I had a hair transplant at MedHair Clinic and am very pleased.
From the very first phone call, I felt well supported. Dr. Vedat Tosun and the entire team were professional, friendly, and personable. It's clear that their specialists have extensive experience and put the patient's interests first.
I had a translator with me throughout my entire stay, so every step was clearly explained, and I felt confident.
The day of the procedure was well organized. The team took my wishes into account. The treatment was performed using the deep sleep method, so the procedure was virtually painless for me and helped reduce my anxiety.
The hotel was about a three-minute walk from the clinic, and transfers to and from the airport were seamless. After returning to Germany, the support continued: questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.
Overall, my experience was positive. I highly recommend Dr. Vedat Tosun and the MedHair Clinic team.

Before contacting MedHair Clinic, I consulted with many providers and was very nervous about a hair transplant.
I had my first procedure in October 2024, using 4,600 grafts. The second procedure was performed a week ago, using 3,050 grafts. After just the first stage, the result and aesthetic appearance significantly exceeded my expectations. I experienced none of the difficulties often reported, either during or after the procedure.
I am especially grateful to Dr. Vedat and his team. They are experienced specialists, kept me thoroughly informed, attentive, and helpful throughout the procedure. After the treatment, the team continued to regularly monitor my condition. I am very pleased with the result and thank all the staff.

Five months later, I'm already very happy with the result and want to thank MedHair for restoring my confidence and appearance. My only regret is not having had the procedure years ago.
Pros: The result is truly impressive. I used to have almost no hair, but now it's so thick that I have to get a haircut every three weeks. The procedure was performed at a hospital-based clinic: everything is modern and clean. The staff was friendly and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Transfers from the airport and between the hotel and the hospital were excellent. The price was reasonable, and overall, I'm glad I chose MedHair.
The disadvantages were mainly related to communication. I only received the final details on the day of my arrival and was forced to clarify them myself. For a patient, treatment abroad is a significant and stressful event, so it's best to provide final information in advance. The hotel was unsuccessful and was changed without warning. Furthermore, Dr. Vedat was not present, and I was not informed of this in advance. However, specialist Bahar, who was in charge of the procedure, did an excellent job and was actively involved throughout the entire process. These issues could have been resolved with timely communication.

Unsatisfactory hair transplant result

My procedure was performed in November 2022, and I want to share my disappointing experience with a hair transplant at MedHair Clinic. I cannot recommend this clinic and regret choosing their services.
Dr. Vedat Tosun was only present for a short consultation at the beginning, and then came in for about five minutes during the eight-hour surgery to check on the progress. This left me with an unprofessional impression and raised doubts about his commitment.
I am also dissatisfied with the result. I was promised 4,400 grafts, but the hairline turned out too straight and unnatural. Multiple grafts were placed in the anterior hairline, which also contributed to the unnatural appearance. The hairline was unevenly formed, resulting in uneven distribution of transplanted hair. The result does not match what was discussed before the procedure.
Furthermore, too much hair was removed above my right ear, creating a noticeable bald patch.
I now require a correction at another clinic to correct the overly straight and uneven hairline, the multiple grafts in the anterior area, and the consequences of excessive hair harvesting from the donor area.
As a patient, I am very disappointed with my experience and recommend choosing a clinic carefully to ensure the result meets your expectations.
