When I was searching for a hospital and a doctor myself, I also tried to make my decision based on ratings, reviews and other people’s experiences. That is why I too wanted to share my experience.

Forty days ago I gave birth at Memorial Hastanesi. I am very satisfied with Dr. Ertuğrul Karahanoğlu. I was looking for a doctor in the field of high-risk pregnancy, and I am glad our paths crossed. 🍀

My doctor was always very courteous, understanding and trustworthy. I trusted him with a light heart in everything. He was always there for my wishes and sensitive moments, reassuring me about any concern that worried me. Now, looking back, I feel I couldn’t have gone through this process with another doctor. Choosing him as our doctor was truly a great fortune for us. 🫶🏼💐

As for the hospital — when I was pregnant and attending the Pregnancy School events, listening to what was said, I wondered: “Is this advertising talk or are you really this good?” 😃

Now, having gone through the whole process, I can say with a light heart — I saw far more than what was described. The team was truly very good. Both before and after the birth, we were wonderfully cared for in everything.

I especially want to thank midwife Filiz and midwife Gülnur. 🤍 I felt them not as midwives but as my close ones. Midwife Filiz dealt with such a difficult patient full of fears as me with great patience — not every midwife can handle that. She helped me overcome my fears and did everything possible so that I could give birth.

Midwife Gülnur also did not leave me alone after the birth. Even when I came to the hospital later, she again provided training from the very beginning on breastfeeding and baby care. In the postpartum period, the fact that a person does not feel alone turns out to be truly very valuable.

On this occasion I also want to thank Dr. Burak Çağlarsu, whom I met at the Pregnancy School. Dr. Burak, midwife Filiz and midwife Gülnur are all still in touch and continue to look after us. When I have a question or need help, the fact that they say “we are here” is very precious.

The fact that after the birth you are not treated with a “your business is done” approach, but on the contrary continue to be supported, really makes a person feel good.

I also gained a lot from the Pregnancy School. Due to the information chaos in my head, many questions arose, to which I found answers there. The atmosphere was also very warm and cheerful. I am glad I joined. I just wish I had joined earlier. 😊

I could go on for a long time, but for now — a big thank you for the attention, care, effort and support you showed throughout the entire process, Memorial Hastanesi. 🤍

If there are expectant mothers who are hesitant like I was, based on my own experience I can recommend this team with a light heart. 🫶🏼💐

If I were to give birth again, I would choose Memorial again and Dr. Kudret again. May Allah be pleased with all the hospital staff and our doctor. When we began the pregnancy process, Dr. Kudret’s knowledge, warmth and sincerity delighted us. The fact that he looked at us not as patients but as his own children, his attentiveness — made all the question marks in my head disappear. My doctor, to whom we eagerly hurried at every check-up, it’s good that you exist ❤️ After the birth we stayed on the 6th floor from 22/04/2026 to 24/04/2026; I don’t remember the names of the nurses on day and night duty, but everyone was very attentive. Every time I pressed the call button, they came instantly and didn’t leave the room without solving our problems. Since it was my first pregnancy, every time we got into difficulty out of inexperience, we asked the nurses for help, and they came without irritation, without a sullen face. When they came — they both taught us and solved our baby’s problems. They didn’t say “do it this way” and leave; sometimes they stayed in our room for half an hour. A big thank you to all of them for everything ❤️

We also thank the cleaning staff, especially the daytime employee 🙏🏻

Filiz and Gülnur, whom we met at the Pregnancy School, also welcomed us very warmly, came to our room, gave individual training. When we asked about something on our mind, instead of reading out theoretical information and leaving, they showed it in practice. From how to file the nails to how to put the baby in the stroller when we leave ❤️ May Allah be pleased with them ❤️ Health to everyone for their effort, a big thank you for everything. Very clean hospital, the staff very friendly, the doctors professional, thank you. Also every appointment was on time, without waiting, clean toilets.

Regarding the various medical services I received at different times at Memorial Hastanesi in Ankara, overall I had a very good experience.

In the ENT department, Professor Dr. Erdal Seren performed septoplasty and laser turbinate reduction surgery on me. Before the operation, the process was calmly and clearly explained to me. The operation went as planned, and afterwards I noticed that my breathing problem was completely corrected. Throughout the whole process I felt safe.

In the period before and after the operation, the attention and approach of the nurses made the process much more comfortable for me. Their willingness to help with everything and regular monitoring really made a difference.

In the dermatology department I had a cyst removal and biopsy process with Professor Dr. Nilgün Solak — the fact that the results turned out clean was a great relief. I also had a jawline filler and anti-sweating botox — and I was satisfied with the results. The information before the procedures and the approach were quite comfortable.

