I had four wisdom teeth removed by Vladyslav Serhiiovych Koval. Everything went wonderfully. Before the extraction they held a consultation and answered all my questions.

I want to share my experience of visiting this clinic.
I arrived at the appointed time for surgery to correct an inverted nipple on one breast. I was told that the doctor was still in surgery but would be free soon. I was asked to change in the ward and was told that someone would come for me soon. In the end I waited two and a half hours, and during all that time no one came in or explained what was happening.
After that I was invited into the doctor’s office, where I waited another 15 minutes or so. It was noticeable that the doctor was in a great hurry. Despite the long wait, there was practically no time left for a full conversation and detailed explanations.
I was asked to undress, after which the doctor began taking photographs. Everything happened very quickly and without any explanation, which caused additional discomfort.
When I was already lying on the operating table, the doctor mentioned in passing that after the operation I would not be able to breastfeed with this breast, since the milk ducts would be cut during the procedure. In my opinion, such important information must be communicated in advance, and not when the patient is already in the operating room.
The anesthesia was administered without explaining how many injections there would be or how exactly the procedure would go. The operation itself lasted about 10 minutes. Afterward I quickly got ready and left the clinic in about 20 minutes.
Separately, I want to thank the junior medical staff — they were very tactful and friendly.
At the same time, I am satisfied with the result of the operation. However, after such an experience and organization of the process, I will most likely have my subsequent plastic surgeries at a different clinic.
