My mom and I both underwent plastic surgery under Dr. Bulent Cihantimur and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Cihantimur performed facelift for my mother and a septorhinoplasty for me and the entire experience was seamless and excellent. He took care of us like his own family along with his entire team. I had my septorhinoplasty with Dr. Ocal at Doku Clinic a week ago, and I’m really happy with how everything went. The whole process was well organised, and the communication and support throughout made a big difference. It was an incredible experience from the very first minute — every detail was handled with care. There was plenty of patience to answer all questions from start to finish, which gave a sense of calm. Dr. Engin Ocal and his assistants were wonderful. Everything went perfectly, exactly as I wanted.

The only downside — they did not inform me about the 5% tax when paying by card, and the hotel’s location was not very convenient due to noise from the nearby mosque, as well as some minor disagreements with hotel service, but the most important thing — everything was resolved and the service was excellent.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Doctor Vadym was my first point of contact and helped me throughout the whole process. Any question I had, at any time of day, he had a quick response. I had Rhinoplasty with Dr Engin Ocal on the 23rd December with Vadym supporting over WhatsApp. From the very beginning when I enquired with Doku I felt confident as they didn’t push me into booking anything, Vadym was just happy to assist me with my questions. I decided in September that I would proceed with Dr Engin Ocal at Doku.

Everyone at Doku including the lovely nurses, Assistant (Anita) and Dr Ocal were beyond helpful, professional, caring and comforting through the whole experience. I was extremely nervous but they all kept reassuring me throughout. I even went back into Doku on one of my days recovering as I had concerns and they again went above and beyond checking over me to make sure I was okay and kept me in over night monitoring me. The level of care speaks for itself.

I am so thankful to Doku and so happy with my results.

I traveled from Canada to have rhinoplasty with Dr. Ocal after seeing his work online. I contacted him to get more information about making an appointment for surgery, and right away Dr. Vadim helped me with every detail. He spoke excellent English and answered all my questions in detail. I was very nervous about booking, but he made sure I had all the information I needed: surgery plan, travel details, and even a detailed travel schedule. He also inquired about my well-being after the surgery. When I arrived at the Doku clinic, it was absolutely amazing. Very clean and very friendly staff. The girls who assisted me answered all my questions and helped me fill out forms. The nurses were very attentive and kind and always checked to make sure I was okay. I was always taken care of. My appointment with Dr. Ocal was wonderful. He is very friendly and as you can see is very experienced. He showed me a 3D scan of my nose and answered all my questions before surgery. After surgery, he also made sure I was okay and showed me before and after pictures of my nose so I didn't have to wait a week to look at it. At my follow-up appointment when I had the patch removed, he gave me detailed information on how to care for my nose and reassured me about the swelling. I highly recommend Dr. Ocal and his staff at Doku Clinic. They are very kind, helpful and are experts at what they do! Thank you all!

I recently had my breast augmentation by a doctor. Let Engin do it, and I’m more than satisfied! I was picked up straight from the airport and taken to the hotel. Hello everyone... I would like to share with you my experience with the wonderful Mr. Engin Ocal. I hope I can allay some of your fears. A year ago I had rhinoplasty with another doctor in Istanbul. Without doing any real research, I flew there and this doctor stupidly did my nose. It turned out to be a complete disaster and nothing changed on my nose at all. The operation took place in September last year. Unfortunately, I had an accident in December and my operated nose was broken. It was completely crooked and for me my world was truly shattered. I really had to fight back tears because I felt so ugly. Rhinoplasty in Germany was too expensive for me, so I decided to get my nose fixed again in Turkey, despite the fact that I had a bad doctor before. By chance I found a wonderful gentleman, Engin Okala, on the Internet... I can't tell you how glad I am that I found this doctor. I immediately contacted the wonderful assistant Zeynep. She immediately seemed nice to me and answered all my questions. After that, I decided to fly to Turkey in mid-August. I was greeted so warmly. They were very attentive before and after the surgery and my questions never went unanswered. He answered all our questions in a very clear language, using a scientific approach, and performed the operation successfully (we had the operation with two friends). We did the nose job, you won't have any question marks, you don't even have to say what you want your nose to be, the result is a nose that suits your face very well :) Definitely recommend.

