










Dr. Vikram Shah is the Chairman and Managing Director of Shalby Hospitals, one of the largest orthopedic hospital networks in India, founded in 1994. He has personally performed over 100,000 joint replacement surgeries and is considered one of the most sought-after orthopedic surgeons in the world.
Dr. Shah developed his own rapid knee replacement method known as the “Zero Technique” — a procedure that takes 8–10 minutes, with minimal blood loss and fast recovery. His patients come from all over the world, including the USA, Europe, and Africa.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Shah is actively involved in medical education and founded the Shalby Academy to train orthopedic surgeons. He is a recipient of the Padma Shri, one of the highest civilian awards in India.
