Severe heart failure, heart transplantation

My wife underwent a heart transplantation at Aster CMI Hospital under the guidance of Dr. Nagamalesh U M and his team.
In 2024 she was diagnosed with peripartum cardiomyopathy, which later progressed to severe heart failure.
From the first consultation, the doctor gave us hope and calmly explained that there was a solution for this condition.
He listened attentively, answered all our questions in detail, and was always extremely honest and clear.
Reena, the transplant program coordinator, accompanied us throughout the journey and supported us like family.
The entire cardiology staff, nurses, coordinators, and clinic employees treated us with great care and attention.
During the long hospitalization, the team of doctors and nurses helped us through a very difficult period.
Before the transplant, the doctors thoroughly explained the entire surgical process.
Dr. Prashanth Y M and the anesthesiologists explained every stage of treatment in great detail.
After surgery, my wife was under the care of a strong and incredibly attentive intensive care and rehabilitation team.
We are especially grateful to the doctors who helped her recover physically and emotionally after the transplant.
And our greatest gratitude goes to the unknown donor and their family for the priceless gift of life.

They are among the best specialists in treating heart diseases.
Aster uses advanced technologies, including robotic surgery.
All doctors and nurses are excellently trained and very attentive to patients.
It was especially impressive that the staff always greets patients with a smile and kindness.

These doctors are truly exceptional specialists.
From the moment I was admitted to the hospital, I felt cared for, attended to, and at ease.
Dr. Ganeshakrishnan Iyer, Dr. Prashanth Y M, Dr. Nishit, and the entire team did everything possible to make my health the top priority.
All the doctors are very professional, attentive, and friendly.
Coordinator Vani always responded quickly to any questions and helped us with everything.
During the preparation and execution of the CABG surgery, the entire process went very smoothly and calmly.
I especially want to mention Dr. Renita, who supported me and helped me stay confident during my time in the operating room and ICU.
I highly recommend the hospital to anyone looking for quality, personalized treatment.
The only downside is the quality of the food, which deserves more attention.

Post-COVID lung infection, partial lung removal

This is one of the best hospitals in Bangalore with modern infrastructure, comfortable wards, and a high level of cleanliness.
My father suffered from a severe post-COVID lung infection.
We had consulted many major clinics, but without results.
At Aster CMI, he was hospitalized, fully diagnosed, and his treatment was brought under control.
Dr. Prashanth Y.M. closely monitored my father and performed a complex partial lung removal surgery.
Nurses, coordinators, and all staff were very attentive and patient.
Even after discharge, the doctor personally conducted follow-up examinations and dressing changes.
Thanks to excellent treatment and the team's coordinated work, my father was able to recover and return to normal life.

My father Mohammed Yaseen had open-heart surgery under the guidance of Dr. Ganesh Krishna Iyer, Dr. Prashanth YM, and their team.
The doctors provided excellent care and were very attentive to the patient.