It was a wonderful adventure. I was nervous about traveling to another country for aesthetic surgery, especially because I had not been to Istanbul, Turkey before. The Doku Medical representative, Siban, was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she helped me understand all the details of the procedure and also explained how well I would be cared for before and after the surgery. Dr. Engin Ocjal, who performed my nose surgery, proved to be incredibly experienced in dealing with difficult cases. My nose needed fixing (had surgery a long time ago but was not satisfied). I had a breast lift + breast augmentation at the clinic. I liked everything very much, delicious food, new and perfectly clean rooms, friendly and caring staff. The whole program is fully thought out: the transfer brings from the airport to the clinic, from the clinic to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic for control (after surgery) and then to the airport. All tests are taken directly at the clinic, no need to go anywhere. No nerves and stress, your manager will take care of everything for you (my manager is Vlada, thanks to her for everything). The nurses at the clinic are the most caring and friendly people I have ever met in hospitals. They help me get dressed, undress, adjust my pillow, tell me everything and explain, help me with everything. My doctor is Safak Aktar. I've never in a million years thought I would be this satisfied with not only the results, but also with the service and procedure. I had high expectations because of the reviews I've read and the status this clinic has and my experience went beyond the expectations. Finally, my dream came true with mammoplasty, and I’d like to share my experience. Like many, I thoroughly researched different options and chose the Aesthetic Clinic with Dr. Ergin Er. I was first contacted by a coordinator named Vadim. Saying he’s a miracle worker doesn’t even capture it. Vadim promptly answered all my questions at any time, which was vital. He was always available, providing support that helped me stay calm and mentally prepared, as you can imagine the nerves in traveling to an unfamiliar place for something so important. I was nervous about coming to Istanbul alone for my first ever cosmetic procedures (hair transplant and rhinoplasty) but I'm now 3 weeks out and I couldn't be happier with the results and my experience. The car service makes everything very easy and convenient, I was driven to and from the hospital multiple times for procedures, hair washed etc. Dr. Oya Sisman and her team did my hair transplant the day I arrived in Istanbul. The team and especially doctor Sisman were kind and friendly to me, I think they could tell I was nervous but they made everything a breeze and reassured me. Nurses helped me with my hoodie and bag afterwards and I returned for 2 hair washes in the following week. Dr. Ergin Er performed my rhinoplasty, I was a bit nervous but every step of the process was professional and my nerves were calmed because I could tell I was in good hands. The nurses that attended to me during my recovery were lovely! Special mention for my coordinator, Yasin, who answered my questions on Whatsapp and reassured me throughout the process. Value for money is 12/10, if I consider cosmetic work in the future I will come here.

The hospital is very clean with friendly staff. The surgeon, Dr. Ergin Er, speaks very good English, and although I was still bandaged and couldn't get a good look at everything, it was immediately clear that he had done an exceptional job. The next day after the operation, I was discharged, I settled in a hotel, they gave me all the necessary medicines and explained what to take. The clinic itself is literally across the street from the hotel, so I could easily get to check-ups if I had any problems. I recommend Dr. Ergin, a very good specialist.

If in doubt, don't. It was the first time I went abroad for cosmetic surgery and it was really scary! :) However, the team, hospital and hotel were amazing. All without stress. Good afternoon. My name is Veronika. Thanks to Natalia, I had a very difficult breast mammoplasty operation with Dr Ercan. I am very grateful to Natalia for the doctor's advice. I was very satisfied with the result. Many thanks to Dr. Ercan and Natalia.

It is currently 3.5 months post-tubular breast surgery and I am completely delighted with my results. Dr. Ercan is a real artist and also a wonderful person. I constantly felt the support from him and his team.

All my life I was very unhappy with my breasts and for years I tried to find a doctor who could help me. I had several consultations, but when I met Dr. Ercan, I immediately felt at ease and he really understood my vision of how my breasts should look. Natural looking breasts, not too big, with minimal scarring including a lift without the typical anchor scar.

I went to Istanbul alone and Ezgi, Dr. Ercan's assistant, did a great job arranging everything for me to relieve my stress. The nurses at the hospital were wonderful and very caring. I was so nervous the morning of my surgery... but as soon as I met Dr. Ercan, I relaxed.

I am really happy to see such a result, I finally have the nose of my dreams! Dr. Ercan corrected the deviated septum and the overall shape of my nose. 2nd shot 2 weeks post op and you can see the bruising is not that much, it actually completely disappeared on 2nd week post op, only a few yellow spots left on my face. I highly recommend Dr. Ercan, he is very experienced, has extensive experience in Turkey and abroad and is very attentive to the end results of the patient. He answered all my questions and concerns not only before the operation, but also after the operation. I came from Canada to Turkey for this rhinoplasty and I will choose Dr. Ercan again without hesitation! In addition, he speaks excellent English, and I was completely sure that he knew what kind of nose shape I would like!

