About clinic
Dunya IVF in Northern Cyprus is a prestigious and popular artificial insemination clinic in Europe. It was created in 2008 by experienced specialists in the field of reproductive medicine from Istanbul and Ankara. More than 1,000 ART cycles are performed annually at Dunya IVF. Approximately 60% of them are IVF with the use of donor eggs, and 40% with one’s own oocytes.
In January 2018, the Dunya IVF clinic moved to a new building, which was built under modern medical standards. Currently, it features:

Which doctors accept patients for IVF Dunya?
The medical director of Dunya IVF is Dr. Berk Angün, who graduated from Uludag University and the Faculty of Medicine of Anatolian University. He has worked in several hospitals and clinics, including the Center for Assisted Reproductive Technologies in Istanbul and the Anatolian IVF Center in Ankara. Dr. Berk Angün is a pioneer in the implementation of EFQM European Quality Management processes in reproductive medicine centers. He is a member of the JED Society of Gynecologic Endoscopy and the Association for Reproductive Health and Infertility Treatment.
Dr. Angun sees patients himself. In addition to him, the Dunya IVF clinic employs an experienced gynecologist and 3 embryologists. The medical center staff speaks Turkish, English, Italian, French, German, and other languages. This allows patients to receive accessible and detailed information about each stage of treatment.

I never leave reviews for any place, but Dunya deserves a five-star review. This was the third clinic we tried IVF, and we knew it was the right place since the first time we spoke with them. The team at Dunya is professional, organized, and most importantly, human; they care about their patients experience, well-being and results. We ended up going there twice, and both times we were treated like family; all of our questions were answered, and our little miracle is here and is perfect. We want to thank the doctors, nurses, embryologists, and especially Svetlana, our coordinator who is flawless. A huge disappointment. A “business of hope.” Two transfers: the first failed, the second resulted in a miscarriage in the first weeks. The barely convincing explanation we received was something like “it wasn’t meant to be.” Beforehand, they painted a rosy picture with promises of a very high success rate, but afterwards, I couldn’t even get anyone to respond. A ruthless industry.

We arrived in Cyprus in june 2016 and the clinic’s driver picked us from the airport and then to malpas hotel where the patient coordinator Besma welcomed us. She has put a huge effort to provide us with comfort and she had answered all of our questions accurately even in weekends, I would like to give many thanks to her. The next day we had an appointment in the clinic and process started, it is a very good clinic, Dr Berk is a great doctor and they are a great team, they were so accurate and careful during and before the treatment, our treatment was successful thanks God and thank you Dunya IVF and I truly recommend this clinic.

I suffered from unexplained infertility and the doctor said that IVF with egg donation is the best option for me. I live with my husband in Australia but we have a family in Cyprus and they said that it is a great place for IVF with egg donation. I felt like I have no other choice, that this is my last chance for having a kid, my husband also wanted a child very badly. So we went to Cyprus on a treatment/holidays. I was very scared. My first consultation in Dunya was a huge relief. I remember thinking “this is the right place to be”. The doctor was very strict with me and didn’t tell me fairly tales but he was very polite at the same time. He took me step by step through the treatment and I always knew what will happen with me and what comes next. IT is hard to comprehend how I feel know, I just can’t believe my luck. The treatment was a success and we have a gorgeous daughter now and I would only want to wish such luck upon everyone who also want a baby! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this center either. On my third attempt, I did not become pregnant. This center drained me both emotionally and financially. Yes, everyone was friendly, warm, and helpful—but that was all. During the first attempt, two embryos were transferred, but at 8 weeks development did not progress, and there was no heartbeat. Four months later, two frozen embryos were transferred, but again, no pregnancy occurred. Now the last three embryos have been transferred, and still nothing. How am I supposed to trust this center? I don’t trust them at all. You caused me a huge disappointment. You crushed my hope. My money went to waste. I endured so many hardships just to save up that money. My dreams have been destroyed.
