Esnan Dental Skyland is the flagship dental clinic of the Esnan Dental Clinics group in Istanbul, located in the modern Skyland business district in the Sarıyer area. The Esnan network has been operating since 2007 and today comprises five clinics across the city; over this time, more than 1.2 million people have become its patients. The Skyland location was specially designed as a center for receiving international patients: 4,500 m², 38 dental chairs, operating units, and an in-house digital dental laboratory — all under one roof.

Esnan Skyland is accredited by TEMOS International under the Excellence in Dental Tourism program, with the highest score following an on-site audit — an independent assessment of clinical quality, patient safety, and standards of service for international guests. In addition, the clinic holds two professional statuses of international standing: the first Diamond Partner award from the Austrian manufacturer of digital dental technologies Amann Girrbach, and the title of the clinic with the largest volume of implant placements in Turkey in 2025 from the Straumann Group (more than 15,000 implants placed in a year).

Implantation and tooth restoration

Implantation is one of the clinic's key areas. The doctor draws up the treatment plan individually after a clinical examination and a 3D scan: the number and positioning of the implants are selected, and the type of future crown or prosthesis is determined.

At Esnan Skyland, the following are performed:

single-tooth implantation without grinding down adjacent teeth;
implantation of a group of teeth with the fixation of a bridge structure;
full implant-supported prosthetics using the All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols — for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth;
immediate implantation right after a tooth extraction, when the clinical situation allows;
bone augmentation and sinus lifting — in cases of insufficient bone volume;
final prosthetic work on implants.

In the case of full mouth rehabilitation, the patient is not left without teeth during the healing period — a temporary structure is fitted for this time, while the final prosthesis is manufactured in the in-house digital laboratory and individually adjusted for shape, color, and bite.

Aesthetic dentistry and smile design

Esnan Skyland approaches smile aesthetics on the principle of individual design: the shape, shade, and proportions of the teeth are matched to the facial features of each specific patient, rather than to a universal template. The plan for the future smile is worked out in a digital environment (Digital Smile Design) and agreed upon before treatment even begins.

Available aesthetic solutions:

ceramic veneers and thin laminates with gentle enamel preparation;
IPS E.max restorations — glass-ceramics with natural light transmission;
classic and monolithic zirconia crowns of increased strength;
aesthetic crowns for teeth requiring a more extensive restoration;
professional whitening;
gum contouring to correct the smile line.

Oral surgery

The clinic has its own operating rooms and performs a wide range of surgical procedures: removal of wisdom teeth and impacted teeth, bone grafting and bone volume augmentation, open and closed sinus lifting, cyst removal, preparation of the jaw for implantation, periodontal operations, and gum tissue plastic surgery. Depending on the extent of the procedure and the patient's condition, local anesthesia, sedation, or general anesthesia is used — the choice is discussed in advance with the anesthesiologist.

In addition to implantation, aesthetics, and surgery, Esnan Skyland provides treatment across all the main dental fields:

endodontics — treatment and retreatment of root canals under a microscope;
periodontology — therapy for diseases of the gums and the tooth's supporting tissues;
orthodontics, including clear aligners for discreet bite correction;
therapeutic dentistry and tooth restoration;

pediatric dentistry — a separate practice for young patients;
3D diagnostics and cone-beam computed tomography;

A digital clinic with an in-house laboratory

Esnan Skyland operates on a fully digital protocol. Doctors, surgeons, prosthodontists, and dental technicians share a single information system and work with the same data — this eliminates the loss of information when it is passed between specialists and reduces the number of visits.

The patient's digital journey in a typical case looks like this:

clinical examination;
a panoramic image or 3D scan of the jaws;
dental photography;
digital impressions — without the usual impression material;
planning of implants and restorations in 3D;
CAD/CAM design of crowns, veneers, or prostheses;
production of the work in the Esnan Digital Laboratory directly at the clinic;
try-on, bite check, and final adjustments.

Safety standards

The clinic has dedicated areas for the processing and sterilization of instruments, with separate stages of cleaning, disinfection, packaging, and sterilization. The operating units are equipped with ventilation systems featuring HEPA air filtration. All decisions regarding surgery, sedation, or general anesthesia are made strictly after an individual medical assessment of the patient. The TEMOS accreditation held by the clinic specifically covers the processes of quality, patient safety, risk management, and standards for working with international patients.

Highly recommend this clinic. I came here after a bad experience at another clinic. They did everything possible to complete the treatment for me and my mother to the highest standard.

My mother had a very complex case with zygomatic implants. Dr. Simmons proved himself outstanding and did everything possible to help her. When the treatment required more time, the staff accommodated us and arranged everything necessary.

He didn’t just give my mother her smile back — he gave her back her joy of life. That is priceless.

After the treatment was completed, my mother cried with happiness, and even the doctor couldn’t hold back his emotions, which speaks of genuine compassion and care.

I also had three implants placed. The surgeon completed the work in under thirty minutes — perfectly and without the slightest pain.

This week I began a course of treatment that includes tooth extractions, crowns, implants, and a deep cleaning.

First I was examined by Dr. and board member M. Emin Çelebi. He explained the treatment plan and all the proposed procedures in great detail. My wife and I were welcomed very warmly and cared for attentively.

I have completed the first stage of treatment and will return in summer and autumn to continue. I can only say one thing — I have never encountered such a professional and at the same time caring attitude toward patients as at this clinic.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough, even for the most complex treatment cases.

For me, as a resident of Denmark, the cost turned out to be less than half of what I would have had to pay at home. I particularly like that. 🤗😉

From start to finish, my experience with Esnan was top-notch. From the impeccable attentiveness of my coordinator Hasan to the dental work itself, performed by Dr. Baran, everything went perfectly. The treatment was carried out without haste and with great precision. I was also impressed by the clinic and the technology used — everything looked modern and cutting-edge.

Hasan answered all my questions promptly and clearly, and also arranged the transfer from the airport to the hotel and the trips to clinic appointments.

Dr. Baran always briefly explained what he was about to do and what he was doing at the moment, which made me feel at ease. You can immediately tell when a specialist is doing things right. I had six implants and ten crowns placed, and everything went flawlessly. The result looks and feels as if they were my own teeth.

All the other staff were also wonderful — from the greeters to the dental assistants and the barista in the cozy coffee area. Everyone deserves five stars.

I had root canal treatment with Dr. Gözde, who was excellently assisted by Nursena and Nisa.

Dr. Gözde was professional, open in communication, and explained the entire process in detail from start to finish.

Esnan Skyland is a premium-level dental clinic that looks as if it were transported from the set of a science fiction film. Everything runs like a well-oiled machine. There are translators, and the staff escort patients to perfectly clean treatment rooms.

In the waiting area there is a café with free coffee from a barista and other drinks.

The prices here may be slightly higher than at competitors, but I felt cared for at every stage in a setting of genuine five-star service and excellent dental treatment. I definitely recommend it.

First of all, I want to express my deep respect for the representative Adnan. He did everything possible to make the process clear and simple. He is honest and explains everything as professionally and reassuringly as possible. Not once did I feel any distrust toward him or anyone at the clinic.

The main part of the treatment was carried out by Dr. Caner and assistant Ceren. Ceren helped create a calm, clean, and safe atmosphere.

Dr. Caner is simply outstanding. I usually feel the anesthetic injections, but this time I felt absolutely nothing. He worked very methodically and precisely. I especially appreciate the attention to detail.

As for the result, the crowns look like natural teeth, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome of the treatment.