I am from Germany, in early September I had a tummy tuck. After a thorough search for a doctor, I chose Ercan Karacaoglu. He is not only an excellent surgeon, but also a wonderful and friendly person. An Exceptional Experience of Face&Necklifting in 45 yo female patient with Prof. Atacan Emre Koçman

I recently underwent a face and neck lift, as well as inferior blepharoplasty and lip lift with Prof. Dr. Atacan Emre Koçman, a very skilled facial reconstructive surgeon in Istanbul, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and overall experience.

Before making my decision, I spent a lot of time researching different surgical techniques and surgeons, ultimately choosing him because of his expertise in the deep plane technique. The procedure was performed under general anesthesia and lasted five hours, went smoothly. I felt completely comfortable throughout and was able to return to a normal routine almost immediately, after 2 nights that i was in clinic for monitoring before moving to a hotel for an additional nights of rest and recovery. I experienced absolutely no pain afterward—just some normal swelling, which was expected.

What really stood out to me was how much the Dr. Koçman genuinely cared about my well-being. He followed up regularly to ensure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had before & during my recovery. It’s rare to find a surgeon with such a perfect combination of technical expertise and deep empathy for their patients.

I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Prof. Dr. Atacan Emre Koçman to anyone considering similar procedures. I will for sure come back for revision when will be needed in 10/15 years

Hello Karl here. A friend of mine recommended Doctor Bircan to me and I'm extremely pleased with the result. It's been six months and its amazing. They did sapphire fue method and did around 3000 grafts. The operation took around 6-7 hours and both Doctor Bircan and the team took good care of me, told me what should I do and etc. The hotel was pretty good for its price. I really want to share a review of my trip to Belgrade to see Dr. Jinovich, to whom we went for correction of penis-scrotal hypospadias. Before this, we already had an unsuccessful operation, after which a lot of complications arose. And only Dr. Radosh Dzhinovich was able to fix all this in one step. We flew to Belgrade and immediately went to the clinic for a preoperative consultation. My impressions of the clinic are very good, all the doctors and nurses are very friendly, even just passing by, everyone tried to stop and play a little with the baby, everyone was always smiling, and even ignorance of the language did not overshadow the stay in the clinic, although at first it was very difficult to communicate, especially after surgery. On the day of the operation, my son woke up at 5 o’clock in the morning, and he could no longer eat or drink, we entertained him, went out into the corridor to play, and waited for the doctor to arrive. On this day, other children came for the bandages, we had a good conversation, the children played and entertained each other. Everyone waited for Doctor Radosh as if he were God. I was very worried what he would tell us in connection with all our complications, plus the urine test was not very good, but Dr. Dzhinovich said that he would perform the operation in one stage, and that everything would be fine. All this made me very happy, he gave me so much hope that everything would go very well, that I calmed down and finally believed that my son was in good hands. I realized that a person like Dr. Radosh would do everything in his power to make every child healthy, including my son. Our operation lasted more than 3 hours. After the operation, the doctor said that there was a lot of work, since there were a lot of scars, due to which there was constant difficulty urinating, but everything went fine and everything will be fine in the future. And so our postoperative period began. We spent two days and two nights in the clinic. After discharge, we went for bandages, first every day, then every other day. When there were no bandages, we went for a walk, once went to the park, and then walked around the city. On the fourteenth day we flew home. To date, almost 5.5 months have passed since the operation. Visually, the result of the operation is simply wonderful, since Dr. Dzhinovich was able to completely remove the penis from the scrotum, however, due to the consequences of the first operation, not everything is as smooth as we would like, since the stream periodically narrows, and bougienage had to be done five times already. But I really hope that the need for all these procedures will soon disappear. We regularly send Dr. Dzhinovich photos and videos and consult. At the moment, I have not regretted for one minute that we were able to fall into such golden hands as Dr. Dzhinovich. Thank him very much! I don't have enough words to express the full extent of my gratitude. I would also like to thank everyone who did not remain indifferent to us and our problem and helped us organize our trip so that my son grew up as a healthy and happy baby!

