I visited the Istanbul Aesthetic Center for breast-enlargement surgery and I can definitely recommend it. Doctor Ergin Er performed a surgery. He is very competent and answers all questions. After the surgery, only 10 days passed but I am already very pleased with the result. The trip from Zurich to Istanbul is definitely worth it.

My Hair transplantation DHI
I would like to start with the fact that I had a hair transplantation. By the DHI method. Everything was on a hight level from the begging. First of all, I had a call with a doctor, who told me everything what I need about surgery and answered for all of my questions. Than, I was met by a personal driver from the airport, settled in a hotel. The hotel included breakfast and 3 nights (as I checked usually in another clinics it includes only 2 nights). Also, I had a translator (personal manager) attached to me. Since the operation lasted 6 hours, I was fed. After that, they took me by taxi to the hotel (although it is 2 minutes away). They gave me a special pillow, hat, shampoo, pillows and instructions. The next day, a doctor washed my hair and checked my head. After being discharged, I was taken to the airport. I liked everything, I put 10 out of 5. Now I am waiting for the result of the transplant (at least 6-8 months). I hope that I will also be pleasantly surprised! I can safely recommend this clinic and doctor Oya Sisman!

First and Foremost I’m a paranoid American who did a ton of research and luckily stumbled onto this perfect place. I decided to get a breast lift with implants and a rhinoplasty at the same time and when I contacted this center, the response via WhatsApp was immediate. My coordinator Yasin is the best of the best. He answered all of my questions and concerns and never once seemed annoyed. His English is beyond perfect! The entire experience was seamless. Airport pickup straight to hotel. Hotel rooms were clean and staff accommodating and walking distance to clinic. Maybe 3-4 minutes. My surgeon was Dr. Er, who I will say is the kindest and most professional doctor I have met in a long time. As nervous as I was, he was always reassuring me that everything would be fine. The Clinic itself was immaculate, sterile, and welcoming. The night after I was released from the clinic, I ended up with a slight fever- called Yasin right away and they came within minutes to take me to clinic. Kept me on fluids overnight and constantly checked my blood to make sure I was ok. The care I received here is much better than the hospital care here in New York. Impressive. As far as the surgery, the doctor listened to what I wanted and made his suggestions. It’s been 3 weeks post op. Bruising was gone from my face few days after. I feel great. Full results will be visible in 3 months but so far I’m quite happy. And just today I sent a message to Yasin asking about post op care and responds was once again immediate. Anyone who is looking for a professional, friendly, clean aesthetic center, look no further. I will most definitely be back. Thank you Dr. Er and thank you Yasin!!!!

Hi, I am from the Caribbean island of sxm, I am a student and I also work full-time. I was so scared at first, but I did it anyway! I had my first surgery in February 2021. I had a rhinoplasty, which costs me a total of 3500 euros. I loved my result from the very first look… Mr. Yasin and Mrs. Sebnem are ones of the nice’s human being that I have ever met and the world needs more of them. They made sure that everything was done correctly from the booking and follow-up to my surgery. Mrs. Sebnem was my translator she is just great and very helpful And Mr. Yasin is the manager and he is awesome at what he do us clients are very happy with him. I don’t know how they both manage to give us clients all of this attention, hospitality and informations and care. They made sure to follow up with me till I reach back home safely. And my dream came true with the help of God of course and the Istanbul Aesthetic center and its teams. The clinic is super, exceeded all expectations!! The interruption was super comfortable, the care of the nurses was super, they definitely know their stuff!!! Chamber deserves a rating of 1000 out of 10! Super spacious, super clean, everything was super comfortable, I love it! What can I say about the doctor. Doctor Yergin Yer is very friendly, smiling and inviting. But super little communication with the doctor. There is almost no consultation with a doctor. It was not enough consultation and communication with the doctor itself. But since I understood what I was getting into and learned on my own everything that would happen to me and understood what I wanted – I had very short questions and everything happened very quickly. The doctor himself practically did not ask anything and made my breasts as he considered it necessary, that is, at his own discretion. The chest came out super naturally, I’m honestly in a pleasant shock! It could have been made even less natural. The staff met all expectations. Super cool nurses, helped with absolutely everything. They brought tea, turned on / off the light, helped put on all the piercings because after the operation I could not do it myself, helped me walk down the corridor after the operation, at any moment when it hurts or something worries – they came at the first call. They brought water when asked. Helped with everything and more! From such nurses did not want to leave the hotel. If I was cold or hot, they instantly corrected this situation. In general, the care department is just super!

I want to share my treatment experience at YEG Clinic. I had 12 implants placed, and honestly, at first I was very worried about such extensive treatment. But the whole process went much better than I expected.

I especially want to thank Dr. Soner. A very professional, calm and attentive doctor. During the surgery I felt I was in safe hands. The clinic team was also always there, helping with everything — transfer, interpreter, organization — everything was at a high level.

