We have extensive experience and many memories with this hospital. This time, I’ll start from the end.
Our doctor, Prof. Dr. Çetin Ordu, transferred here, and we also began our treatment, check-ups, and examinations at this clinic. Dr. Çetin is a skilled and knowledgeable oncologist. He cares about the well-being of his patients, has excellent communication skills, is compassionate, and an expert in his field. His assistant, Ms. Merve, also helps patients and their families with care and courtesy. In an illness where moral support is especially needed, Çetin bey is the right person 🙏🏻

We also thank the nurses and the team on the 3rd floor for their support during the recent hospitalization.

I gave birth to my daughter at the hospital in July and have since also stayed with her in the pediatric ward and visited the emergency department. I can only say good things about our experience. The whole team that cared for us during and after the birth was amazing. All the midwives, doctors and nurses took such good care of us, spoke English without hesitation every time and provided everything we needed and more. The same goes for the pediatric ward. The staff are competent, caring and thorough. I never felt that a consultation was rushed. I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone.

Let me write in English, as in German I’m afraid I would make too many mistakes. I want to start by thanking the entire hospital staff (administration, caregivers, nurses, doctors, specialists and assistants) for their loving care and professionalism. There isn’t a single bad word I could say about my stay (except perhaps the vegetable soup, which was too salty 🤣😜). My first contact was by phone — the call was informative, professional, and all my questions were answered. The first visit was on time and professional, and I received all the information about what would happen next. My consultation with the surgeon and anesthesiologist was a week later, and the surgery was 2 days after that. The friendliness, care, openness and professionalism of both doctors left me feeling safe and cared for. The administrative staff was always responsive, smiling and pleasant. When I arrived for my surgery everything was ready, and although I waited 4 hours, I had a wonderfully relaxing nap in a surprisingly comfortable bed. The whole staff was calm and reassuring, taking time to explain and answer questions. The cleanliness left nothing to be desired. THANK YOU 🥰

I was in pain and had to go to the emergency room. Everyone was friendly, and the waiting time was very short. The doctors took enough time for the diagnosis. All the staff were very professional. The last thing the anesthesiologist said to me as I went under was: “we will take care of you” ♥️. I got a snack as soon as I returned to the recovery room after surgery. Overall a really good experience.

It was a routine check-up due to a very severe cough, but we had to go there because it was too late for the local pediatrician in our town. We waited a bit for our turn, but when it came, we received attention we had never received from any doctor. I’m very sorry to read here the stories of women who had a negative experience. That was not my experience at all! I had a cesarean section there late last year, and I was treated wonderfully.

I’m a first-time mom, and before that I was lucky never to have undergone surgery, and I was really scared. The doctors treated me with great dignity, care and respect. I was never talked down to — every event I was about to go through was explained simply and sympathetically, with knowledge and experience. My baby was breech, and I felt confident that whatever birth plan I wanted would be respected, while being informed of all the risks.

Just before and after the birth, the team treated me and my baby with enormous care. When I was scared before the surgery, the midwife beside me comforted me and eased my fears. My surgery was not without complications, and only after I left the hospital did it become clear that the doctors and nurses there essentially saved my life. Today I have a scar that is practically invisible — a testament to the skill of the doctors at this wonderful hospital.

They refused service when a one-year-old child with a fever of 39 needed a doctor. At the reception they mocked us and deliberately let in all other adults and children without any urgent symptoms. Everyone came, waited 5 minutes, and a doctor came out. We sat for 3 hours and were forced to leave, as the child was already starting to lose consciousness, and no one cared. We have insurance, but they didn’t help at all.

The emergency room staff lack compassion. I fell down the stairs today and was in excruciating pain; a paramedic brought me a wheelchair when my husband drove me to the hospital. I waited more than 3 hours after registration, and no one asked about my pain level from a broken ankle… there was no one in the registration area, and I couldn’t get up myself to ask for a waiting-time update. I left, still in terrible pain, and no one bothered to offer even paracetamol or water. Completely unacceptable! The worst hospital experience of my life.

Worst hospital ever. I’m nine months pregnant and overdue. I waited more than 4 hours for a scheduled checkup, and still nothing. Before coming, I registered all the information online and mentioned that I don’t speak German; still, the staff don’t even try to help me with their items in basic English. The worst!!!!

I have a congenital heart defect, a disease that has recently worsened my general condition. A friend who has already been treated in Turkey advised me to visit the Florence Nightingel clinic. At the stage of diagnostics, I was consulted by a cardiologist and a cardiac surgeon. I underwent 24-hour ECG monitoring, ultrasound of the heart, heart scintigraphy and general tests. Based on the results of the examination, the doctors advised to perform mitral valve replacement. I tolerated the operation well, now I feel great. I returned home and enjoy an active life.
