Dental Prosthetics and Implantation at Dentalzentrum
Specialists of Dentalzentrum have extensive experience in implantation and prosthetics. Over 2,000 implants are placed annually (38 per week). The maxillofacial surgeon must be involved in the preparation of the treatment plan.
The patient undergoes a preliminary thorough examination, which includes:
- study of the individual structure of the oral cavity using digital volumetric tomography (DVT), the most accurate type of diagnosis;
- special tests to predict the risk of implant rejection.
Surgeons of Dentalzentrum specialize in the installation of fixed prostheses with titanium roots. They are biologically compatible with human bone tissue. Dentists perform different types of implants, for example:
- one or more teeth with individual crowns or bridges;
- total dentition using complete removable or fixed dentures on 4-6 implants (All-on-4, All-on-6);
- basal implantation in case of insufficient volume of bone tissue.
In order to restore bone tissue, doctors also perform a preliminary build-up. Thanks to this, the deformation of the gums is eliminated and the prosthesis is firmly fixed.
Implantation is performed using a 3D navigation system that provides the highest level of safety and accuracy.
In the event that dental implantation is not possible for some reason, surgeons of Dentalzentrum offer an effective alternative that takes into account the patient's condition.
Periodontitis Treatment at Dentalzentrum
Periodontists are engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the gums and periodontium, the tissues surrounding the tooth.

I am being treated at the Dentalzentrum clinic for the second time. The first appointment was several years ago with Dr. Stefan Günther.
Today I was there for the second time to pull out a tooth that was treated 18 years ago in another clinic (resection of the root apex). Dr. Puttmann performed the procedure excellently. It is actually quite difficult for me to anesthetize my teeth from the first injection, but here everything worked perfectly. The procedure itself was also very quick and painless. Thanks for this!
