Leyla Arvas is by far the most educated and skilled doctor I have met for my cosmetic scar issues. She addressed all of my concerns with so much care and offered me multiple treatment plans. After just the first 2 sessions with her of bepanten injections I have noticed a major difference that no laser could replicate. And with minimal downtime. I don’t think it will take many more sessions for my issues to be resolved. For privacy reasons I will not go in depth about my treatments. I have been to many clinics over the years and none have solved my problems as fast as she has. The customer service is also amazing. I always get replied to very fast with any of my concerns. I am an international patient and I plan on flying here just for my treatments because this clinic is so good.

It was an incredible experience from the very first minute — every detail was handled with care. There was plenty of patience to answer all questions from start to finish, which gave a sense of calm. Dr. Engin Ocal and his assistants were wonderful. Everything went perfectly, exactly as I wanted.
The only downside — they did not inform me about the 5% tax when paying by card, and the hotel’s location was not very convenient due to noise from the nearby mosque, as well as some minor disagreements with hotel service, but the most important thing — everything was resolved and the service was excellent.

I contacted him to get more information about making an appointment for surgery, and right away Dr. Vadim helped me with every detail. A year ago I had rhinoplasty with another doctor in Istanbul. Without doing any real research, I flew there and this doctor stupidly did my nose. The whole program is fully thought out: the transfer brings from the airport to the clinic, from the clinic to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic for control (after surgery) and then to the airport. All tests are taken directly at the clinic, no need to go anywhere. No nerves and stress, your manager will take care of everything for you (my manager is Vlada, thanks to her for everything).
The nurses at the clinic are the most caring and friendly people I have ever met in hospitals. They help me get dressed, undress, adjust my pillow, tell me everything and explain, help me with everything.
My doctor is Safak Aktar. Answered all my questions, my new breasts are perfect, thank you :)
I recommend Esteworld 100%. If you have decided to change your life for the better, this is the place to go.

I would like to thank my coordinator Nika! I was looking for a great surgeon for my mammoplasty. There were many options and I was very nervous about choosing a clinic and a surgeon. With her help and my preferences we decided on Dr. Ergin Er. In general, I was met at the airport transfer as agreed and checked into the hotel. The next day the surgery was performed. I was first contacted by a coordinator named Vadim. Saying he’s a miracle worker doesn’t even capture it. Vadim promptly answered all my questions at any time, which was vital. I was nervous about coming to Istanbul alone for my first ever cosmetic procedures (hair transplant and rhinoplasty) but I'm now 3 weeks out and I couldn't be happier with the results and my experience.
The car service makes everything very easy and convenient, I was driven to and from the hospital multiple times for procedures, hair washed etc.
Dr. Oya Sisman and her team did my hair transplant the day I arrived in Istanbul. The team and especially doctor Sisman were kind and friendly to me, I think they could tell I was nervous but they made everything a breeze and reassured me. Nurses helped me with my hoodie and bag afterwards and I returned for 2 hair washes in the following week.
Dr. Ergin Er performed my rhinoplasty, I was a bit nervous but every step of the process was professional and my nerves were calmed because I could tell I was in good hands. The nurses that attended to me during my recovery were lovely!
Special mention for my coordinator, Yasin, who answered my questions on Whatsapp and reassured me throughout the process.
Value for money is 12/10, if I consider cosmetic work in the future I will come here.
