After the surgery, the doctor ignored my post-operative complications and failed to provide adequate care. We filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health, after which he was suspended from the clinic where he performed the surgery. We strongly advise against him. We can provide photographic evidence if necessary. We got the impression that money is all that matters to him, and that he refuses to acknowledge his mistakes.

He’s an incredible doctor. Even without seeing me in person and without any payment, he carefully reviewed my test results, which I sent via WhatsApp, and explained everything in detail over the phone in just 10 minutes, using simple and clear language. He also honestly told me that surgery wouldn’t solve the problem, since it’s related to being overweight—which shows that the patient’s health is more important to him than money.

I had polyps and a bent nose. Before visiting Dr. Celalettin Demir, I visited several other doctors, but they did not inspire confidence in me. Dr. Demir examined me and said that I needed surgery. Hello, everyone! I would like to share my experience. My name is Jose Lisano, I am from Barcelona, Spain. The process is very fast and the preoperative preparation is different from what we are used to in Europe. However, Dr. Samet's hands are amazing! His experience and talent surpasses even the most renowned surgeons in Spain. Before deciding to have the surgery, I thoroughly researched his career - and I can say that it is impeccable. It's now a month and a half after the surgery, and I already like my new nose shape. Every day the result is getting better, I am very satisfied! As for the stay in the hospital, it was not the most comfortable: the noise from the relatives of patients interfered with rest, which surprised me. Apparently, this is a peculiarity of the culture. I also thought that the nurses were rather cold, perhaps because of the high workload. But I would especially like to mention Hiba Jouini - she was a real angel! I came across Dr. Yavuz Selim Yildirim while searching for a surgeon experienced in revision rhinoplasty cases. I had previously undergone three rhinoplasties (I know this might sound strange, but it's not). These surgeries left me with dents on the sides of my nostrils and a "parrot beak" effect, and the overall appearance of my nose was unattractive. After consulting with another surgeon in Istanbul, I decided to continue my treatment with Dr. Yavuz Selim Yildirim because he was honest about what was achievable and didn’t try to overdo my nose. He respected my wishes and promised to do his best. Now, a little over a year and a half later, I am happy with my nose. It's not 100% what I wanted, but that’s due to my skin's characteristics and limitations. I no longer have a "parrot beak" or dents, and thanks to the rib graft, my nose has become more stable. The doctor is kind, talented, and honest, and it’s a pleasure to communicate with him. Hello, 8 months ago, on a friend's recommendation, I made an appointment with Dr. Yavuz. For many years, I wanted to have nose surgery, but I was afraid the result would look unnatural. I had serious breathing problems, and I wanted to undergo aesthetic surgery because of the bump on my nose. We quickly set a date for the surgery.