Earlier, when I was not yet 18, Professor Dr. Ersoy Çivelek performed allergy tests on me. Through a blood test and a skin prick test it turned out that I am allergic to cats and dogs. I was satisfied with the process and the information.

In addition, the fact that the hospital is well versed in private insurance and directs the process correctly was an important advantage for me. Overall, the approach of the doctors, the attention of the nurses and the order in the hospital made Memorial Hastanesi in Ankara a place I can trust.

The sleep apnea operation performed in the ENT department by my esteemed Professor Dr. Erdal Seren went extremely successfully and comfortably.

I sincerely thank my professor for the attention, explanatory clarifications and trust-inspiring approach he showed starting from the preoperative period and throughout the entire process. I am also grateful to the entire ENT team for their professionalism and friendliness.

For such successful provision of medical services I thank their families and wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

On 29 January 2026 my father underwent a very successful robotic mitral and tricuspid valve operation by cardiovascular surgeons Professor Murat Kadan and Professor Cengiz Bolcal. However, no matter how successful the operation itself was, afterwards — both because of my father’s age and because it was his second heart operation, as well as because of other chronic diseases (diabetes, COPD, hypertension, etc.) and other reasons (sometimes what is bound to happen happens) — after 2 days he had bleeding, and Dr. Murat took him to surgery again on Sunday evening at 21:30. He intervened at the source of the bleeding and stopped it. Of course, after two consecutive heart operations the recovery process dragged on, and we had a very hard week for the patient. About 5 more days later, due to fluid accumulation in the lung after the operation, the chest was reopened and the fluid was drained by surgery, cleaned, accelerating the lung’s recovery process.

At all these stages, first of all Dr. Murat Kadan, as well as all the cardiovascular surgeons, with all sincerity tried to do the best they could — this we, as relatives of the patient, saw very clearly. Both in intensive care and in the department, all the cardiovascular surgeons came morning and evening — looked, examined, checked. Dr. Murat at all these stages, regardless of time and days, informed us 24/7 in any situation, reassured and guided us. He is absolutely not one of those surgeons with the classic surgical mentality “I did my operation — that’s the end.” He stood by his patient from start to finish at every stage, cared for and watched over him — a big thank you to Dr. Murat.

What pleased us most — there is the possibility of communication; you are listened to, understood, and it is explained to you what they will do. This is the quality of a good surgeon, and a good surgeon is not irritated by questions about the upcoming operation, does not brush them off. Dr. Murat also explains in detail and reassures you without any irritation.

I write all this to help at least a little patients like us who are looking for the right surgeons, and so that the value of doctors who work to heal patients is known, so that their effort is seen.

In short, the cardiovascular surgery team of Memorial Ankara — Murat Kadan, Cengiz Bolcal, Sefa Yüce, Mustafa Farah — was very good and very successful for us. I hope it will be a means of healing for you too.

My mother has been a cancer patient for 8 years and has been in the terminal stage for 4 months. Over the last 3 months she received treatment in the oncology department 3 times. Endless gratitude to the oncology team on the 15th floor, especially to the department nurse Meral. Endless gratitude to our oncologists — Dr. İrem and Dr. Kaan.

My mother had an examination in the obstetrics and gynecology department and had a mammography/pelvic MRI. She was very satisfied, so she especially asked me to write a review. Our doctor was also very attentive, dealing especially with each patient. Also, from radiology, İlknur made my mother feel very comfortable — she personally wanted to thank her by name. Thanks to the whole team and the hospital 🤭

A big thank you to Professor Dr. Şefik Murat Arıkan for his help in the process of my mother’s treatment. Since she is to have an operation, he informed us about everything and shared his experience. The hospital staff is also quite sincere and attentive; also a big thank you to Selçuk for arranging the hospitalization, for his understanding and attention. All the nurses on the 8th floor of the orthopedics department (inpatients) are very friendly and attentive — a big thank you to all of them, health to their effort.

My father is in the orthopedics department. During his stay I thank nurses Melike and Sümeyye for their attention and care. Special thanks to Professor Dr. Osman Tecimer, who performed the operation.

We stayed at Memorial Hastanesi on a childbirth package. First of all I especially want to thank the nurses on the 10th floor — their attention, professionalism and support were truly excellent. Also, thanks to our doctor Aygül, we had a very successful and trouble-free operation, for which we are sincerely grateful.

At the same time there were moments we were not satisfied with. After the transfer to the room, despite the fact that we were tired, staff from the dietitian, psychologist, etc. departments came into the room one after another, handed out cards and gave long explanations. After the birth, trying to rest, we were constantly interrupted — this quite tired us.

