Revision Rhinoplasty

I came across Dr. Yavuz Selim Yildirim while searching for a surgeon experienced in revision rhinoplasty cases. I had previously undergone three rhinoplasties (I know this might sound strange, but it's not). These surgeries left me with dents on the sides of my nostrils and a "parrot beak" effect, and the overall appearance of my nose was unattractive. After consulting with another surgeon in Istanbul, I decided to continue my treatment with Dr. Yavuz Selim Yildirim because he was honest about what was achievable and didn’t try to overdo my nose. He respected my wishes and promised to do his best. Now, a little over a year and a half later, I am happy with my nose. It's not 100% what I wanted, but that’s due to my skin's characteristics and limitations. I no longer have a "parrot beak" or dents, and thanks to the rib graft, my nose has become more stable. The doctor is kind, talented, and honest, and it’s a pleasure to communicate with him. I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Yavuz Selim Yildirim, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for natural results. Thank you again!

Hello, 8 months ago, on a friend's recommendation, I made an appointment with Dr. Yavuz. For many years, I wanted to have nose surgery, but I was afraid the result would look unnatural. I had serious breathing problems, and I wanted to undergo aesthetic surgery because of the bump on my nose. We quickly set a date for the surgery. I had adenoids removed, a septoplasty, and aesthetic rhinoplasty. After the surgery, I did not experience any pain. When I first looked in the mirror, I couldn't believe how beautiful my nose had become. Now I breathe freely. It has been 6 months since the surgery. If I don't mention it, no one would even guess that I had surgery, I am very satisfied with the result. Dr. Yavuz has become our family doctor.
