Also, the behavior of the staff near Dr. Neeraj Bhalla's cardiology department was rude.
One of the staff members (except Miss Deepa) used rude expressions toward patients.
This left a negative impression of the service.

Dr. Neeraj Bhalla is the Principal Director of the Department of Cardiology at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital in New Delhi. He is one of India’s most experienced interventional cardiologists: he has performed more than 10,000 coronary angioplasties throughout his career.
His area of particular expertise is complex coronary procedures: rotablation for calcified arteries, treatment of chronic total occlusions (CTO), and use of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS).
The doctor’s professional biography is closely connected with Indian military medicine: he graduated from the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, received the K.K. Gupta gold medal in 1989, and was awarded by the Air Force Chief Commander.
He is actively engaged in training young cardiologists through the DNB program and developed a mobile application for predicting contrast-induced nephropathy.