Also, the fact that drinks were not served with the food (juice, etc.) — this needs to be improved. The air conditioner in the room did not cool enough, and the fold-out sofa for the companion was quite uncomfortable.

Overall we were very satisfied with the doctor ★★★★★ and the nurses ★★★★★, but we think it would be useful to make improvements in terms of accommodation and room arrangement.

Our first child was born here. We spent one night, the staff constantly attended to us from the beginning to the end of the birth process. It was a clean and beautiful hospital. You can choose with a light heart. There were also free hairdressing services, but since the hairdresser was a man, we didn’t use them; it would be good if they added a women’s option too.

Our doctor Kaan became the cure for our trouble. For my 85-year-old father, a cancer patient, he found and applied the best treatment. He improved my father’s quality of life. He is both one of the best in his field and a very courteous and attentive person. A big thank you, doctor. It’s good that you exist.

We are receiving treatment in pediatric oncology. Our doctors Meriç and Seda support us in everything. Among the nurses in the inpatient department, when discharging a patient, Yeliz provides support and helps with everything. In cleaning our room, Ayşe — their names need to be mentioned separately, because it is their merit. The problem is that the pillows and bedding brought to the room constantly arrive late, and the manner of the staff in the cafeteria in general… A clean, organized and attentive hospital. Thank you.

In the ophthalmology department of the hospital in Ankara, on 11.02.2022 I had an examination with the specialist doctor Neslihan Astam. For a small operation, despite the fact that the doctor was free, I waited 1 hour. Unfortunately, patient satisfaction is not important to her at all; I do not recommend.

Dr. Murat Oz performed my hysterectomy in January 2024. We are very lucky to have such a doctor working at Ankara Hastanesi Memorial and seeing patients. I have never met such a caring and knowledgeable doctor in my life. I can sincerely say that he is one of the three best in his field in the country. Thank you, dear doctor.

One of the best hospitals in Ankara and Turkey. The cardiologists are impeccable. They also have very good interpreters for foreigners.

My wife gave birth here; the prices are of course high, but everyone was very attentive, everything was good. Only the discharge procedure is bad — they drag it out a lot, they do it only if they are in the mood, so that we can leave the hospital. Another point — there is not enough parking.

There is very poor coordination between the admissions department and the inpatient department. The room to which you directed us for hospitalization turned out to be occupied, and for about 2 hours we waited in the lobby for it to be vacated. Apart from this, everything was as it should be. Professor Ali Oto and his team are number 1 in their work. Also, the male nurse Batuhan Öztürk in the inpatient department is also number 1. A big thank you for everything.

In cardiovascular surgery you lie on the table 5 times at Ankara Güven Hospital. Güven Hospital’s Cardiovascular Surgery said “I won’t operate,” kept us in the hospital for 5 days for nothing and sent us away having done nothing. Thank you, at Memorial Professor Cem Yorgancıoğlu and his team brought us back to health with this bypass operation without any complications. A doctor must be a human being at the same time — and that is exactly what we saw in our professor. We saw a smile, attention and care. Thank you, may God grant health.

I am grateful to Prof. Ali Oto, Mrs. Dr. Kansu, the coronary intensive care team and the rest of the staff in the cardiology department for their incredible efforts, smiling faces and professionalism in treating Yuksel Tun. The hospital is very nice, the medical staff is courteous and helps me overcome my fear of admission. I am glad I came to Memorial Hospital Ankara.

At Memorial Ankara Hospital, Prof. Muhyiddin Eski performed my rhinoplasty surgery as the best and most expert in his field, with great care and focus on my health. For me, Muhyiddin Eski is undoubtedly one of the best surgeons in Turkey. I would like to thank him, his team and the entire hospital staff for their professionalism and support. My daughter was operated on 1 week ago in the plastic and reconstructive department, we stayed in the hospital, on the 12th floor, in the surgical department for 1 night. The cleanliness, elegance and quality of the hospital are beyond question. The meals are very high quality, the attention of the staff is on top. They made us feel comfortable, like at home. This was the hospital that provided the best support and care I have ever seen during pregnancy and childbirth. It was a pleasure to be treated with respect, professionalism and support for every patient. I will recommend Memorial Hospital Ankara to everyone from now on and it is the hospital we trust the most from now on. We have been together with our doctor Ertugrul Karahanoglu for about 10 months since we found out that my wife was pregnant. During this period, we had a monitoring visit and a cesarean section. We are extremely satisfied with Memorial Hospital in Ankara. We thank our doctor and his team, we really liked everything. Thanks to you, we are holding our baby in our arms. The nurses and medical staff are very attentive and friendly. The only thing we are not satisfied with is the food.

