Hodgkin's Lymphoma

We met Dr. Volkan when my daughter at the age of 11 had Hodgkin's lymphoma again in 2013. In May 2014, a bone marrow transplant was performed using her own cells. In late 2015 the disease came back again and we started treatment again. This time we were told that a bone marrow transplant from a donor would be required. Fortunately, a suitable donor was found from Germany in April 2016 and my daughter had another successful transplant. Now everything is fine, my daughter is studying at the lyceum and preparing for university. We are always grateful to Dr. Volkan for his experience, knowledge, humanity and fatherly attitude. We overcame the disease thanks to his support and, of course, God's will. We still turn to him if any problems arise. We trust him completely.

Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

My son was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. After a biopsy, treatment was started by Dr. Volkan. He is an amazing specialist who showed incredible care and attention throughout the treatment. We followed all protocols and Dr. Volkan was always there to support us at every moment. My son is now 24 years old and in great shape. Hodgkin's Lymphoma

I got sick for the first time when I was 5.5 years old. The disease came back several times. When it came back for the fourth time at the age of 16, I made the decision to have a bone marrow transplant and met Dr. Volkan. Because of his honesty and treatment methods, I went through it with less suffering. I loved that he explained the whole process in detail and shared the information with me first. Dr. Volkan is an excellent specialist. He continues to monitor my condition, although my check-ups are less frequent now. We still have a great relationship and I am grateful to him for everything.

In January 2018, my daughter was diagnosed with leukemia. On the advice of a friend, we contacted Dr. Volkan. A bone marrow transplant was recommended and the treatment was successful. Lymphoma

My son developed a tumor in his groin. We went to a government hospital from where we were referred to a research clinic. After biopsy, it was diagnosed as Lymphoma. We contacted Dr. Volkan and treatment started in 2017. The treatment was completed in 2018, but later that year our son developed a lung infection and Dr. Volkan again showed great care. He closely monitored his condition, called us and monitored the treatment. In 2019, the disease returned and a bone marrow transplant was scheduled. Dr. Volkan explained everything we needed to know in detail. My son underwent surgery and is doing well. Follow-up checkups are ongoing. Dr. Volkan always treated my son like an adult, which gave him confidence.

Hip tumor

My daughter was diagnosed with a tumor on the back of her hip and we were referred to an orthopedist. The diagnosis was later clarified as a Muscle Tumor and we needed an oncologist. An acquaintance of mine recommended Dr. Volkan. We received all the medical care we needed from him. He arranged for chemotherapy and referred us for radiotherapy. The treatment was successful. Dr. Volkan was always on call, answering our calls day and night. He treated my daughter as his own child. Now my daughter is healthy. We went to Dr. Volkan on the recommendation of a friend. My son developed a tumor on his neck, which after biopsy was diagnosed as Lymphoma. Our child was diagnosed with a brain tumor. We went through a course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. After a year, the disease came back and after our research, we concluded that the best treatment would be a stem cell transplant. We brought all the tests and examinations and Dr. Volkan himself wanted to examine our child. After the examination, he prescribed the treatment. Throughout the treatment process, he provided not only medical but also moral support and showed great care for our son. The treatment was completed 10 months ago and everything is fine now. Our son has returned to his studies and continues to live a normal life. We are grateful to Dr. Volkan for giving us a second chance.

Hodgkin's lymphoma

We went to Dr. Volkan on a recommendation. My daughter was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Thanks to the doctor and chemotherapy, my daughter has recovered. She didn't even lose her hair. The treatment was also supplemented with radiotherapy and after 4.5 months she was fully recovered. I am very grateful to Dr. Volkan for his care and professionalism. He is a true gentleman. For any mother to find out that her child has cancer is a big ordeal, but Dr. Volkan was always there for me when I needed help. Thank him so much for everything. Hodgkin's Lymphoma, stage 2

My daughter was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin's lymphoma. Dr. Volkan administered six courses of chemotherapy. The treatment was successful, things went easier than expected due to his treatment methods. We could contact the doctor at any time and he was always in touch. He carefully monitored the treatment process and reminded us of scheduled appointments when we forgot. My daughter suffered from depression and Dr. Volkan helped her deal with that as well. We went to the hospital because of our son's lack of appetite and vomiting. After an MRI, he was diagnosed with a Brain Tumor. We heard about Dr. Volkan and decided to meet him. Ewing’s Sarcoma: A rare type of malignant bone tumor that most often affects children and adolescents.
Neuroblastoma: A malignant tumor that develops from immature nerve cells. Most often occurs in infants and young children.
Hodgkin’s disease: A type of lymphoma (cancer of the lymphatic system) characterized by enlarged lymph nodes and other symptoms.
