My review concerns the personal treatment I received, not Dr. Conesa’s professional opinion as a neurosurgeon.
On Tuesday, June 2, I attended a private consultation for a second opinion. The doctor requested several tests that I had not brought with me. He needed the results by Thursday because a medical-board meeting with his team was planned and he wanted to present my case.
Today, June 22, I am still waiting for an answer after phone calls and emails that went unanswered. Someone answered me once last week, and the staff member said that my test results were there for collection. I explained that nobody had told me anything and asked them to give me an answer, but I am still waiting.
Therefore, if you do not want to lose €280, it is better not to go. The human treatment and empathy were extremely poor.

From the very first contact I felt completely at ease and was genuinely surprised: the doctor comes to the door, shakes your hand, and personally says goodbye at the end. I appreciate such seemingly ordinary signs of attention, which is why I mention them.
Having reviewed his CV, I consider him a very good specialist, but his kindness and warmth as a person also matter to me. During the consultation he seemed approachable, attentive, and humble. I recommend him without reservation.

An excellent person and a superb professional. He has operated on me several times over the past 25 years. He is very compassionate and has medical knowledge that far exceeds that of many other doctors in this country. He has also operated on members of my family, and everything went perfectly. Dr. Oliver Bartolomé operated on me on November 6, 2017, for a meningioma on the left side of my skull. Everything went very well, I didn't even have time to get nervous — and that means a lot.