At the end of January 2023, I had a sleeve gastrectomy with Dr. Muhammed Zubeir Uchunja. I chose the Novemed doctor and clinic based on reviews. I was greeted professionally at the hospital, this clinic has good translators.

I am satisfied with the results of the operation. It’s been 5 months now and I haven’t had any major problems. I am very satisfied with the way everything was organized, the surgery itself, the professional staff, the follow-up and the result. The nutritionist (Sumeira) was in touch before and after surgery and was responsive and knowledgeable. Doctor Muhammed is a calm person. The medical staff was attentive and friendly. I knew I was in good hands. The only downsides were the small wards and the unexpected cost of the additional procedure, which I wasn’t warned about, but they listened to my objections and waived it. Overall, I would have another surgery with them, and would recommend them to friends and family.

Quick and easy. Only had to book my flight. The rest was all included in the package. Full check-up before surgery, nice team and nice weekly follow-up.

I recommend Novemed! The staff is very professional. I had a gastric sleeve resection on June 2. My surgeon, Dr. Netdek Derichi, assured me that everything would be fine. I went for a gastric sleeve October 2022. From the moment I enquired to now (6 months post op) I have had constant guidance and reassurance.
The whole experience has been a very good one nothing was too much trouble to sort out and my companion stayed with me at no extra cost.
My surgeon visited me everyday while in the hospital as did my dietician, the nurses were very attentive and the hospital clean and organised.
I’m so happy with my experience my husband is now booked to have his sleeve in May.

Didn’t know what or how will I feel the aftermath… It’s important to note the care of consultant who ensured that I was well received and everything ran smoothly throughout my stay in Istanbul. Then met the translator took me through everything to be done on the day until operation. Dr Derici did a splendid job and the nutritionists all played their roles with care & how my lifestyle will be like going forward. Two nights spent at hospital was such a wonderful experience since the nurses did their best taking care of me even went beyond expectations by translating with phones to ensure I understood what was happening and ensured I was relaxed. In overall, my experience was awesome & worth it!!!

It was a wonderful experience. All the staff are really welcoming and attentive. I would especially like to note the professionalism of the administrator who helped me, and, of course, the doctor. The building itself is also very beautiful.

I had an occupational health check-up at Liv Duna Medical Center, performed by Dr. Nagy Marcell and his assistant. Both were responsive, efficient and pleasant.

Everyone was extremely pleasant, polite and professional — from the reception staff to the doctors, nurses and technicians, and the cafeteria staff. Truly, everyone treated us with excellent service. Top marks!

Two points of feedback:

We were almost billed twice for one of our tests, but the reception staff caught it. Thank you to them. Perhaps it is time to gently remind the medical staff which services are included in the examination packages?

There are no clocks. Anywhere. When you are there for several tightly scheduled tests, it would be helpful to be able to look at a clock on the wall.

In any case, these are fairly minor considerations. Overall, we were completely satisfied and could not be happier with our choice of Liv Duna Medical Center!

On October 15, I had wrist surgery performed by Dr. György Kocsis, PhD, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper limb surgery, and I could not be more satisfied.

He is a highly qualified and precise professional who instills confidence and calm throughout the entire process. The surgery was performed flawlessly, with a precise and aesthetic incision that will likely leave an almost invisible scar.

Duna Medical Center also deserves recognition for its excellent care and modern facilities. The nurse who looked after me was exceptionally kind and attentive, which made the recovery process even more positive.

The medical care offered at Liv Duna Medical Center is excellent! The only problem is parking — there is not enough near the building and it is hard to find on the street.

I was under observation during my pregnancy at this center, and later gave birth here as well, though with a different doctor. I have no complaints about the doctors or the medical equipment — everything was at a good professional level.

However, there are serious problems with the administrative staff. The reception staff could not answer basic questions — they just told me to call the call center. The organization of the event for expectant mothers also left something to be desired, as did the contract signing process.

The rooms themselves are very good — well equipped, with everything necessary for mother and baby after delivery. Some of the nurses were absolutely amazing — they were incredibly supportive after the operation and very helpful with caring for the baby!

Cons: the food is terrible and with a very limited choice. If you give birth with an invited doctor, you will receive noticeably less attention from the on-duty staff. Daily check-ups mostly consisted of a quick “is everything ok?” — and after a cesarean section, the doctor’s examination was very superficial, through the dressing, without an ultrasound or other tests. I found this quite strange.

I consulted Dr. Koska Melania regarding some medications I wanted to take. As a foreigner, I greatly appreciated that she speaks English perfectly, which made communication very easy and comfortable. She took the time to carry out all the necessary examinations and answered all my questions in detail. I felt listened to and cared for throughout the appointment. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and strongly recommend her.

