I would like to write about my experience with Dr. Konstantin Siminenko. I researched the internet for the best plastic surgeons in Turkey. Konstantin texted me on WhatsApp. He asked me a few questions about age, what I want to do and send him my photos. He asked me when I am planning the surgery. I planned in August, as I have trips in July, but Konstantin suggested that maybe have the surgery earlier before my trip and I realized that this was the best solution. After that, there was an answer that he would find out who would suit me in terms of price and quality. He received a response from Professor Yakup Cil. Everything was written in the contract, what operation, cost and everything that is included in this cost. So it’s happened so quickly and spontaneously, but this is all thanks to Konstantin's confident voice and his qualified and competent answers to my worries. I asked him a lot of questions and how I can pay, it’s great that it’s not a problem with a credit card from foreign country. Konstantin was always in touch with me, 24/7 despite the time difference, and he gave me confidence that everything will be fine. Then he connected me with the manager Eldar, whom I didn’t bother with so many questions, and already he sent me the details of the meeting at the airport, and so on. Interpreter Nargiz contacted me, a very nice, smiling girl, and upon arrival she was helped by another translator Sevil very pleasant, and we also had a good conversation with her. On the first evening after the surgery, I wrote to Konstantin: “In general, I have already had a surgery. Until I saw the result) in any case, thank you for your help. Your voice and answers were very encouraging and I didn’t look for anything else and rushed to the embrasure”. Once again I thank Konstantin, thanks to him I decided on such a difficult decision that was important for me. It had to be done now or no one knows when.
