I want to share my treatment experience at YEG Clinic. I had 12 implants placed, and honestly, at first I was very worried about such extensive treatment. But the whole process went much better than I expected.

I especially want to thank Dr. Soner. A very professional, calm and attentive doctor. During the surgery I felt I was in safe hands. The clinic team was also always there, helping with everything — transfer, interpreter, organization — everything was at a high level.

After years of problems with my teeth, I decided to undergo All-on-6 treatment in Istanbul and, honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The YEG Clinic team was very professional and transparent from the very beginning. Before the treatment, all the steps were explained in detail, including possible risks and the healing period.

The surgery went much more comfortably than expected. I especially liked that the clinic has its own laboratory — thanks to this everything went faster, and the new teeth look very natural. I didn’t want an artificial “Hollywood smile”, I wanted a natural result that suits my face. That is exactly what I got.

Also, the aftercare following treatment was excellent. The doctor took his time, and I never felt like I was just another patient. For me it was definitely the right decision to undergo All-on-6 treatment at YEG Clinic.

I wholeheartedly recommend choosing and getting treatment at YEG clinic in Istanbul. A high level of service, professional care and a comprehensive package: from transfers between the hotel, clinic and airport, through hotel services, to the program of procedures and the clinic’s equipment. Truly impressive. My husband and I are after the first stage of the All-on-6 procedure. The stay lasted 4 days and, in our opinion, was successful. Gratitude to the whole team: to Dr. Deniz and the medical staff who performed the operation clearly and professionally, to manager Ilayda for the professionalism of service, kindness, willingness to help and empathy, to interpreter Milia for the well-done work and pleasant disposition, to the drivers for their incredible maneuverability in crowded Istanbul, kindness and willingness to help, to coordinator Tural for coordinating everything and, finally, to Bookimed for the first contacts and offers on the basis of which we made our final choice.

I hope the second stage will be just as smooth and satisfying for us. I send my greetings to the whole team and see you in a few months. 😀🖐️🙏

The implantology work is very good, but they are unable to achieve the correct tooth color — fortunately these are back teeth, but in terms of color and shape the result is rather mediocre, I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise the team is very pleasant.

I will tell you about my negative experience dealing with this clinic.

From the very beginning everything went wrong. The dental implantation was carried out with a 4-hour delay. All this time I sat in the clinic and was told just another half hour.

The temporary structure was installed in such a way that I couldn’t close my mouth. Meanwhile the doctor kept saying everything was fine. After a scandal with the clinic management, the structure was redone.

A month before the second visit I asked the coordinator to change the doctor. They promised to change. When I arrived, it was the same doctor. They said a change was impossible. They forgot about the promise.

I found a new clinic. The previously paid abutments were handed over only after a threat to call the police. At the new clinic it turned out that one implant had been placed incorrectly.

On top of that, the communication was rude and uncivil. I do not recommend this clinic.

My name is Elena Grinko. In September 2024 I had my teeth treated at this clinic. I had zirconia crowns placed. The procedure was quick. The fitting of the crowns was the next day. They listened to me and made the right color. They gave me a painkiller and a transfer to the hotel. The result is a beautiful smile. I hope it will please me for a long time. Among the remarks, I would say that patients should be told more about the stages of this procedure. I thought the teeth would be minimally ground down, but in the result I saw quite a large amount of grinding. So inquire about all aspects of the treatment so that there are no unpleasant surprises later, as in my case. Your health is first of all your own responsibility. Among the pluses, I can mention that they help with finding a hotel and with tips on how to get around the city.