After years of problems with my teeth, I decided to undergo All-on-6 treatment in Istanbul and, honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The YEG Clinic team was very professional and transparent from the very beginning. Before the treatment, all the steps were explained in detail, including possible risks and the healing period.

The surgery went much more comfortably than expected. I especially liked that the clinic has its own laboratory — thanks to this everything went faster, and the new teeth look very natural. I didn’t want an artificial “Hollywood smile”, I wanted a natural result that suits my face. That is exactly what I got.

Also, the aftercare following treatment was excellent. The doctor took his time, and I never felt like I was just another patient. For me it was definitely the right decision to undergo All-on-6 treatment at YEG Clinic.

The implantology work is very good, but they are unable to achieve the correct tooth color — fortunately these are back teeth, but in terms of color and shape the result is rather mediocre, I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise the team is very pleasant.

I will tell you about my negative experience dealing with this clinic.

From the very beginning everything went wrong. The dental implantation was carried out with a 4-hour delay. All this time I sat in the clinic and was told just another half hour.

The temporary structure was installed in such a way that I couldn’t close my mouth. Meanwhile the doctor kept saying everything was fine. After a scandal with the clinic management, the structure was redone.

A month before the second visit I asked the coordinator to change the doctor. They promised to change. When I arrived, it was the same doctor. They said a change was impossible. They forgot about the promise.

I found a new clinic. The previously paid abutments were handed over only after a threat to call the police. At the new clinic it turned out that one implant had been placed incorrectly.

On top of that, the communication was rude and uncivil. I do not recommend this clinic.

My name is Elena Grinko. In September 2024 I had my teeth treated at this clinic. I had zirconia crowns placed. The procedure was quick. The fitting of the crowns was the next day. They listened to me and made the right color. They gave me a painkiller and a transfer to the hotel. The result is a beautiful smile. I hope it will please me for a long time. Among the remarks, I would say that patients should be told more about the stages of this procedure. I thought the teeth would be minimally ground down, but in the result I saw quite a large amount of grinding. So inquire about all aspects of the treatment so that there are no unpleasant surprises later, as in my case. Your health is first of all your own responsibility. Among the pluses, I can mention that they help with finding a hotel and with tips on how to get around the city.

My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Yeg clinic.

This is an office and service of a high level. Thank you for gradually putting my teeth in order. After several visits I can say that the dentist has stopped being associated for me with an unpleasant and painful necessity 🙂 I also appreciate the patience in answering all questions. I had breast augmentation with implants and an arm lift at Estetik International. At first, everything seemed fine. But after I returned home — and I followed ALL the doctor’s recommendations — my breast stitches came apart. I had to urgently travel back to have them re-stitched.

The wounds did heal, but with terrible scars. Ugly, wide, red scars. A year later, I returned again for additional procedures and injections, as the doctors were still trying to fix their “work.” Unfortunately, there are still visible and unattractive marks to this day.

I went in hoping to look better — and ended up feeling disfigured. I strongly do not recommend this clinic.

A terrible place. Years ago, I went to their Bursa branch and they ruined my beard so badly that after that I had to visit about three different laser hair removal clinics. They never called, never apologized—nothing. Even though I complained everywhere many times, there was absolutely no follow-up or response. This is a place that anyone who values their money—and even more importantly, their appearance—should definitely never go to.

I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Estetik International. They lure you in with nice words, but once they get your money, their true colors show. They made me pay more than necessary for a deposit, and when I had to cancel, they flat-out refused to refund me! Instead, they kept lying, ” when I clearly asked for a cancellation and refund.

This is nothing but a scam—they take advantage of people and steal your money by using shady tactics. Customer service is completely useless—they just keep giving excuses and wasting your time, hoping you’ll give up. But I WON’T let this slide!

I will be hiring an attorney and taking legal action against them. They can’t keep robbing people like this. STAY FAR AWAY from Estetik International unless you want to be scammed and lied to!

I had a hair transplant done in Bursa. Please, whatever you do, do not do it — you’ll seriously regret it. I went through it myself: they completely ruined my donor area, and on top of that, the transplant didn’t even take. I was extremely careful throughout the whole process, followed all the instructions, but still got terrible results. If you’re even thinking about a hair transplant, I strongly recommend staying far away.

Despite the good work of the organizers and translator, and the polite attitude of the nurses and staff, I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.

The doctors work like on a conveyor belt and are not interested in proper consultation with the patient, their wishes, or the results after surgery. They can easily reschedule dates and times multiple times. For someone coming from another country, this can be a major inconvenience.

The outcome of the surgery did not satisfy me at all. My wishes were ignored, and the doctor did whatever he felt like. I wish I had never gone to this clinic.

Unfortunately, the result of the operation must be waited for a long time, but for now I am pleased with the result. The doctor was professional and took time to explain my symptoms to us and what the treatment would be. The clinic was nice, clean and looked attractive, inside and outside. The medical coordinator was very friendly and helpful and met us immediately as soon as we entered the clinic. Very satisfied with my visit to this clinic.