Possibly one of the best private healthcare services I have received in Budapest… I compared the service given to my son with that at Medicover, and it is not even remotely comparable… They are in a league of their own… For example, if a doctor at Medicover exceeds 15 minutes, the receptionist will rush the doctor, even if you booked 30 minutes… Duna Medical Center even has a play area for children with lots of toys and chairs, like a kindergarten… The staff of Duna Medical Centre are friendly, professional and genuinely caring, and do not treat you as just another paying customer… There was free parking in the basement, the pediatrician listened and even helped find a device to purchase online and with a Hungarian translation of the product… The accompanying pediatric nurse or assistant was kind to my little one and even tried to play with the child and soothe him. I wish others could emulate their culture here, and would recommend anyone needing compassionate medical care from people who truly make you feel human to visit them…

Dr. Bashar Oguzhan was great. He spoke fluent English and really seemed to care and was very helpful with our experience at this medical facility. Being American tourists, we were worried about finding a medical facility to turn to in an emergency. Fortunately, there was no queue, and we were seen immediately on a Sunday. Very grateful that they were able to help my partner get the care she needed. I must say, the nurse was very rude trying to insert the IV and taking it out. That is the only negative about this place, but apart from that — very friendly people and a clean building.

I visited this clinic for a medical examination for work as a teacher in Hungary. The medical assessment and service were good, but the prices are very high. It is a private clinic, and the staff speak English, so this was to be expected.

During my vacation I had an unexpected hospital visit due to food poisoning, and I could not have asked for better care. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English perfectly, which made the whole process much easier for a foreigner like me. Special thanks to Dr. Bazar Oguzhan, who worked the night shift — his professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. The hospital was clean, efficient, and I felt well cared for. I strongly recommend this hospital to any traveler in need of medical care!

Located near the center of Budapest, the location is excellent and not very crowded. It is very, very clean here, and everyone is so polite and pleasant. They helped with all my questions and guided me perfectly. They speak English, Hungarian and Turkish. And the prices are not very expensive compared to other private medical centers. Highly recommend.

At Duna Medical Center we had a very good experience during our vacation. Unfortunately, our son got a minor injury after roughhousing with his brother, and we thought he had a fracture of one of his fingers. Just to be sure, we visited Duna Medical Center on a Sunday at around 22:30. We were immediately sent to the fourth floor, where the welcoming Dr. Bashar Oguzhan examined our son’s hand and went with him to the X-ray department to take an image of the hand.

Fortunately, the image showed no fracture; it turned out to be just a bad bruise.

In and out of the medical center with peace of mind — it took less than an hour. Dr. Bashar Oguzhan is a very calm and pleasant doctor, which made us feel very comfortable.

The coincidence was that we met the doctor at the airport when we were flying home. He immediately recognized us after 2 weeks and told our sons: “Don’t fight anymore.” Very touching that he recognized us, having seen us so briefly.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent stay at Liv Duna Medical Center. The professionalism, compassion and dedication demonstrated by all the staff were truly outstanding, and I am deeply grateful for the high-quality medical treatment I received. I would like to express special thanks to Doctors Gabor Hartman, Zsolt Lazar, Eva Danos, Laszlo Hernold and the entire medical team for their expertise and attentive care, which play a crucial role in my treatment and recovery. They took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options in detail, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Their compassionate approach made a significant difference to my overall experience. The nursing staff provided exceptional care and attention. They always responded to my needs, ensuring my comfort and good care throughout my stay.

Overall, my experience at Liv Duna Medical Center exceeded my expectations in every respect. The combined efforts of the dedicated team created an atmosphere of trust and healing, for which I am deeply grateful. Thank you again for providing such excellent medical treatment. I had an MRI, and a kidney function test was also needed, but they did not have a blood collection needle — so of course they pricked my finger with a huge injection needle, and the finger then bled for another 2 minutes. No confirmation email came about the booking, and it was sent only upon a separate request. Unfortunately, I don’t know why, but when being positioned I panicked, however the doctor calmed me down. They also did not warn me that the MRI is quite loud and that you need to wear ear protection. For 102 thousand forints I expected more…

My wife and I went through pregnancy care, and then the birth itself.

We were met by a beautiful, refined setting, competent and welcoming staff.

During the pregnancy care, parking was not provided; on the street it is usually solved with paid parking. Unfortunately, during appointments we waited on average 25-30 minutes beyond the scheduled time, and the doctor had to bring printed previous results, as he often could not find them in the hospital system (strange for 2023). Apart from that, the service was acceptable.

