apathy we felt in the whole 12 day stay.
There were good experiences with people like Shashi (attendant ) and Mukesh (physiotherapist) and somewhat with Dr Bhan. Otherwise the experience was not something which I would like to remember.

I recently had an experience at Medanta Hospital, and while some aspects were exceptional, others were quite disappointing.

Dr. Narendar is truly the best doctor—his expertise, patience, and cooperative nature made the treatment process much smoother. The ICU staff was extremely helpful and caring, ensuring that the patient received the best possible care. Additionally, the hospital staff, especially the security guard on the 7th floor, was incredibly supportive. A special mention to Mrs. Edleena, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout the treatment.

However, the nursing staff was highly disappointing. They failed to respond to the call bell and were negligent regarding the treatment schedule. I had to personally remind them about essential aspects of patient care, which should not have been the case in a reputed hospital like Medanta.

While the doctors and support staff were commendable, the nursing department needs significant improvement to ensure a seamless and professional healthcare experience.

We are extremely grateful to Dr. T.J. Anthony and the entire team at Medanta–The Medicity, Gurugram, for the exceptional care they provided to our newborn. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported and reassured by their professionalism and kindness. Dr. T.J. Anthony, Dr. Ankit, Dr. Ruchi, Dr. Priyanka, Dr. Sneha, and Dr. Vipul took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all our questions, and made us feel at ease during what could have been a stressful time. The nursing staff (Vinod & Team) was also outstanding—compassionate, patient, and attentive to both our baby’s and our needs. Thanks to their expertise, our baby is healthy and thriving. We couldn’t have asked for better care and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. Thank you so much for everything!

The cafeteria is also good, with separate areas for those who wish to bring food from home. Most medical insurances are accepted. The ambulances are equipped with ICU support, and there are separate desks for international patients as well. I had a great experience with the treatment and would highly recommend this hospital to everyone.

Regarding post-op care: As good as a patient can be taken care of during a major surgery. I did not have to worry at all about my husband’s post-operation care thanks to the amazing nursing and support staff. While this is a hospital they made it feel like home which made the recovery easier. I’m almost sad to go. I had a very good experience at the Medanta clinic. Being a patient of Doctor Niraj Gupta, I must say that he is a very friendly doctor and one of the best cardiologists in Medanta. I went there from Bangladesh for my dad who was suffering from Heart disease along with stomach cancer. I will share my details experience. 2 surgery was done. Open heart surgery by Dr.Udgeath Dhir , very experienced good doctor And the stomach is operated by Dr. Amit Javed and his team. May Allah bless him. These 2 surgeons are best in their field. Hospital nurses in the ICU 6 are very good. I really liked the management, responsibility and politeness in ICU. Their friendly behaviour actually helps patient to support mentally. But after surgery we went there to Dr. Ankur Bahl for chemotherapy but he was the worst doctor. Irresponsible and gave chemotherapy that was not suitable for heart patient. I hope the hospital will reduce this type of doctor who are harmful to the patient. Without him other facilities all are good. Thank you.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, professional, and compassionate. The admission process was smooth and well-organized, and the nurses and doctors ensured that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Throughout my stay, I felt genuinely cared for — the medical team not only provided excellent treatment but also took the time to check on my emotional well-being.

The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern technology. Meals were timely and well-prepared, and the housekeeping staff made sure my room was always tidy and comfortable.

Treatment and facilities was good but was too expensive and extra charges…nurse-rachna is very cooperative and polite

I visited Fortis for my pregnancy and delivery. Overall experience was fine but wanted to put some light on the experience of the stay. As a maternity point the focus should be on baby risk cover and hygiene. I strongly recommend for double sharing room to be given to other maternity patient only so that celebration goes along and also from hygiene purpose. As my room was shared with the old age people do bathroom hygiene was pathetic and the patient had brain tumor so not good from the celebration purpose.
Please consider this situation and assign the rooms accordingly.

During lockdown, I have visited the facility and observed that, services were as per COVID guidelines and standard.
Lots of international patients were also there and seems it is very famous globally because lots of outside India families are using this for the treatment of their loved one.
All doctors and nursing staff are very professional and experienced.
One can find it expensive but the way they deliver service or treatment counter those things.

Well maintained and experienced doctors as well as staff.overpriced but you cannot compromise with your health.Generally in every department there is long waiting so advised to book your appointment before came. foodcourt is nice .food is hygiene and fresh. washroom is cleaned.

I have chronic nephritis, the swelling was terrible. She underwent treatment at the Fortis clinic. Edema disappeared after 3 days. Medicine is really at a high level.

The son was operated on with chronic heart disease. Everything went perfectly! I am very glad that, on a tip from a friend, I turned to these specialists. Not expensive and good quality.

I was about to die due to pancreatitis but Dr.Deep Goel and the team save my life I really adore this hospital as a nurse I really want to work on this hospital for my people.

My father is Undergoing treatment for Bile Duct Cancer here under Dr Chandragouda Dodagoudar and his team ( Dr Aditya Vidushi, Dr Shubra, Dr KC Malik and others). They have a very positive attitude and are doing everything possible to fight the rare disease which includes using leading newly approved medicines. Dr Chandragouda has been very warm towards my father and has used his vast experience to fight the disease efficiently. The day care facilities are being efficiently managed by Pulkit sir, and the nursing staff is untiring and hospitable here. Would recommend Dr Chandragouda and his team at BLK Max to anyone seeking treatment of cancer.