I would like to write about my experience with Dr. Konstantin Siminenko. I researched the internet for the best plastic surgeons in Turkey. Konstantin texted me on WhatsApp. He asked me a few questions about age, what I want to do and send him my photos. He asked me when I am planning the surgery. I planned in August, as I have trips in July, but Konstantin suggested that maybe have the surgery earlier before my trip and I realized that this was the best solution. After that, there was an answer that he would find out who would suit me in terms of price and quality. He received a response from Professor Yakup Cil. Everything was written in the contract, what operation, cost and everything that is included in this cost. So it’s happened so quickly and spontaneously, but this is all thanks to Konstantin’s confident voice and his qualified and competent answers to my worries. I asked him a lot of questions and how I can pay, it’s great that it’s not a problem with a credit card from foreign country. Konstantin was always in touch with me, 24/7 despite the time difference, and he gave me confidence that everything will be fine. Then he connected me with the manager Eldar, whom I didn’t bother with so many questions, and already he sent me the details of the meeting at the airport, and so on. Interpreter Nargiz contacted me, a very nice, smiling girl, and upon arrival she was helped by another translator Sevil very pleasant, and we also had a good conversation with her. On the first evening after the surgery, I wrote to Konstantin: “In general, I have already had a surgery. Until I saw the result) in any case, thank you for your help. Your voice and answers were very encouraging and I didn’t look for anything else and rushed to the embrasure :)”. Once again I thank Konstantin, thanks to him I decided on such a difficult decision that was important for me. It had to be done now or no one knows when. I thank the whole team, and of course to professor Yakup Cil of the Medical Park hospital.

I take my son to pediatrician Deniz — she is very attentive, explains everything in detail, is always in touch and always prescribes the right treatment. I am writing this review solely because of the quality of her work and attention. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the hospital as a whole: the place is excessively crowded and has coordination problems. Every time I come, I ask myself “Why am I here?”, but for the sake of such valuable doctors as Deniz and physiotherapist Aslı, we keep coming. It’s good that they are there.

I want to leave a review about the clinic, the staff of the international department and the interpreters Arslan and Zarina. I sincerely thank them for the clarity in their work, support, warm attitude and high professionalism. We came with a mother and two children and underwent a full examination. Despite not knowing the language, we did not feel like we were in a foreign country — everything was organized calmly and at a high level. I consider it my duty to leave this review, as such responsible and attentive staff is extremely rare. Thank you for your care and humane attitude.

In 2024, our child had a VNS implanted at this clinic. Manager Arslan provided enormous help with the paperwork, hospitalization and adaptation. The operation was performed by Dr. Sait Öztürk. We were completely satisfied with the inpatient conditions and the postoperative results. Everything was done quickly, taking our wishes into account. Despite the fact that we do not know Turkish, communication was not difficult, thanks to the work of the very sensitive and caring interpreter Zarina Gedaeva, ready to come to the rescue at any moment. Zarina is not just an interpreter, but our guide, helping to overcome not only the language barrier, but also any organizational issues. I came to the hospital for emergency services. They prescribed detailed tests and an ultrasound, treated me attentively. The team greeting me at the entrance was friendly and helpful. However, the doctor discharged me without looking at the results of 17 tests. This made me question the amount I paid.

I had a full check-up at this hospital. I chose from 5 different hospitals, and in this one the ratio of price to the list of procedures turned out to be the most optimal. The check-up took place from 9 to 15. Since the hospital is very busy, I had to wait a little for the appointment, but the check-up department staff tried very hard to do everything as quickly as possible. The doctors approached the examination and complaints attentively. Also, a pleasant bonus was that if additional examinations are needed, they give a discount on the doctor’s appointment, and the check-up department specialists themselves can schedule you. There was no inflating of the bill, as written in other reviews. The only wish is to organize the doctors’ visits so that all the procedures where you need to be fasting (blood, ultrasound) are done first, then let the patient eat, and then everything else. Because the first time during the day I managed to eat breakfast was at 13:00 (that’s 7 hours after waking up). This was very hard for me. For this I take off a star.

In my experience, the hospital is excellent, and the services are at a very high level. Dr. Sibal is one of the best doctors, and it was a successful experience with him, the treatment was also good… We had a boy born here in this wonderful hospital. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses for the good care and medical assistance. I will not forget the interpreter Dalal, who was with us at every session and appointment — she is very friendly and qualified.

The quality of the hospital’s work varies significantly depending on the specialty. I visited several doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Sezai Şahin (physiotherapy). However, avoid Dr. Kurşat Atalay (ophthalmologist), as he wanted to perform unnecessary procedures for a simple preventive examination.

Most of the doctors are professional. I visited several doctors due to health problems. I am satisfied. But some doctors prescribe different medications, and it seems that they want to test the results on you. 🙃
