Dr. Igor Kazansky is absolutely wonderful. Kind intelligent eyes, firm hand. Does everything to make the pain sensations the least sensitive. I have arthritis. The doctor recommended PRP PLASMA injections. The plasma is injected deep and great precision is required. After a few days there is improvement. I am very grateful to the Doctor. He is bringing me back to my normal life, a life without pain.

Yesterday, May 30, at 10 am, my husband underwent knee joint replacement surgery at the Asuta Clinic. The operation was performed by Dr. Igor Kazansky. We could not decide for a long time, we were worried that rehabilitation will be long and painful. But thanks to the magic hands of the doctor and the coordinated work of all the medical staff, the operation was excellent and in 4.5 hours my husband was already walking with sticks in the corridor of the hospital!)))) Twenty-four hours after the operation, no fever, no swelling, no bruises and 2 times a day we drink Optalgin. My husband slept well at night, today he is trying to walk without a walker and he is doing well!)))))))) Too bad I can't show videos and photos...))))))) It's a miracle!!! I have really now learned what the concept of golden hands means!!!!. With full confidence I can say - Dr. Kazansky has GOLDEN HANDS!!!! Igor, thank you very much, take care! Your knowledge and experience help people from debilitating pain, you are a doctor from God!!!!!. You are a unique Doctor and a wonderful person!!!

PRP injection treatment of the knee joint

I was suffering from severe pain in my left knee. After immediate treatment with anti-inflammatories, a referral for physical therapy and an MRI that showed the beginning of the cartilage erosion process, Dr. Kazanski suggested PRP injection treatment. This is a relatively new treatment method in which blood is drawn from the cartilage of the hand. A short procedure is performed and then injected into the knee. The process was simple. Very short and I felt no pain during it!!!!

Like a miracle, from a situation of constant and persistent pain that prevented me from walking, going down and up stairs and even made me wake up because of the pain, immediately after the treatment I felt a huge relief. And within a few days the pain was gone.

I exercise, wear high heels, play with my grandchildren and pretty much do every activity as if I never suffered from knee pain.

Dr. Kazansky, is a very nice person and a very professional doctor who treated me exceptionally well.

He really saved me from severe pain with a simple and short process and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart and also warmly recommend the service he provided.

On 05.09.23 at 8:00 a.m. I had my t/b joint replaced, at 2:00 p.m. Dr. Kazansky came in and like Jesus to a non-walking disabled person said: “get up and walk” well I went really with olichon, at 17:00 I was discharged home. 16.09.23 I already walked with a cane, and 21.09.23 already without a cane! There are a lot of good doctors, but even better if the doctor is also with golden hands!

Dr. Kazansky cannot be praised enough. He is a miracle worker. He has completely changed my life. I am a new person now, I had my hip replaced after acute arthritis. I was completely impressed with our pre-operative appointments, the appropriateness of the treatment itself, and the post-operative treatment and rehabilitation. His professionalism exceeds all possible expectations and people would be hard pressed to find a more personable person.
