My final conclusion is that I initially miscategorized this procedure. In Turkey, it was presented to me as a facelift, but the lift was so minimal that even I barely noticed it. The sagging in the middle of my face and deep nasolabial folds did not improve. Recently, I had Aptos threads inserted in the middle of my face — the result was instant and exactly what I expected from endolifting, plus it was cheaper and more comfortable.
But as a procedure for reducing fat, it wasn’t bad — my face became slimmer, which I like. I just wish they hadn’t promised a strong lift, then my expectations would have been more realistic. I think the procedure is overrated for what it can do.

I am 31 years old and had endolifting done in Turkey in November 2023. Before that, I had a clear jawline and minimal fat under my chin — to be honest, I looked great.
The results were good for the first couple of months, but as the swelling went down, my neck started to sag and I developed jowls.