During the birth itself, the doctors and midwives were responsive and professional, but I feel they could have been with the mother in the delivery room longer and more often. For example, the anesthesia arrived an hour late, and the midwife was often hard to find, although this was also affected by the birth falling during the Christmas period.

Postnatal care was acceptable, however there were one or two things that seemed strange to me in a private hospital. The equipment of our family room, described in the contract, was incomplete. Overall, in my opinion, the quality of service leaves something to be desired, but I would attribute this mainly to management; I have no complaints about the existing staff.

I was quite nervous coming here after hearing all those horrible stories about medical facilities in Hungary; however, Duna Medical Center exceeded my expectations. I was able to communicate with all my doctors, the receptionist and technicians in English. At one point I had not yet received my test results. I contacted the center, and they asked the lab to send the results within 15 minutes of my call. Overall an excellent staff — they were able to answer all my questions and concerns. They even send you several appointment reminders, which is very helpful!

What I find outrageous 😡 on the part of the clinic: the huge waiting time, despite my prior appointment (not the doctor’s fault!), because the administration does not keep track of appointment times. The phlegmatic, condescending style of the administration and reception staff. For results in English and Hungarian, for which I paid a lot in advance, you have to beg x days later.

This is an excellent clinic with excellent staff. I had to have an operation here, and I was happy to be in the hands of professionals. First of all, I would like to thank the surgeon Dr. Kubiscek Tamas for his professionalism and the smooth operation, as well as Annamaria, who supported and coordinated me during my hospital stay. She is wonderful. The nurses are also very good. But I would also like to mention one guy who was wheeling the gurney into the operating room — Mikhail (I may have got the name wrong), he speaks Ukrainian. His support was incredible; I was very nervous before the operation, but he talked to me, told me some stories, and I relaxed and calmed down.

We chose Duna Medikal for prenatal care and then for delivery. We were completely satisfied with everything. The staff was always very kind, polite and helpful. I cannot complain about the cleanliness, facilities and food. The ward was always restocked with everything we needed without any requests.

I attended the Duna Medical Centre for the first time (3rd. February, 2024) for an initial consultation prior to arranging for surgery. I was immediately impressed not only with the modern interior overlooking the Danube but, even more so, with the exceedingly pleasant reception/registration staff with whom I came into contact. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment and was seen by Dr. Péter Sipos and his assistant. They could not have been kinder or more professional and were, in making the arrangements for various tests prior to surgery, both informative and reassuring. Upon leaving I received emails on the same day confirming everything that had been agreed together with detailed costs of treatment. I am entirely satisfied with the whole experience and am confident about my continuing treatment.

I should like to add to that which I wrote on 3rd. February, 2024 (see above). Having now had surgery (6th. February, 2024) carried out by Dr. Péter Sipos and his team, I cannot emphasise enough the care afforded to me throughout from the time of my arrival until I was discharged. Everyone, without exception, from the receptionists and auxiliary staff to the nurses and doctors, could not have done more to explain procedures, reassure me and provide me with the most professional treatment possible in an environment that is superbly equipped and totally up to date. I have no hesitation whatsoever in unreservedly recommending the Duna Medical Centre.

Professional, handled everything quickly and efficiently. They admitted me at the specified time, with no waiting time, the examination and surgery were carried out in a friendly yet precise and reassuring manner. Everything is clean, modern and well equipped, like private hospitals in American movies. The double room overlooking the Danube (!) could have been a little more welcoming, but the bathroom was also high-tech, where the view of the rain showerhead made it feel healthy. I had a hair transplant in January 2023.
The operation was successful, well done, good hotel, good hotel-airport transfer, clinic and Italian translator.
The surgery was also done in comfortable conditions.

Hello everyone, I would like to briefly tell you about the hospital. I arrived on March 1, 2026, was picked up from the airport, and after all the examinations, on March 2, 2026, I had surgery. I had breast augmentation, 360-degree liposuction, and abdominoplasty. I was very skeptical because it is a serious procedure, and all of this is done in a single operation. However, my fears were dispelled. Doctor Atilla Hacılar took wonderful care of me, as did the entire hospital staff. I have absolutely no complaints. I was discharged after two days and taken to my hotel right across the road from the hospital. They also took very good care of me there; assistant Omer was available to me from 7:24 a.m. I am flying back on March 8, 2026. I highly recommend this hospital. My daughter had surgery at this hospital and spent one night as an inpatient. The floor nurses were quite friendly and polite, however the sheets, bedspread, pillows, and blanket in the room were awful. There was hair on the pillow, the color of the bedspread had turned from white to yellow, with mascara marks on it; the blanket we took out of the closet was also bright yellow and had bloodstains in various places. The medical equipment used in the room after surgery turned out to be faulty — they brought a new one. When we came to the room after anesthesia, we were told they would bring a warm-air device for our cold patient, but they never did. When we asked for it, we were told they couldn’t bring it to the room because there are few such devices and they are used in the operating room. The hospital is very neglected and poorly equipped. This private hospital, located right in the center of Nisantasi, is in many ways inferior to most public hospitals. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied.

