bilateral knee osteoarthritis / knee replacement

My mother, Sadhana Singh (63 years old), suffered for many years from severe knee pain. It was difficult for her to walk and perform even simple daily movements. Over the past year we were under the care of Dr. Rajesh Kumar Verma, and after thorough examination and preparation, in February 2026 she underwent total bilateral knee replacement. From the very beginning, Dr. Verma explained everything in great detail and accompanied us with great patience and confidence. The entire surgical and medical team provided my mother with a high level of care throughout the treatment. During her hospital stay she was carefully monitored, and after the surgery the doctors regularly tracked the recovery process. Post-operative care is also organized at a very high level. Now my mother is recovering very well. On the recommendation of Dr. Verma and his team, she continues physiotherapy and has already started walking confidently without a walker. Her mobility and self-confidence improve every day. We are sincerely grateful to Dr. Rajesh Kumar Verma and his entire team for their professionalism, attentive attitude and care. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a strong orthopedist.

I was experiencing severe pain and was very afraid of having knee replacement surgery. Despite consultations with several doctors, I was still confused and could not make a decision. Everything changed after meeting Dr. Rajesh Kumar Verma. Even one consultation was enough to feel confidence and calm. Dr. Verma listened to my concerns very carefully, explained everything in detail and treated me with sincere care — more like a close person than just a doctor. His experience and confidence in knee replacement surgery helped me finally make the decision. From the first day at Sanar International Hospital in Gurgaon, I felt warm and attentive treatment. His main goal is to make money either from surgeries or from commissions on tests.
We came to him for the first time, and he immediately recommended surgery, then sent us for an MRI and X-ray.
After the examinations he suggested taking painkillers for several months. When we asked when to come for a follow-up, he said — when the problem appears again.
He did not give clear recommendations and did not prescribe a full treatment.