At the time of the operation, our son was one year and 10 months old. Diagnosis: hypospadias without hypospadias with curvature. We thought for a long time about where to have surgery. We did not consider public hospitals in Ukraine, since not only the result was important to us, but also the postoperative period (good conditions and service, which is not available in ordinary hospitals). In one of the best Kyiv clinics, the price was comparable to the price of an operation with Dr. Dzhinovich in Serbia, and after an incident during one of the procedures, we did not want to return to them. So we started thinking about going abroad. Russia was also not considered, since the cost of medical services for Ukrainians is approximately the same as in Serbia, and reviews are not always positive. Therefore, we were faced with a choice: Germany, Israel or Serbia. Israel was the first to drop out, and not because of the price. I wrote three identical letters to three countries with clear questions point by point. Germany and Serbia answered each question clearly. I had to correspond with Israel for a long time to get clear answers, and I never received an answer to some of them. Let me make a reservation right away that communication was conducted directly with clinics, and not with intermediaries. We thought for a long time about choosing between Serbia or Germany, but the choice fell on Serbia: the price of the operation is lower, there are more reviews. We corresponded with the coordinator Richard, set a date for the operation, bought tickets, rented an apartment. The flight went well. At the preoperative consultation, Dr. Dzhinovich said that, depending on the degree of curvature, the operation would be carried out in one or two stages, fortunately, during the 2.5 hours of the operation he was able to do everything that was needed, and we got by with one stage. After discharge, we went for bandages every 2-3 days, and the rest of the time we walked and had fun. At our last meeting, I asked Dr. Dzhinovich who he would recommend in Ukraine for our further observation, he replied that he himself would observe us by sending photographs, which is what he is doing now. Thank him very much for this. In general, Dr. Dzhinovich is a very bright and friendly person, open, attentive, he does not have any stardom or crown, unlike most doctors in the post-Soviet space. It’s difficult to put into words, and even more difficult, probably, to believe in Radosh’s kindness, humanity, compassion, attentiveness and, of course, professionalism, but that’s really who he is.

When the maternity hospital told us the diagnosis of our newborn son, we were not even afraid, because... The neonatologist said, if you do a simple plastic surgery when you’re a year old, there won’t be any problems. Later, reading forums where parents described the operations performed and their consequences, we realized that everything is actually much more complicated, and only the best surgeon, who constantly operates on hypospadias, can really do everything at once with a minimal likelihood of complications. We sifted through a huge amount of information, reviews, visited several doctors in Russia and Belarus and realized that it is fundamentally important for us that after the operation the child is not tied down and can lead a normal life, so that he does not receive psychological trauma. As a result, we began to consider the possibility of carrying out the operation abroad, although initially it seemed that it was too expensive, inconvenient, and associated with a huge number of different difficulties. After studying many reviews, we came to the conclusion that the best option for us in terms of price-quality ratio is an operation with Dr. Rados Jinovich in Serbia. We did not find a single negative review about the work of Dr. Dzhinovich, only a huge number of thanks from patients and parents of patients with various defects of the genitourinary system from Russia and the CIS countries. The cost of the operation was the same as that of the best specialists in Russia (if the operation is not carried out according to a quota), and the conditions of stay and the postoperative period were radically different for the better (according to information from those who had already visited Belgrade). It was also convenient for us that there are direct, relatively inexpensive flights to Belgrade from Moscow, you can rent housing without any problems, you don’t need to get a visa, and that life there (again, according to reviews from other patients) is cheaper than in Russia and, of course same as the countries of the European Union. In general, we went and never regretted it. I still thank everyone who wrote and is writing their stories about the operations, because it was these people who helped us make such a difficult decision. Two weeks spent in Belgrade are remembered as a vacation: daily walks, wonderful warm weather, friendly, friendly people, amazingly delicious food in cafes and restaurants, some kind of constant festive atmosphere (probably because we lived in the very center of the city, near main pedestrian street). The two days spent in the clinic did not leave any negative memories for either us or the child: the same politeness, attentiveness, and friendliness of the doctors and staff. Five months have passed since my son's surgery. Let's keep our fingers crossed and wait for the six-month period, because according to information from various sources, if complications do not appear during this period, then the likelihood of their further occurrence is very, very low. We are grateful to Dr. Dzhinovich, Foundation coordinator Richard Rothaaz and all the employees of the Foundation and the clinic for helping us solve our son’s problem, and that this assistance was provided at the highest level.
