Nice new clinic. Friendly staff, excellent facilities. Parking is a little tight, although there is parking on the territory of the hospital and it is expensive, it is also possible to park on the street, also for a fee, but there are not many places. Lots of Russian-speaking staff. We had no complaints about the clinic. There is tea and coffee for visitors. In the clinic, even if you come for a few hours, and do not lie there, they offer to eat sandwiches, especially if you come on an empty stomach.

Having a baby has been my lifelong dream and knowing we can’t conceive has been devastating. After I endured too many unsuccessful fertility treatments, I started looking for clinics abroad. After an initial consultation with Dr. Elisha Clinic, we decided that the clinic was right for us. Upon arrival at the hospital, all the medical staff patiently answered our endless questions and kept our mood in a positive direction. I will never forget the moment when the test showed that I was pregnant! My advice to other infertile couples is to find a good doctor and don’t lose hope!

After many years of infertility treatment, we turned to Elisha Hospital, this was our last attempt. My husband and I decided that if it didn’t work out, we won’t try again. In truth, we no longer hoped for a result (the previous 4 attempts at home were unsuccessful, and the fetus did not take root), but we wanted to ensure that we had tried everything we could. And a miracle! This attempt was successful! Our daughter is already 8 months old, a healthy and absolutely fantastic baby. We are happy!

Last year my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. Our mother died 14 years ago from the same disease. Thinking about it, my sister and I chose cancer treatment at the Elisha clinic in Israel. On 27.01-05.02.2015 I was examined at the HMC with a diagnosis of melanoma. I had a PET-CT scan with blood tests and biopsy revision. Dr. Shapira Roni is professional and very nice person. Doctors and all the staff of the center are benevolently fulfilling their duty.

We came with a problem in the field of gastroenterology. My boy is 7 years old, for several months he could not be diagnosed in Moscow (although we were in several clinics). He has very low hemoglobin and iron levels, persistent diarrhea for 8 months, plus severe abdominal pain.

We turned to Herzliya Medical Center, the answer was not long in coming – they organized our visit in a matter of days. Real professionals work in the international department: everything is clear, fast, to the point.

Professor Gabriel Dinari is a specialist in the field of gastroenterology from God, besides a pleasant, sensitive person. On our way to the examination, we had to do procedures that were unpleasant for the child: gastroscopy and colonoscopy. I want to say that the child did not feel anything, there was neither fear nor discomfort. All the way: kindness and human attention.

The boy was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and prescribed the necessary medication. We just started treatment, but after a week we noticed minor changes, which is good news. At the end of our visit, we were handed over all the documents, the results of tests and examinations, as well as the doctor’s conclusion.

First of all, I wish everyone a full recovery and that we do not spend our lives in hospitals. If you already need to go to the hospital – Raphael Hospital is the place. Anyone who says that money can’t buy health is just lying to himself to justify that he doesn’t have money. And I will explain – at the state hospital, I was scheduled for an appointment after 4 months, and not for the nearest appointment, claiming that I was not in danger. (although I am in pain and bleed from time to time). When I made an appointment at the Raphael hospital, I was immediately booked for tests and surgery for the following week, when I arrived at the hospital, everything was done quickly and efficiently to get you through the surgery as soon as possible. As soon as I got into rehab after surgery, I got a private room with a luxury bed, a TV with Netflix and YouTube, all the channels and fine dining + butler service (not like hospital services). I felt like I was on vacation in this hospital. Definitely highly recommend Raphael Hospital!

The hospital looks like a five-star hotel.

Visiting the Raphael Hospital was a surprise for me, because it was a five-star hotel, and not an ordinary medical institution.
Despite the fact that we were late, we were received quickly and without problems.

Inside the hospital, you can see screens and televisions at every step, which are located both in the corridors and in the wards.

The wards were impressive with their cleanliness and comfort: the beds are equipped with an electric drive, the patient has a remote control to control the light and TV.

If there is a question of choosing between the Raphael hospital and other medical institutions in Israel, I advise Raphael.

First of all, let me start by saying that the staff is charming and kind, for adults it’s probably a good hospital, not so much for children.
We came for a tonsillectomy with a 3-year-old child and it is clear that the institution is not prepared to receive children.
It is important to clarify that we have already undergone a similar operation in the medical center in Herzliya, so I have something to compare with and the difference between heaven and earth.
1. The rooms do not have a chair that folds into a bed for a companion. A parent or chaperone has to sit up all night, a nightmare.
2. Children’s channels did not work on television, only movies and news channels, which did not help to alleviate the boredom of a hospitalized child.
3. There is no play area or recreation area for children.
4. For dinner, they offered pasta in a creamy sauce and porridge, the children do not eat it. When I asked for pasta without anything or with tomato sauce, it was not available. Which made us buy dinner. When I talked with other mothers, I saw that they also bought.

I will conclude that the hospital is simply not ready to receive children. The boy is impatient from boredom, there was nothing to occupy him.
It is important to clarify that the stay was unbearable not only for the child, but also for other patients who heard him and other children during the stay.
I hope the hospital will take these clarifications into account for the sake of future patients.

Overall, the hospital is very modern and advanced. The ambiance is nice and the rooms resemble the look and feel of a new hotel. There’s some place for improvement when it comes to administrative procedures. The nurses are kind and professional, the location is great and quiet and the experience was very good overall.

I have no words to thank the medical staff on Ward 2 for their dedicated, attentive, caring and friendly care during my stay there after back surgery. A team of angels surrounded me all the time and took care of my every need and the reduction of pain and suffering. Many thanks and strength to all without exception.