I was recently in Nisantasi Hospital after nose correction surgery at the beginning of the month. My little suite was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were very caring and attentive throughout the night. There was a small language barrier, but I had no problem explaining that I was in pain, needed a dressing change, or more water.

I had a companion who was able to stay in the hospital overnight, and he was also provided with dinner and breakfast the next day.

I want to share my opinion about the treatment I received at Nisantasi Hospital.

First of all, I want to especially note that I was extremely satisfied with the course of the operation and the medical staff. The knowledge, approach, and professionalism of the doctors are truly at a very high level. I felt safe both before and after the operation, for which I thank all the specialists who put in their effort.

However, unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the cleaning and nursing services. In cleaning I noticed a serious shortage, and in the nursing staff — shortcomings both in number and in terms of individual care and attentiveness. It is especially sad to see such gaps in a hospital located in one of the most prestigious districts of the European part of the city — Nisantasi.

I believe that this hospital, strong from a medical point of view, should achieve the same level of quality in patient care services and in the organization of floor work. I am confident that after improvements in these areas the hospital will reach a much higher level.

I hope that the feedback will be taken into account and the necessary steps will be taken.

I was there with my friend, everyone was very nice, couldn’t do more for both of us. Clean and tidy, the rooms were cleaned several times daily. They kept coming in to check on me while she was in surgery. The nurses were wonderful, and the night nurses checked every hour to make sure she was okay. The food was also tasty, everything fresh, and they didn’t forget about me — I got meals three times a day. You have to make hot drinks yourself, but you can get hot water from the cold water tank for hot drinks. If you are English, bring English tea for breakfast, because they don’t have it here. And take an extra pillow for the reclining chair.

My wife had a breast lift with implants at Nisantasi Hospital, and honestly, we are very happy with the result. The team was super friendly and professional, they really helped us feel calm the whole time. Everything went smoothly, and the results are even better than we expected. Amazing staff and support! I had my first surgery here, and the experience was outstanding. I suffer from anxiety, but the team was incredibly supportive and helped me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. The translator was very helpful and kind, which made communication easy and stress-free. The surgeon was highly qualified and professional, and I am very happy with the results. The hospital is good, but 3 years ago Dr. Aykut performed liposuction on me. A year later, since the results were unsatisfactory, Dr. Aykut agreed to a revision to correct it. Since I come from abroad, traveling back was already costly for me. But that’s not the problem — I thought anyone can make a mistake, and in October 2024 I had surgery at the hospital again. And after that I experienced disappointment. Due to his own mistake, he said the thigh lift needed to be redone, and again demanded payment — let it be good and clean, I paid for that too. The dimple on the thigh that he was supposed to fix, and the dimple that formed above the navel, he left as they were and did not fix, and on top of that, despite my reluctance, he tried to add fat to the buttocks. And the worst part — the thigh lift scars are not below the bikini line, and besides the incisions there are other marks too, so I can no longer wear a bikini, to that extent! And I wasn’t very overweight — a little fat needed to be removed from the abdomen and the inner thigh. So I didn’t have any sagging belly.
Complete disappointment. For months now — the assistant asked for photos, I explained. Then they said the doctor would call back, weeks passed, and I didn’t get a response from the assistant either. I wrote to Mrs. Saadet — got no reply. Dr. Aykut, who used to reply on Instagram, never replied again. I called the hospital many times, and to this day no one has called back, although they promised the doctor would call back.
I have never seen such irresponsibility. I cannot understand those who praise such doctors and still allow him to work in a hospital like Nisantasi. I was deceived by the name of this hospital and had surgery there. I trusted its doctors and the hospital management. But I will file a complaint against Dr. Aykut and the hospital with the Ministry of Health. I don’t want him to cause disappointment to other people. His doctor title should be taken away from him. I have set everything else aside. A person as a doctor must give feedback to the patient. As long as he gets money — everything is fine, but the fact that he remains indifferent to the bad results of his work, doesn’t pick up the phone and doesn’t even respond, already shows how much patients matter to him. If he thinks the matter will be hushed up because I’m abroad — let him watch and bear responsibility for the consequences. I will also file a complaint against the hospital with the Ministry of Health. Because I called many times, and I was told the doctor would call back. I also informed Mrs. Saadet and management of my complaints — no one called back. I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Aykut to anyone, forget about his work — as long as he gets your money, everything is fine, but this is a doctor who takes no responsibility for results, doesn’t know you, and doesn’t care about you!

