My grandfather was admitted to the ICU under the care of Dr. Tarun. I was satisfied with the consultation of the doctors. Dr. Tarun, Dr. Apurva, Dr. Amit Gupta, Dr. Amit Tiwari — all the doctors were truly good, but our ICU experience turned out to be very poor. The night attendant Urmila was only busy filling out paperwork. My grandfather called her many times, but she ignored him. She was very rude to him.

Please brief the staff on how to communicate with patients. When he was transferred to the HDU, the staff Ms. Sarita, Subin, Shreya, and Mahima behaved very well and communicated calmly with the patient. Their supervisor Mr. Karan was also responsive.

Overall, the service was very good. Keep up the good work.

The worst hospital I have ever visited in my life. They are only interested in money, and patient care doesn't matter to them at all. My husband was undergoing angiography, but he was admitted through emergency, although there was no proper care as it should be in an emergency department.

We were given a preliminary estimate of 23 thousand, and the final bill amounted to 56 thousand for just 24 hours of hospitalization.

Although cardiologist Dr. Amit Gupta and the Cath Lab team are excellent, the nursing, billing, and front office staff are the worst in the hospital industry. Once they receive payment, they no longer care about the patient.

It is better to go to government hospitals than here, because the time spent on all procedures is the same as in government hospitals.

When I urgently brought my wife to this hospital at 3 a.m. on the 12th, I was very scared and worried about what was happening to her and how it would all end.

But as soon as I entered the emergency department, my fears began to disappear. Seeing a confident team of nurses and doctors who took very good care of her, I felt relieved. Her pain was relieved with medication.

She was admitted to the ICU under the care of cardiology and underwent angiography in the experienced hands of Dr. Amit Gupta and the professional Cath Lab team.

We spent two days in the hospital. All the services provided were of the highest quality.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Manish Gupta, the general manager of this unit, for the care and support he showed when my wife was being taken to the Cath Lab and I was very tense.

We arrived at Manipal Hospital on 02/12/21 at 11 p.m. for angiography. When we were admitted to emergency along with the patient, all the doctors and nurses treated us very well.

The patient received high-quality care, especially from sister Rekha. They arranged everything needed for the angiography, and brother Aravind also helped us.

Angiography and angioplasty were performed by Dr. Amit Gupta. After the procedure, he explained everything in great detail and provided good treatment and support to the patient.

I was treated by Dr. S. Balbir Singh at Max Hospital Saket and underwent angiography on 29.10.2021.
According to the doctor, I had 100% artery blockage.
The doctor suggested attempting to open the chronic occlusion.
For hospitalization I deposited 4.5 lakh rupees, however almost 4 lakh were refunded, since despite all the doctor's efforts the blockage could not be cleared.
I highly appreciate the doctor's attitude, his efforts and care for the patient.
Due to low blood pressure I was kept under observation overnight.

The hospital has good doctors.
I consulted with Dr. Balbir Singh and consider him the best cardiologist in Delhi.
Previously, elderly patients received a 10% discount, but it is no longer available.
The doctor always tries to select treatment based on the patient's budget and does not prescribe unnecessary examinations.
Ms Anjali and the rest of the staff are also very good.

The Max Saket cardiology department under the leadership of Dr. Balbir Singh operates at an outstanding level.
Cardiac surgeon Dr. Rajneesh Malhotra and his team are true professionals who support the patient and family throughout the entire open heart surgery process.
The ICU team, anesthesiologist Dr. Sanjay and all staff showed enormous care and support.
