The highest rating from my side. This was my first cesarean section, and I must congratulate and endlessly thank all the staff.

Starting with the doctors who operated on me, especially the anesthesiologist, who was not just a kind person but helped me calm down and made the whole process as comfortable as possible, constantly explaining each stage of what was happening. He even supported my head so that I could see my baby.

All the nurses were very kind to me and to my child. Even the male nurse of the night shift helped the baby get rid of gas. The pediatrician was always available and attentive.

Even the cleaning lady turned out to be a very kind person, and the parking attendant was always ready to help both during visits and throughout my stay.

Truly wonderful people. I am endlessly grateful.

The staff are rude and treat patients dismissively. They do not help and expect you to do everything yourself.

It gives the impression that the employees are more interested in talking to each other and in getting rid of the patient as quickly as possible, completely uncaring about their health.

Dr. Cesar Helenes is a wonderful doctor, and his team is even better; they are all truly magnificent.

I highly recommend them.

This hospital has a highly trained staff. Patients are provided with top-notch service and attentive care.

The nursing care was at a decent level, but the hospital building looks a little outdated. Be careful with personal belongings – if you forget something, it’s unlikely to be returned.

Excellent service, including gynecologist Sergio Rivera. Very good attitude. I was delighted with the staff and nurses. Was afraid to go because of the reviews but it was a very different situation. Honestly, highly recommend as I had to stay after a c-section and was served by both shifts.

Hi everyone! Yesterday, 07.05.2024, I had bariatric surgery at Hispano Carranza. Before that I had surgeries in the USA, but there the service is at most 2-3 stars. Here – just another level! Yes, I had to wait a little bit, but it was worth it. The staff – from security to doctors and nurses – are incredibly attentive and caring.
I especially want to thank the nurse Brenda Lopez! I haven’t seen such warmth, kindness and professionalism in a long time. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! Thank you so much, Brenda, for taking such good care of me the night after surgery!

The doctors are great, but the girls at the front desk are clearly not friendly with service.

The service at the hospital is top notch. All the staff are very attentive and friendly! My surgical team and the doctor himself constantly monitored my condition. The nurses are wonderful, patient and caring. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The whole hospital is kept in perfect order.

All the staff are real professionals, very careful and attentive to patients. I would like to say a special thank you to the nurses and the nurse for their care and support. Paloma, Lorena, César – you are the best! If suddenly I didn’t name someone, don’t take offense, I was just under strong medication.

I wish there were more hospitals like Hispano Americano! The service is top notch, the nurses are real pros, very attentive and caring. Everything is organized neatly, with good standards of work, but the front desk could use a little more tact in dealing with patients.

It’s been 5 days after surgery and I feel great! Dr. Daniela Leon did an amazing job, I am thrilled with the result. There is still a long way to go, but recovery is going great. The anesthesiologist Dr. Hernández (Pompeye) was incredibly attentive, never left my side during the surgery, creating a sense of calm and trust, as did Dr. Leon. The team is just wonderful! The WhatsApp girls are always in touch, alerting me to all the details. The girls giving massages are incredibly caring, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The nurse Rocio is just wonderful – looked after me perfectly. The service is top notch – 1000/1000! I hope my recovery continues as well and will share my results. I am absolutely thrilled right now! ☺️🤩

It is very sad that clinics like this deceive people, steal their trust and money saved for surgery, and put the lives of patients at serious risk. I had an unsuccessful abdominoplasty – the incision was made incorrectly, the sides were asymmetrical. They say that cheap is more expensive. In addition, I was charged for 360 liposuction, but only my back was treated. When I came in several times with complaints, they kept giving me excuses. Why don’t they warn me right away that liposuction of the abdomen is not performed with abdominoplasty? In addition, the liposuction of my chin was done very badly – there are still traces of blood on my neck. First they demand payment of the full cost of liposuction 360, and then they provide a poor quality service. I recommend everyone to save up their money and go to a really good surgeon. The only thing that is not bad here is the customer service. I know a lot of girls complain about the same problem. I even had my suture split, and I’m far from the only one who got screwed up. The incision was uneven – they left more skin on one side than the other. To be honest, I still doubt that the operation was performed by a certified surgeon, as I never saw him before or during the operation.

Wow! The entire medical staff – nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist – gave me incredible support and care. The attitude was just top notch! I feel great after their work. I don’t have pictures yet, but will definitely share later. They were constantly there for me, both during and after the surgery, monitoring my condition. The WhatsApp staff are just wonderful people, always helpful and friendly. I am truly happy that I am near my family, my children, healthy and full of energy for further recovery. Thank you to the whole team!
