Several operations and 15 chemotherapy treatments lasting almost a year in an unfamiliar country. All this time Natalya helped me fight with difficulties, being a good doctor explained the treatment process and supported me. All the advice that Natalya gave was based solely on my interests. During the year of treatment, there were various situations and fears related to treatment and doctors, but all this time Natalya took care of me. Currently, the disease has entered the stage of remission, and I thank fate, that brought me together with Natalya. I wish Natalya and her manager health and peace!!!

I went to the Helios clinic in Berlin because of breast cancer, which I was diagnosed with at home. I really liked the organization and the completeness of the examination. I also had a consultation with a professor. He is a very nice person, he answered all my questions completely and clearly. I don’t regret that I went to Germany for diagnostics, although it’s expensive, but it’s health!
I gave birth in this clinic on July 22, 2022 and am very satisfied. The midwives, both during the birth and in the ward, were great. They have always been happy and very helpful. I stayed in the hospital for 3 days. I couldn’t have imagined a better attitude and conditions.
I have come here 3 times already for a knee revision. The attitude of doctors and medical staff is always friendly. They smile even when they are stressed. Sometimes I had to wait a long time, but this is a hospital, emergencies always take priority.
I am now on my second inpatient treatment in a very short time. And I’m glad I chose this clinic. The doctor at the reception was very friendly, as were the nurses in the ward. And the doctors who treat are very professional. Here I still feel like a person, not just a patient. Doctors consider all questions and problems. In general, everything is very good.
Today I was with my 2.5-year-old son with suspected pneumonia and a temperature above 39 degrees in the emergency center at Helios Hospital. We didn’t have to wait a minute and we immediately took action to make our child feel better. For this we want to thank you very much! The nurses and the lovely blond doctor were absolutely professional. There was even a big chocolate bunny at the end to take home. Thank you very much!