I had lipo 360, abdominoplasty, and BBL in May 2023. My coordinator Hande was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions, and also arranged a lymphatic drainage massage for me after surgery. The surgeon was wonderful, helped me relax (although undressing in front of about six people was a little uncomfortable, because I didn’t understand why they all needed to be present). After the surgery the staff were responsive, but few spoke English, so it was sometimes difficult to communicate.

But overall I am very, very happy with the results, I recovered very quickly, there were no problems with the stitches, my BBL looks great. I would recommend this surgeon for his amazingly neat work.

I had my gastric botox done today. I’ve had it done before, but I didn’t expect this hospital to have such a savvy dietitian and friendly staff.

They are so nice. Nice doctor and nice translator. One of my neighbor’s mom who lives in Turkey came to America. She told me about this hospital and advised me to get my transplantation done in this hospital. I give 100 out of 100 to this hospital. I’m thankful to the doctor Mr. Harlan. I was operated on in May 2023 by Dr. Aykut Gök. I saw him for only 3 minutes in the hospital room — he marked my breasts and left, without inviting me to his office or consulting me. I had to read all the papers myself in advance, sign them, hand them in right away, and so to speak, “inform” myself. He didn’t explain any risks or complications to me, didn’t say what method/technique he would use on me, what implants or what size he would use or recommend. That is, he didn’t show me the implants or their size, and even during the operation itself he chose nothing. I couldn’t even convey my wishes to him. When he left the room, I thought he would come back and invite me to his office. I told the young translator Kadir that I would not have surgery if I didn’t talk to him before the operation. We called him several times, but he said he had no time now and that he would talk to me in the operating room (which itself is very unprofessional). So after long arguments I was taken downstairs for surgery, supposedly so I could talk to him in the operating room and where he would show me the implants and so on. In the elevator, the nurse administered anesthesia to me without my permission.
Then I passed out and was operated on without my permission. After 20–30 minutes my mother saw the doctor outside smoking, so I don’t even know whether he operated on me or someone practiced on me. After the surgery I completely lost it, called the doctor and manager and asked by what right they operated on me, even though it was agreed that I could talk to him beforehand. He placed the implants over the muscle, although I wanted them under the muscle (supposedly my initial condition didn’t allow it — this is untrue, because many other doctors in Germany told me that my condition allows it, and even if it didn’t, he should have told me this in advance).
My breasts have been deformed ever since, asymmetrical, and one nipple is positioned incorrectly and too far to the left. I look awful. I sent the hospital photos, and the doctor says I have to wait 1 year before I see the final result. I didn’t know that a sutured nipple would move to its correct place by itself in a year! For several months now I have been trying to get my documents that I signed, but no one sends anything or responds. I have all the chats and voice messages I sent to Yağmur after the surgery, telling what happened (she organized everything), and her voice, in which she herself says that what happened is unacceptable, and that she will now contact the hospital and ask why it happened. I will sue Dr. Aykut Gök and bring all this to the media and contact the Turkish embassy. After everything they did, they didn’t even contact me and ask whether everything was okay after the surgery! Instead, Dr. Aykut Gök argued with me and said I was too loud because I lose my temper, that I don’t respect him, that you don’t talk to a man like that, that he doesn’t want to communicate with me like that, and left the room. And he didn’t even admit his mistake or apologize. In addition, on the first day I paid a €200 deposit that was supposed to be credited toward the cost of the operation. They later denied this and charged me €3400 instead of €3200. In addition, everyone insulted me and gossiped about me in Turkish, thinking I wouldn’t understand anything! When I pointed this out to them, they denied everything again. The worst experience of my life — here it’s only about money, not the well-being of patients. My breasts now look worse than before the surgery!! The only one who was kind is the hospital manager, who listened to me and agreed with me that it shouldn’t be like this.

I am grateful to Dr. Mehmet who performed my nose surgery. As long as I stayed in the hospital, I was very spoiled because of the interest. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

He is very patient and attentive, he always answered my questions and showed up when I needed him. His assistant Merve is a very nice person who does his job with love.

At Nisantasi Hospital, where I came for an appointment with chiropractic specialist Mehmet Toprak, Mehmet Bey took very good care of me — I was very satisfied with both the examination and the subsequent chiropractic procedures. He explained all my questions and complaints very well, giving wonderful examples. I took off one star because of the absurd behavior and overly condescending tone of the girl at the reception desk who handled the hospital admission. Unfortunately, they have gaps in greeting guests and are impractical.
