We had a fantastic holiday, and we will definitely book this hotel again and recommend it!
Wellness and cuisine:
The hotel offers a very good wellness program. Dinner was also very tasty — we especially liked that there were always three main courses to choose from: fish, meat and a vegetarian dish.
Parking:
The hotel’s underground parking is easy to access, and the parking spaces are quite wide (we have something to compare with, and here it’s really better than average). You can book a space in advance and get a fixed one for the entire stay. We even had free spaces without prior booking.
Service and atmosphere:
The staff are always very friendly, everyone speaks fluent German. The main part of the guests are German-speaking.
We’ll be happy to come back again.
This is already our second time at this hotel and we were once again absolutely delighted.
The rooms are modern, there is a bathtub, robes and slippers already in the room.
The SPA is simply excellent — large, clean and well organized. There are towels and enough loungers. We had a wonderful time.
The only wish — it would be great to add music in the sauna.
We took half board, and the dinners were very tasty and varied. There is a separate menu for children.

We tried to book this hotel by calling the hotel’s number, but it turned out that the hotel does not manage its own bookings. We were redirected to a hotline, but no one ever answered. We called 5 times.
What kind of establishment doesn’t have a proper call center for bookings? It’s simply unprofessional.
We also sent 2 emails but received no reply or callback. An extremely unprofessional approach. It’s even hard to imagine what kind of service awaits guests after check-in.
A beautiful SPA complex. We were here as external guests of Falkensteiner.
The staff are very polite and attentive, the hotel is well kept.
Entry to the SPA costs €36 per person, towels and robes included. A deposit is left for the locker key.
Everything is explained in detail at the SPA reception. The pool is very large: 2 indoor pools, 1 outdoor and a thermal pool. Everything is very clean, enough loungers. Tea and lemon water are available for free.
The bio-sauna works all day, the other saunas turn on from 2:00 PM.
Parking in the garage — €20 per day. From the hotel it’s convenient to get to the city center.

I stayed here for two weeks and was absolutely delighted. I’ll definitely come back again. A great place to relax.
For the dog, they prepared a bed, bowls, bags and treats in the room. In the lobby there is a dog area and the option to care for your pet.
The SPA area is excellent, the massages are also very good. There is a good fitness room and gym. The organization is at a high level.
The food is very tasty: excellent breakfast and a multi-course dinner. The staff everywhere are very friendly and attentive. The hotel makes a very well-kept impression. We’ll definitely come back.
I had a very pleasant stay at Falkensteiner in Mariánské Lázně. The overall impression was excellent, especially the quality of the food. Breakfasts and lunches were truly outstanding — fresh, varied and very tasty. Dinner, however, did not quite meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel and could have been better in variety and quality.
The rest of the services were of a high standard. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional throughout the stay — this was a real highlight of the hotel.
The only downside was the approach of the resident doctor, who lacked an individual and more personalized approach during consultations. For a wellness hotel of this level, a more individual approach was expected.
Despite this, I really enjoyed the stay, and I would recommend this hotel for a calm and well-organized holiday in Mariánské Lázně.
We spent 5 days here during our honeymoon, and it was perfect. All the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is amazing — a huge selection: from croissants and muesli to omelets and fish, lots of juices, coffee and tea.
During the day in the SPA area you can drink tea and eat fruit. The pools are excellent (warm water, jacuzzi, salt pool), the saunas are good too.
Dinners are special and varied every day. We really liked being able to choose pillows for sleeping. The staff speak German and English.
Mariánské Lázně is a very lovely town, 10 minutes’ walk to the center. I’ll definitely come back again.
We spent five wonderful days at the Falkensteiner Spa Hotel Mariánské Lázně, and it was simply an exceptional stay. We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday, and the staff did everything to make this celebration special.
Heartfelt thanks to Miroslav at the reception for the warm welcome and attentive assistance, to Adriana in the restaurant for the caring and friendly service, and to Daniel from the SPA, who led an unforgettable ‘forest bathing’ treatment for us — we still talk about it.
The hotel is elegant, clean and peaceful. The SPA area is top-notch, the treatments very relaxing, the food delicious and beautifully presented.

Let’s start from the beginning. Not very empathetic and professional staff at the reception during check-in — for no apparent reason.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere and a classic building style. The SPA center is good, clean, large, well-equipped, with qualified staff.
The room is clean, comfortable for sleeping, cozy. The food is generally fine — breakfasts are large and tasty. The restaurant staff are very polite and professional.
However, for a guest with high expectations of a wellness hotel of this level, it may not be enough. Overall the holiday was fine, but I most likely won’t return here.
Favorable location: here you have the forest, and the city center, and the source, and any sights. The food is varied, cooked delicious, everything is enough for everyone. I really liked the pool with warm and salty water. Good procedures, there is an opportunity to relax after them, to come to your senses. Of the minuses, for some reason they did not change bed linen, towels, as in other hotels. This has to be constantly reminded here.
Lovely staff, we really liked it, good procedures, we liked that, if necessary, you can reschedule to another time. An excellent attendant at four o’clock in the afternoon in a sauna with aromatic oils, just a fairy tale. Food, accommodation, cleanliness – everything is just super. The only ‘but’ – after they took a blood test from us (it was torture), terrible bruises remained on our hands. They asked to do something about it – put ice, that’s the whole answer. They speak Russian, but badly.
Good attitude of the staff, many procedures, they bring a real effect. Good food, comfortable rooms. Fresh air, where to walk. For leisure there is a library. The restaurant has special chairs for children.
I would like to see smoking banned near the pool, this is not acceptable, especially for a hotel of this level.
The hotel is very comfortable for a good rest. Comfortable, spacious, clean rooms, attentive staff, excellent and large area for spa treatments, three swimming pools. The rooms have electric kettles with tea and coffee making facilities. A good restaurant with a large selection of quality and tasty dishes. A hotel where everything is on the level. In my opinion – the best in Marianske Lazne.
Good medical care. I liked the aqua complex. Special thanks to the chefs! Rooms are very well cleaned. Purely.
We rested in the winter in the New Year, and in the fall and spring! There is Excellent infrastructure: 5 swimming pools and a spa area with 4 steam rooms open from 7-21 hours. One of the pools is heated outside. There is always something to do. The medical center is good, but in terms of dynamics it lost its position a little. Restaurant is without complaints. Dinners really have become much simpler (they do not serve venison, game, goose). But everything is high quality. You can eat and diet – a good selection of products. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners – buffet.
Once a week (on Saturdays) gala dinner. This is a disaster: there are not enough waiters, you wait for 2.5 hours. Instead of Saturday dinner – a solid negative.
