I cannot thank Dr. Chandra sir enough for the outstanding care I received throughout my father's cancer treatment. From the very first consultation, Dr. Chandra sir showed genuine compassion, patience, and a deep understanding of my diagnosis and concerns.

We’ve been visiting BLK MAX Hospital since February 2025 for my mother’s treatment under Dr. Chandragouda and his team. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the doctor’s humility and dedication. He has always treated my mother with compassion and professionalism. The supporting medical staff under his care have also been very helpful and kind throughout our journey.
However, I would like to bring to light a concern we’ve been facing consistently. Each time we come for the Polivy R-CHP rounds, we are asked to arrive at the hospital by 6:00 am. Despite coming early, the detailed billing process for ordering the Polivy injection can only begin after 10:00 am. Following that, we often don’t receive the injection until late in the evening, around 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
While I personally don’t mind waiting, my concern is for the patients – especially those who are elderly or undergoing intensive treatment. Waiting from early morning till evening can be physically exhausting. My mother, too, returns home completely drained after such long waits.
I truly hope the hospital administration can look into this and streamline the process for the benefit of all patients. A more coordinated system could go a long way in reducing unnecessary strain on those already undergoing difficult treatments.