Treatment is fine, it costs lots of money but it’s fine as but it’s ok life comes first but they really have worst arrangements for any of the attendants broken sofa no lounge uncomfortable chairs, won’t do anything about it even after asking them to change it a lot of time. Worst hospitality rude staff. This is a top hospital and still.

It’s a nice hospital, the doctors are good and the staffs are very cooperative it is slightly expensive but it’s worth it as ur treatment will be fast and as soon as possible , Dr. Deep Goel is amazing doctor. He was very calm and he understood my problem, devoted me full time to explain the problem, pros and cons and how he would help me get over with my problem. All the procedures and the steps were explained clearly to me I am overall happy with the hospital and the doctor i would like to recommend Dr. Deep to people.

Its been more than 3 months now to my Shoulder surgery and so far recovery is on track. This is an extremely good and professional hospital. I am really thankful to Dr Raju Eswaran who patiently answered all my queries and explained the procedure in detail. one thing we felt bad is the room we stayed 2211 was too hot, which made it a bit uncomfortable during our stay. It would be helpful if you plan and change that side non AC rooms into AC rooms it will be good for patients. because of the aluminum sheets roof outside the room and there no other way the air can pass. Whole day the room is very hot due to this. Aside from that, I appreciated the attention and support from the medical team.

While Amrita hospital is one of the best hospitals in Kochi, the behavior of some security personnel can be quite rude and unprofessional. As patients and visitors, we deserve to be treated with respect. Additionally, the long waiting times are often frustrating. We kindly request the hospital to improve its management strategies to ensure a more efficient and pleasant experience for all.

I think it is the best hospital in Kerala. Its treatment and other facilities are awesome. The doctors and sisters are very kind and helpful. The surrounding of this hospital is very calm and peace. The sisters in this hospital is like angels from heaven. They are very caring and lovely. We can ask any doubt to the doctors at any time. They will explain it without any hesitation. If you go to this hospital, your all sickness will go.

Hospital with great infrastructure and poor management. They have got an excellent panel of doctors and a well furnished infrastructure, but those are poorly managed. The hospital is equipped with several departments and a panel of 5 to 10 and more doctors in each department, working with OP and Operation Theatres.

One peculiar thing which I noticed is the double standards the staffs follow welcoming foreign patients; with the luggage trolley and well maintained wheel chairs which native patients aren’t provided with.

The mismanagement causes an unnecessary and extensive delay for which the radiology department is a great example. If you need any of the reports- say X-ray, you need to stand in Queue in front of reports counter, collect the printed receipt from there and pay the bill in payment counter (where people who needs X-ray to be taken are billed), finally come back to reports counter to submit the same printed paper back. This delays not only the people who comes to take report, but the patients who have their X-ray to be taken. This could have been easily avoided by just adding payment facility at the reports counter.

The hospital also doesn’t allow posting multiple bills at the same time and paying it all at once. So if you have more than one OP departments to visit, you need to effectively go to one department, post the bill, pay it in counter and go to the other department and repeat this process.

Wheelchair is another problem which I faced. You need to request wheelchair for each ride (if you don’t have one by your own) from each department you need to visit. The wheelchair person comes with wheelchair, get the patient to the department you need to go, and then goes. You visit doctor in that department, request wheelchair from that department to go to the next department and the cycle continues. You may need to wait 10 to 20 minutes sometimes.

The next hassle comes while purchasing medicines. Once the doctor enters the medicine into the records, you need to visit pharmacist at the front desk, pay the bill there and then head to the pharmacy. The bills of injections are paid on OP counter which need a separate walk, wait and pay.

The nurses are okay, but not that great in terms of behaviour towards patients. The doctors on the other hand does a great job. The front desks of the departments are just okay and sometimes experience difficulty understanding the requirements of patients. I once had to wait for 2 hours, just because the front desk didn’t understand I was required to have blood tested, and a quick message to the doctor for the blood test prescription would have helped me take blood, wait for the result while my turn come.

Was here for cardiac surgery on my father.

• Mostly service minded staff.
• Completed the surgery without any complications.
• Canteens, guest rooms and other required amenities like stores, ATM etc are all available inside the hospital complex.
• Good car parking space for long term stays are available

Bad

• Availability of rooms was an issue during initial admission and also when shifting from ICU back to room.
• Some of the older rooms in the hospital is too small and congested.
• Guest rooms required better maintenance.
• Vast areas with different blocks and towers for different departments can be difficult to navigate.

Recently my mother had to undergo angiography and stents at Sarvodaya Hospital, Sector 8, Faridabad. The overall experience was really smooth and comforting. The doctors and staff were supportive throughout the process and kept us well informed. Special mention to Rohit Ratra, the coordinator, who was extremely helpful and approachable – he guided us at every step and made sure we didn’t face any trouble. Good staff behavior and service during treatment however poor discharge formalities spoilt everything, took more than 6 hours, though no dues were pending, no staff available to take patient to lobby for 1hr, which is abnormal, management needs to look into these issues seriously not expected from a professional hospital.
