















Professor Bora Basaran — is an otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon. This means he simultaneously practices classical ENT surgery (nose, sinuses, larynx, ear) and more specialized head and neck oncological surgery: operations on the thyroid gland, salivary glands, and laryngeal tumors.
He graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1999. He then completed his specialization in otorhinolaryngology from 1999 to 2004. Since 2010, he has been working at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine.
In 2015, he passed the European qualification exam and became a Fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Earlier, in 2007, he passed the Turkish national exam (TKBBC).
